How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. opening packs

    Just tried to open 10 packs at a time for the new set (Zendikar Rising) and got an error message that packs couldnt be opened at this time, which then took me to the home screen. When I went back to check on my packs, I was short 10, but without the associated wild cards added to my library.

    Just spent 10,000 gold for nothing...

  4. historic anthology always purchasable

    Most of the time i can't build a fun deck because i don't have some of the historic anthology.
    Why don't you make it always purchasable on the store?

    I know i can buy gems to buy pack and earn wildcards, but it's too much expensive in $$$. (example, i don't have the first 3 anthology, that means 108 rare and 24 MR) That's about 756 packs to buy the complete set (if my math is correct :D). (if you don't find any WC in the packs but that's impossible.)

    That means about 700$ in gems.

  5. Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game

    I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.

    I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.

    After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems to…

  6. Golden packs containing cards that are not standard-legal

    According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates, golden packs will include:
    "At least one card per pack will be Mythic from any standard-legal set, 2 cards will be Rare or Mythic from the latest set, and the final 3 cards will be Rare or Mythic from any current standard-legal set."
    This means 4 cards will come from any standard-legal set, and 2 will be guaranteed to come from WOE. Because LTR is neither standard-legal nor the most recent set, these cards should not appear in golden packs.

  7. Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001

    I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...

    I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.

    EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

  8. Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...

    This is a defect. Steps to repro:

    1. Open application
    2. Log in
    3. Navigate to the Store
    4. Select any item to purchase

    Actual Result:

    The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

    [19249] [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure.xsolla.com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED

    I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla

    Expected Result:

    The use is able to reach the Store page and to purchase item(s)

  9. Bought Pack, but Golden Pack meter did not advance

    I bought the MoM Pack in the Daily Deals, but the Golden Pack counter did not go up by one.
    Can you take a look and maybe fix it. Thanks

  10. Golden Pack error

    I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory

    I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

  11. Internal Store Error when purchasing packs

    When I purchase a pack, I get a message that says “Internal Error” and when I return to the pack screen, whatever I tried to purchase has been duplicated on the menu.

  12. PURCHASE PLANESWALKER PACKAGE

    On 11/27/2021, I purchased a 4000 gold planeswalker bundle, but despite the fact that the coins have been scaled, the planeswalkers purchased are not in my collection.
    I have already opened the ticket n ° 2259053 but I have not received any reply.

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

  14. Receiving a Mythic Rare wildcard in an opened pack did not increase my number of available Mythic Rare wildcards

    This week I opened a pack that I had purchased in the store. It contained a Mythic Rare wildcard. Before opening that pack, I had 5 Mythic Rare wildcards available. After opening the pack, I still had 5 available; it did not increase as it should have. Playing on PC. One-time issue.

  15. mythic rare not credited

    Opened Ikoria pack. Triggered mythic rare reward. Rare card was still unrevealed. Rare card was a mythic wildcard. My total mythic wildcards only increased by one, not by two.

  16. golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack

    did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
    saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am
    i will be waiting for the response

  18. LOTR Prerelease Packs Gone

    I entered in this code from the LoTR prerelease event on my Arena account:

    AAE7F-A1DAD-3B88B-84AC0-D00CC

    It showed that I claimed the six packs and told me that they would be available to open on June 20th, 2023. Upon updating the game, these packs disappeared. All I have now are the three packs given to everyone.

    Please refund immediately.

  19. Coins total not updating

    I'm not getting all my won coins. This has been going on for a few weeks. See screen shots 1) announcing 1250 coins won and 2) immediately afterwards when I have only 825 coins.

  20. Golden pack

    I bought 14 mom booster pack at 1000golds. I was at 10% of a golden pack (1/10 boosters). My golden pack counter apparently went up to max but never gave me the golden pack. Now it displays 0/10 and I did not get a golden pack while it should be 5/10 and I should have get a golden pack.

    Please fix this. Very frustrating to expect a bonus booster of 6 rare and not get it.
