How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Bug - can’t play the app “Asset Erorr”

    Hey I can’t launch the app in both my IPhone (13 pro OS 15.4.1) nor on my iPad (also 15.4.1). The problem is “Assent Error detected “.
    I deleted and reinstalled few times -didn’t work.
    Also with VPN - didn’t work.
    Can’t play , very very frustrating .
    Please assist

  3. purchase not given.

    I tried to purchase the daily special of one pack of cards, but was not given the pack. The store said that it was purchased, but I did not get the pack. Rip-off!

  5. Mastery pass rewards not working above level 80

    Mastery pass levels above 80 are not yielding the Uncommon card rewards. Please fix / refund

  7. Mastery pass did not delivery mythic wildcards

    I purchased the new masterpass today and after hours and obvious completion of all the mastery pass rewards I have still not received my mystic wildcards

  8. Buying packs of cards and not getting all packs I bought

    I bought 2 packs of 6 cards for 2400 gems and it only gave me 4 packs to open plz resolve this issue and give my account the gems back or my packs I am supposed to have plz

  9. Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...

    This is a defect. Steps to repro:

    1. Open application
    2. Log in
    3. Navigate to the Store
    4. Select any item to purchase

    Actual Result:

    The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

    [19249] [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure.xsolla.com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED

    I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla

    Expected Result:

    The use is able to reach the Store page and to purchase item(s)

    Windows 10 64 bit

  10. Buy several card packs at once.

    For example, I'm about to buy more than 130 kaldheim packs with gold... that will be 390 clicks.
    Please, consider adding in the future a way to buy a customizable number of packs at the same time.

  11. Compré el pase de maestría y no recibí algunas recompensas.

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  12. Prerelease code not working

    I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

  14. Unable to purchase Baldurs Gate Wyll Pack bundle on iOS

    The choice to purchase the Baldur's Gate Wyll Pack bundle is missing in the store for IOS devices.
    Only the Lae'zel Play bundle is available
    I can see the Wyll Pack Bundle from my desktop

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Please come up with some kind of way to trade. I don’t care if it’s only rare! Or even if you have to trade in 5 or for just 1 wild! At least that’s a…

  18. mastery pass not rewarding cards

    After entering the new redeemable code, my weekly xp rewards reset after winning a single game, I was at level 82 in the mastery pass. I only received 1 card reward with the 3000 xp boost. After leveling beyond that I´m not receiving any card reward from the mastery pass.

  19. Mobile App Store not working

    I have been playing on the mobile app for around a week now, and I have been unable to access the store since day 1. I thought this was just an issue with the beta but seems others are using store just fine. I reported issue and was told to uninstall and re-download which I did. Same issue still. I was also told to report issue here if reinstalling doesn't work. I'm playing on a new galaxy note 20.

  20. perdida de sobre de cartas

    Compre un sobre de cartas, fui a abrirlo pero salio error, me llevo a la pagina de inicio y cuando fue nuevamente a abrir mi sobre ya no estaba, por lo que fui a ver mi maso para ver si había cartas nuevas, pero no había nada.
