How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    The mardu alchemy bundle in store cost 1.200 gems or 10.000 gold but price in gold should be 6.000

  2. cartes mythique de récompense non obtenues

    Bonjour,

    J'ai acheté cette semaine (mardi 6 mai) le passe maitrise de Tarkir. J'étais au niveau 26 environ. Hors, si j'ai bien eu les récompenses, je n'ai pas obtenu les cartes mythiques de récompenses du niveau 7, 14 et 21. Elles ne sont jamais apparues. Ce soir, je viens de passer au niveau 28, et la carte mythique correspondante n'a pas été non plus créditée. Pouvez-vous effectuer la régularisation? En vous remerciant, Mathieu Peyre

  3. Mastery Pass Unlock Bug

    Hi

    Bought some gems and i've 5900 gems on my balance.

    When I try to unlock the Mastery Pass it show's the store buying gems option like I didn't have enough balance to unlock it.

    Can't unlock it. Spent my money. And nothing!

  5. [BUG] MTG Arena shows the wrong currency in the store

    MTG Arena on macOS shows the wrong currency in the store (Euro instead of US Dollar) despite living and being located in the US.

    Entire purchase flow shows Euro prices.

    Issue is isolated to MTG Arena on macOS, on Windows and iOS the correct currency (US Dollar) is being shown

  6. Alchemy packs did not progress the countdown for free pass

    When I bought two Baldurs Gate alchemy packs the progression for the free packs did not advance, even though it says to buy Standard and Alchemy packs to earn a gold pack. While there is text about how it cannot be played in the current Standard or Alchemy format, the text regarding earning golden packs does not suggest this should be a problem so long as the pack is an Alchemy pack.

  8. Booster Packs: Only legal in historic mode

    The store says for every single kind of pack to purchase, including Tarkir, that those cards are ONLY available in Historic mode. I have 13k coins but I won't use them unless I know that they are usable in standard ranked.

  11. (Store) Brawl decks price bug

    Ok, so gigantic prices aside (20.000? Really? That’s like 3 commander decks in paper Magic!), I’m pretty sure that there is some price bug and store is not correctly discounting the decks based on your collection. Even when you consider that store is not recognizing other versions or styles of cards you own, there is still some major issue with the price - for example, my current prices for the new Tarkir decks oscillate around 6-7k, and for no reason Kothis deck costs over 10k - I’ve checked all the decklists and my collection, and actually I have almost 90%…

  12. I can't buy any gems or planes walker bundle

    I've been trying to buy a planes walker bundle (with I never bought before) and it keeps saying: Waiting on server. Samen thing happens when I try to buy gems. It won't work.

    I have never had any issues before.

    I play on a iMac of 2022 with Sonoma 14.5, 24 gig ram and 1tb free space

  13. Missing cards from an Opened Pack after getting 100 pack achievement

    I just earned 2 packs from an event, on the second opening I popped an achievement, clicking through to see what it was I found the pack
    Steps
    1:Open a pack, earn an achievement(Apparently),
    2:click through the announcement to check achievement
    3:No longer have pack, no apparently new cards when deck view is examined for "New" cards"

    I would expect the cards/pack to still be there to open or some way to find out if I actually received cards and was just not informed.

    I live in Spain and keep getting an Xsolla message telling me there are no payment methods available in my region.
    I contacted Xsolla, and they have not provided any solutions or useful information.

  15. Store not working. Work around found!

    The store is not allowing me to purchase gems or wildcards directly. I can spend gems (except that I am out now) and spend gold, but I cannot spend money on gems or wilds.

    Steps to reproduce on Mac OS:

    Click Store in top navigation bar -> click gems in bottom navigation bar -> click $19.99 under where it says 3,400 gems -> in the confirm purchase view click $19.99 again. The expected result is that I will be brought to Pay Pal where I can pay. The actual result is that I get an infinite loader saying "Waiting for…

  16. Store not counting packs towards golden pack

    yesterday I bought 9 packs then 3 and 1 packs of Pionier masters and none of them updated my progress towards a golden pack the first 9 packs should have given me a goldent pack as the marker is stuck at 2 I hoped this was just a tempoarry glich but i still havent seen the bar moved or gotten a pack. Im using the Android version with a Galaxy 24+

    Land styles bought in Daily Deals are not in my account.

    I bought Rugged Highlands, Blossoming Sands, and Wind scarred crag in daily deals today. Only the first one I bought—wind-scared crag—is showing up. I've attached a screenshot showing that the Rugged Highlands and Blossoming Sands lands style are no longer available for me in Daily Deals on April 13, 2025 because they have already been purchased.

  19. L'ouverture de boosters ou la boutique font buguer le jeu

    Après avoir pu relancer le jeu et jouer une partie, je ne peux pas ouvrir les boosters obtenus par le passé ou en acheter de nouveaux, le jeu freeze en passant à l'ouverture de boosters ou à la boutique.
