How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Buy more than one booster with gold

    Buying booster( with gold ) one by one is tedious and non ergonomic.
    When every extension you buy 60+ booster, its a very long operation.
    A possibility of buying in batches (10 by 10?) would be welcome in the future

  2. Card bought does not shows in collection or deck

    I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

  3. More than 4 copies of cards when opening boosters

    Steps to reproduce: purchase and open 20-50+ boosters from one set.
    I'm playing Arena on PC.
    I recently opened booster packs one-by-one from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty set. I received 5 copies of the following: Kami's Flare, Eiganjo Exemplar and Dokuchi Shadow-Walker (3 total extra). I received 6 copies of Tamiyo's Compleation (which is also spelt incorrectly; it should be Completion) (2 total extra). I received 7 copies of Network Disruptor and Network Terminal (6 total extra).
    This means that I should have received 11 Common Wildcards instead of these extra copies.

  4. Make the Welcome Bundle a monthly option

    Could you make the Welcome Bundle (or something similar) a monthly option instead of a once-in-a-lifetime-oppotunity?
    The current Gem prices are ridiculous, but the Welcome Bundle was very fairly priced and I would gladly buy it once in a while. And I guess, I'm not the only one.

  7. purchase not given.

    I tried to purchase the daily special of one pack of cards, but was not given the pack. The store said that it was purchased, but I did not get the pack. Rip-off!

  8. Pre Order Kamigawa Neon Dynasty bundle disapeared

    I pre-orderred both Kamigawa bundle. There showed up in my pack tab as unoped and able to be redeemed on the 10th of Feb. One of them is not showing up anymore (the one with the draft tokens)

  9. PLAYNEO redeemed but didn't receive anything

    I think you enabled the code playneo too early. I tried keying it in out of curiosity and it accepted it. However, it waited for the server and eventually didn't do anything. I went to the packs section and alas there was nothing there. After retrying the code it says it was already redeemed.

  11. Gifting Gems and Coins

    Hello,
    My son loves to play Arena (I play, too), and I thought a great gift would be to buy him gems and coins, or gift him the ones I've amassed through playing my daily quests. However, there isn't any way to do this that I could find. I had to log onto his account and just buy them there, which wouldn't be an option if his laptop didn't happen to be handy.     I am missing my Blue Green and White dragon pets from the mastery set. I just went in to change today from my winter fox and only the Red Dragon is there. Return the pets please multiple people are missing them and we spent money on them.

  20. Missing cards after purchase

    After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.
