How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Mac Epic Games Arena Client is Failing to Change Payment Method

    I am using Epic Games to play MTG Arena on my Mac, I have recently started experiencing an issue with payments and with accessing my payment settings in the store. When I try to buy something that would require my credit card, the store goes into an infinite "Waiting for the Server..." loop, and the same error occurs when I try and "Change Payment Method" in the store.     Your Daily deals are absolutely terrible and the Christmas ones are especially a slap in the face for players. GREED is rampant in Wotc.

  7. Rare wildcards in Mythic packs

    I bought mythic packs and received a rare wildcard in one of them. Please can I be upgraded a mythic wildcard instead. It shouldn't be possible to get rare cards when you have paid for mythics.

    I bought a bundle that I thought was a set of multiple plainswalkers for 5000 coins. The coins where taken from my account but nothing ever appeared in my cards..... not even 1 new plainswalkers. The bundle was a bundle that was about to leave the store. I'd like to see if I get that bundle or my coins back

  13. Store bundles don’t tell you how many gems they give you

    The one-time spark and planeswalker bundles indicate that they contain gems, but don’t tell you the amount of gems you’ll receive if you buy them. Trying to tap or tap+hold on the offer still doesn’t provide information. The same is true if you try to proceed to purchase. You should probably consider telling people how many gems they will get if you want them to pay money for it 🙃

    I bought a couple of card bundles from the featured section of the store. They were both planeswalker bundles. I spent around 4000 gems and i didnt not recieve them into my inventory. I am using android. A refund of gems would be nice but i would prefer the cards so i can use them and i no longer have the option to purchase said bumdles

  15. Gold Freeze Glitch

    I am not receiving any gold from wins while playing standard ranked matches, even though i have more daily wins left. I am stuck at 11,100 despite having 3 wins or so since I got to 11,000. Before the glitch i swapped a daily quest, and played more ranked matches. I didn't touch the deck editor, or any other screens. I tried to close the app and reload, I've tried to log out and log back in, nothing seems to update my gold count. I do remember being at 11,000 exactly, so i would expect my gold count to have…

  16. missing card from free DSK packs

    Just pulled an Unstoppable Slasher from the 3 free DSK Packs. I then pulled a 2nd copy from a 45 pack purchase and it didn't show FIRST on top cementing my memory, but when I checked my collection there was only 1 copy. This is after 1/5 of my card cosmetics were deactivated or turned off without any reason.

    Before the update, I purchased a duskbourne card bundle and when I went to open my packs, they disappeared. I went to the store and the bundle isn’t even available anymore and I’m not too sure what I can do.

  19. Il masteriy pass non mi da più ricompense

    Da circa 10 livelli (più o meno dal livello 41) non ricevo più le ricompense del mastery pass, solo quelle della versione gratuita. Con i 5000 XP regalati per il MagicCon di Las Vegas non ho ricevuto nessuna delle ricompense relative ai livelli acquisiti.
    Per giocare uso IOS.
    Vorrei ricevere le ricompense per le quali ho pagato.
