How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Koma

    When Koma is cast, it crashes the app (I’m using a 9th Gen iPad) and I cannot return to gameplay until the current games ‘times’ out. It happens every time and has been happening for the past 6 months or so. It looks like it’s an issue for many other users as well, so I have nothing more to add that hasn’t been brought up already.

  2. Interaction between Kudo, King and Trickster's Elkis not correct

    I bestowed Trickster's Elkis on Kudo, King, all the other creatures were 2/2 bears eventhough Kudo, King text was blank out due to Trickster's Elkis

  3. Another Koma Crasher

    Yet another person losing games due to the Koma Crash, guessing it's due to the animation.

    Would have loved the taste of the turn around that was about to happen here.

  4. No matchmaking for Starter Deck Duel after OTJ update

    I have been trying repeatedly to start a match in the Starter Deck Duel queue. Arena is not making a match. This is all happening after the recent OTJ set update today.

  6. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Mythweaver Poq infinite loop

    If Ashaya is in play and Mythweaver Poq is played, an infinite loop begins with no way to stop it.

  7. rush of dread

    I lost a game where my opponent cast "Rush of Dread" while I was at 1 life. I should lose half my life rounded up - ie, stay at 1 life. Instead I went to 0 and died. I'm pretty sure this is a bug. Pic shows the end game state, with Rush of Dread in my opponent's graveyard.

  12. We still can't log in

    "all systems operational" and "no incidents reported today" how do you make such absurd statements while not acknowledging a critical issue like players not being able to log in for 10 hours

  13. I can't use "Not dead afther all" on Grief

    I can't use "Not dead after all" on Grief. I was playing a timeless game and i casted Grief, with mana available, and Not dead after all in my hand, but i can cast it. Please fix this bug, because i can't play my Rakdos deck anymore :(

  14. Harbinger of the Seas doesn't have its ability removed by Oko, Thief of Crowns' +1 ability

    I had an Oko on the battlefield, my opponent cast A harbinger of the Seas on their turn, on my next turn I used Oko's plus 1 to turn the harbinger into an elk with no abilities. Harbinger said it had no abilities, but all non-basic lands were still islands.

  15. Etched Slith Bug

    Etched Slith ability to remove a counter instead destroys permanent instead of removing counter.

    This happened in 2 consecutive games where after dealing damage to opponent the trigger to remove a counter from target opponent/permanent goes on the stack. You may target any permanent and if there is no counter nothing happens (normal). However, if there is a +1/+1 counter at least the target creature is destroyed instead of removing the counter. This happened when I targeted an opponent creature as well as when I targeted my own creature.

  16. Coma crash

    During two matches the casting of Koma, Cosmos Serpent has caused the game to crash. Restarting client will attempt to rejoin match, but crash during loading. Can not utilize app until I have lost the active match by timeout. iOS iPad

  18. [Bringer of the Last Gift] erroneously applying card effect when not cast from hand

    Bringer of the Last Gift is a black creature card (2 black, 6 other) with the following card text:

    "When Bringer of the Last Gift enters the battlefield, if you cast it, each player sacrifices all other creatures they control. Then each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard that weren't put there this way to the battlefield."

    Further, the card ruling on Gatherer reads:

    "Bringer of the Last Gift's last ability triggers if you cast it from any zone. It doesn't trigger if you put Bringer of the Last Gift onto the battlefield without casting it."

  19. The Magic The Mirror Crashes iOS to Home Screen If On Battlefield

    Whenever "The Magic Mirror" is loaded onto the battlefield, it crashes iOS to the home screen. This includes both when cast as well as when trying to return to the game with it still on the battlefield. So the iOS player is then locked out of the game. 100% repro rate.

  20. 《込み入った盗用/Abstruse Appropriation》で色が一致しないカードを唱えることができない

    iOS版のモダンホライゾンシールド戦において、《込み入った盗用/Abstruse Appropriation》で縄張りの剪定者を追放した。カードテキストによると、緑マナがなくても唱えられるはずだが、緑マナがないとのことで唱えることができず、敗北した。
