2. Fix Item Exclusivity in Adventurer, Spark, and Planeswalker Bundles to Preserve Arena’s Clean F2P Model

   MTG Arena has one of the cleanest free-to-play models in existence. From the first minute, the game teaches a simple, powerful rule:

   “If you play, you can earn everything.”
   Money only saves time.

   That rule is Arena’s identity. It’s why the economy feels fair, why progression feels meaningful, and why spending money is optional instead of coerced.

   Right now, the only blemish on this nearly perfect system is three bundle-exclusive items:

   • Adventurer Bundle
   • Spark Bundle
   • Planeswalker Bundle

   These bundles are the entire issue. Everything else in Arena is earnable. Packs, drafts, even most cosmetics can be acquired without spending a dime. The fact that the problem boils down to just three bundles shows how close the game already is to being legendary in terms of clean design.

   Hard paywalls feel “dirty” even if cosmetic

   Even cosmetic exclusivity breaks the core rule of earnability. Once something can only be bought, it changes the meaning of spending:

   Before: “I paid because I value my time.”
   After: “I paid because I wanted something others can’t have.”

   This introduces status signaling, quiet resentment, and suspicion about future monetization. It’s not a mechanical problem — it’s a vibe problem. It erodes trust, and trust is Arena’s most valuable asset.

   The simple solution:

   Make these three bundles purchasable with in-game currency, at a high but reasonable price:

   • Adventurer Bundle: 30,000 gold
   • Spark Bundle: 50,000 gold
   • Planeswalker Bundle: 100,000 gold

   These could even be an occasional daily deals.

   This preserves all the value vectors:

   • For free players: everything is earnable; no resentment; no exclusion.
   • For paying players: still a fantastic deal; saves weeks of grind; purchases are about convenience and speed, not status.

   Nobody who bought the bundles is hurt. They got discounted gems, tokens, and early cosmetics — good deals, not flex purchases. This distinction is exactly what Arena’s model should reinforce.

   Why this matters for Arena’s identity/image:

   Arena is almost unique in the F2P space:
   - Cards are earnable
   - Gold and gems are meaningful
   - Progression is skill- and time-based, not cash-based

   That’s why the game feels clean. Cosmetic paywalls introduce the kind of identity signaling and FOMO common in predatory mobile games — precisely the things Arena doesn’t need.

   Implementing this fix would:

   • Strengthen trust
   • Solidify the game’s principled economy
   • Make Arena a true example of a non-scammy, earnable F2P model
   • Preserve the idea that money buys time, not access or status

   The game is already 95% there. Fixing these three bundles pushes it over the line. This isn’t about idealism; it’s about finishing what the game already started.

3. Store Error

   I bought "NEW" Arcade Styles of TMNT 4 card pack for 8000 Gold from store on March 4th. It took my gold and removed it from store BUT I did not get them. I own the physical card of one of them. Either way I do not see this style listed in my library. Please issue my 8000 gold back or fix issue. Thank you. I play on PC and Mobile.

5. Missing Cosmetic I Bought - Arcade Style Turtles

   For 8000 gold I bought the Arcade style TMNT 4 card set. If you look under MY store you will see I bought it. None of them appear anywhere. I do own one of the cards yet the cosmetic does not appear.

7. Golden pack progression

   On November 24th at around 11:20 PM, I purchased 10 regular packs of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” using gold in MTG Arena and then opened a Golden Pack. However, from the Golden Pack, I received only one card from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
   To confirm, I made the same purchase again and opened a second Golden Pack, but once again I received only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
   Normally, a Golden Pack should always contain at least two cards from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.” However, in both of these cases, I received only one card from that set.
   Additionally, on December 26th at around 7:00 AM, I obtained another Golden Pack, but similarly, it contained only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”

8. Can't make purchase, store hangs on "Waiting for the server"

   Running MTGA on Mac OS 15.6, it's impossible to purchase the Planeswalker Bundle. When I confirm the purchase, the application hangs indefinitely on the "Waiting for the server..." modal.

   Restarting the app, repairing game files, logging out and back in, and reinstalling Arena did not fix this issue.

10. The Arena store is completely non-functional on Mac.

    1. To reproduce the bug: Trying to purchase anything in the store with money, or clicking on "change payment method", results in the spinning "waiting for the server" icon, which stays there forever and never resolves.
    2. I'm on Mac. A 2019 MacBook Pro, running Sonoma, which otherwise runs the game perfectly.
    3. The results are that I can't buy anything.
    4. I'd expect to be able to buy something with money.
    5. No point adding a screenshot of the "waiting for the server" screen, I assume you know what it looks like.
    6. Googling the problem lead me to a Reddit thread where someone said that launching Arena via the Epic store lets you buy things. This in fact does NOT work.

    Come on, Wizards, I'm trying to give you money. I'd think if you want anything to work it'd be this.

11. December 16th's Gold Reward

    So, usually a friend of mine plays on my account, so I can log later and play Draft with her. What happened this time was: She looged into my account, mentioned we got free Gold today and, as I tried to log and play with her, she was still in my account, and said Gold Reward was taken out of my account because, when I tried to log into the game, it appeared errors involving connection issues.

13. Cannot buy gems in the Arena online store

    I have tried multiple times over the past 3 days to buy gems in the Arena online store. Each time, when the purchase button is clicked (so it would normally pull up the external dialogue box to enter payment information), instead the screen grays out and it is stuck on "Waiting for the Server..." with a spinning circle indicator and the app freezes and can't do anything until I quit it. This is happening on the desktop application for MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1.

    This problem has been posted by others already, I think, but I'm submitting this as a top-level post to show a list of attempted fixed that have not worked:

    Restarting Arena

    Restarting my computer

    Logging out of Arena and logging back in

    Uninstalling and reinstalling Arena

14. Unclear Gambling Odds - Please Update Your Support Documentation

    Could you republish on The /drop-rate page to include what are the expected odds just of Special Guest (SPG) hits when you open MKM and OTJ packs.

    Moving forward, please publish the isolated SPG drop chance. This is to fulfil your legal requirement to disclose the odds of gambling when opening up chance based packs (which can be purchased for money).

    Since Lorwyn is a very Faerie inspired set could we please have the faerie companions back for a limited time in the store? Even better if you could take an existing one and re-skin it to be a more insect-like Lorwyn Faerie.

17. Wildcard not given when I have four of the cards already

    I purchased a mythic pack from Horizon 3. I got a Reef Worm. I had four Reef Worms already. I was not given a wild card or reimbursement for a duplicate card. Please rectify this problem.

18. Cant get the free black sleeve on my old account

    This honestly feels really unfair. I already contacted support and they wouldnt help me

    New accounts now get the basic black Arena sleeve just by finishing the tutorial and unlocking all game modes. It’s literally the most simple, default-looking sleeve, yet older players like me can’t get it anymore. I’ve played the game for years, but because my account is old, I’m just locked out of this reward.

    The old code doesn’t work anymore, support says it’s expired, and redoing tutorials doesn’t help. So the only people who can get this basic sleeve are brand-new accounts, while long-time players just miss out for no reason.

    I don’t get why loyalty gets punished here. It’s not a premium cosmetic, it’s just the default black sleeve. At least make it available to everyone who already unlocked all modes, or bring the code back.

    Right now it just feels unnecessarily frustrating and unfair.

19. Unable to purchase anything with money

    Any time I try to buy anything that costs money (gems, wildcards, etc), clicking the price to purchase the item causes "Waiting for Server" to appear and it hangs like that and never times out or resolves. Ideally being able to purchase things would be nice, but at the very least, could you make it so the Waiting For Server message times out or has a cancel button or something?

20. Store non-functional on Mac

    Quite a few people have posted about being unable to purchase anything in the store using actual money (as opposed to gems or gold).     Since my purchase the items related to release of TLA, i have not been able to buy anything with cash. I was not able to purchase gems so I could play TLA sealed. I am on a Mac Book Air OS version Tahoe 26.1, the latest version. Purchases do not work whether I am logged on through Steam or Epic Game Launcher. Otheres have described in detail how this goes, which shocks me considering some of these reports are months old...I can, however, purchase gems when logged on on my IPhone (Model SE 3rd gen, iOS 18.6.2) however in oder to do this I had to offload a considerable number of applications on the phone to make room for Arena.

    C'mon, people, this bug is ridiculous.

    Quite a few people have posted about being unable to purchase anything in the store using actual money (as opposed to gems or gold).
