5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Multiverse legends duplicate protection not working
Based on the release notes for MOM, duplicate protection for the Multiverse Legends is supposed to take into account your existing versions of cards. I had three copies previously of Aurelia, but have since opened two copies from the MUL slot for a total of 5.

Can't pay on mac
I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

Gold rewards are cut in half
Using iOS
Upon finishing a daily quest or completing a level with gold rewards, the amount of gold and XP show up on the screen but only half of the gold I should be receiving shows up on my account.8 votes -
Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy
I went to claim my Free 3 packs for Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy and did not receive them. Curious if this is a problem with anyone else and if someone can do something about this. Thank you.

Gem prices in Europe
Hello. I live in Holland - Europe. I noticed after an update yesterday (11 October) that gem prices are now 20.000 gems for 112.99 euro in store.
I know prices went up last May from 99.99 to 107,99 euro, but I can't find any information that prices were raised again and I haven't been noticed about it by the Wizards. Can you tell me what is going on?2 votes -

Visual artifact: card remaining on screen
Visual artifact: card overview remaining on screen after quitting store. I long pressed on a touchscreen to open the overview but this issue occurred one time only. In the menu, it was only hiding text.

Mastery pass XP not being reward - 1 October 2023
Mastery pass XP progress was not rewarded to me todat despite completing daily wins as well as a 500XP quest.
Noticed after 5 wins and quest completion (250XP + daily variable wins 100XP for first win and 50XP each subsequent win = total 1 550 XP missing).
Robbery! Completely unacceptable by WotC to have a paid for game malfunction in this way. It is stealing the time and value paid for the mastery pass.

- Add any relevant screenshots/videos Currently have 221 of 276 rares and 70 or 88 Mythics collect in Throne of Eldraine. Opened 2 packs after winning 2 packs in recent draft event.

Gold pack progression missing
I am missing three stages on my golden packs as of this morning and I want them back. I find it unfair that my stuff was rudely taken away. I've had those progressions since two days ago when I bought packs on lost caverns of xilion. This game just keeps getting worse and worse.

Mythic booster pack bug
I opened three Mythic Ixilan boosters and received one mythic, one rare wildcard, and one rare. The last rare should have been a mythic, and this is a bug. Please look into it, and if you have a chance refund send me a mythic rare since that’s what I was shorted. Thanks.

MtG Arena Store Summer Sale Suggestion
The Summer Sale items offer poor discounts on items that many of us have little-to-no use for (more sleeves, alt styles, emotes, etc.). Why not offer serious discounts (75% off) on a 3 different packs each day of the sale? Allow a selection of packs from Historic, Explorer, and Standard each day.

Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop
Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop. They are some of the best on Arena and were only offered in very specific circumstances. I personally only have two (Forest and Mountain) and would love to complete my set. I find myself being excited about playing Red/Green/Gruul decks just so I can use these lands. They have gained a large amount of popularity from content creators such as LegenVD and would be a fan favorite.

Hi, my Golden Pack progress is 9/10 so I need another pack to get a golden pack, today BROs has pack promotion in stock for 170 gems I buy and I don't get my golden pack.

Major Rarity card not found in at least the last 2 opened packages
I've been opening packs today, but everytime I touch the hidden one, it reveals itself then disappear with the rest of the cards. I imagine that this is the animation you wanted, but the main card is missing in the collection as for an additional mighty-rare/rare token. It happened twice at least and I understood that people have been reporting this quite a lot. Thank you for your service.
