How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Pre release code not working

    Today I bought a Neon Dynasty Pre Release box and went to go put my code into arena to get the six packs but it says it was already used. Not sure how this can be because the boxes come sealed.

  3. Sticker Emotes clip behind store display when moused-over

    NEO Sticker emotes don't display correctly on MOZ in store prefab.
    This didn't happen on first time in the Store, but when I returned and viewed the store offer it hecked up.

  4. Open pack bug

    I've tried to open packs 2x and both times this happened. I don't want to open anymore because I tried to look at collection to see what I got and there was nothing new...2x.

  5. Bug

    Windows client.

    Store: Featured tab: Hover over the "Kamigawa Sticker Bundle" at the top of the border. There is an invisible hitbox above the actual graphic, and when the cursor is at that boundary, the icon animation stutters extremely fast between frames, in what could be a dangerous epileptic trigger.

  6. Purchases missing

    Purchased environmental sciences a few days ago and it still isn’t in my collection, but my gold went away. Today the exact same thing happened when I purchased the 4 new planes walkers deal . Paid 4000 or 5000 gold and now I have nothing . Thanks again! Should I just not buy the deals of the day?????? Please fix and address this problem

  7. Draft Token Disappeared

    I bought the 3400 gems to go and use to purchase the kaito set mastery bundle that came with the pet his avatar and a draft token at least that's what the picture showed before I used the gems to purchase it but when I went too any of the drafts it shows I don't have anything of the sorts

  8. Kamigawa Mastery pass not rewarding Mythic cards

    I’m on IOS and the Kamigawa mastery pass is not rewarding Mythic rare cards when it should. This is the second major bug I’ve come across after the 25,000 gold Kamigawa snow lands not functioning as snow lands. Super frustrating!

    Bonjour,
    Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
    J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
    Merci de revoir ce bug rapidement.

  10. Game compatibility on android device

    Can you make MTGA available on store for older android device?
    I manage to install MTGA on Samsung Galaxy S7 with andoid 8.0, the game runs very well.
    To do that I found full game xapk version 2021-12-80-1175 on uptodown.com

    Unfortunatly the update 2022.13.0.1198-1198 is not available yet. So I can't play anymore...

    Why don't you alloy old andoid version to install it directly from google play store ?

  11. Deals sshop glitched

    The shop is glitched after kamigawa update ....spent coins on ephemerate and tezzerets gambit only to recieve nothing as apparently the cards dont exist ? Cant find them any where and am very unimpressed with this update so far as i got lagged out of 2 games i payed 10k to be in forcing me to lose from a strong position

  14. I have not recieved any of my Mastery Mythics. Spent 20 Euro on the Mastery pass...

    Dear customer support, I've purchased the crimson vow mastery pass and recieved quite some rewards but not my Mythic wildcards. Managed to get to lvl 85 today to try and get another Mythic wildcard but once again I did not recieve it!

    I would like to have my wildcards redeemed or the money back that I spent on this mastery. Thank you for reading and your support. hope to hear from you soon.

    I purchased both cards on daily offers (Kessig Naturalist & Bloodrage Alpha) on the 09/02/2022. None of them was added to my collection!!!

  16. Bought a strixhaven pack went to open it got a blank error message that just said okay no new cards in collection

  20. **Billing problem: overcharged for gems

    **Problem: Tried to buy 1600 gems for AUD$14.99, was charged AUD$60.97
