How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Idea for Simic card.

    A Simic counterspell where you Flash in an enchantment, it traps the spell in the enchantment, which would have 3 'bloom' counters on it with one removed per turn, once the counters are removed the opponent may cast the spell without paying its cost, though you could pay 3 mana to add another counter and delay it further.

    Dimir could have a similar version except you have to sacrifice a creature every turn to keep the spell trapped.

  2. Super Bug - Praetor makes untargetable

    Whenever anyone plays the green praetor card, everything they control becomes untargetable.
    This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me.

  3. More iOS bugs usable lands not highlighted during main phase

    Usable lands are not being highlighted during main phase. Suggestion for passing to combat phase is then a misconstrued as a result. Lands are still playable but not highlighted as it should.

  4. Unable to equip currently equipped item during main phase

    iOS version of the game. Mana was available and even tapped to produce the re-equipment. You don’t need images suggestions just fix it. You can reproduce the event easily. Shows how rushed the app was and how little developers knew about the nuance of the game.

  5. Give filters or speed up games

    Would be great if you had filters for opponents even if person could only set one per match. For eg I don't want to play anybody with a 200+ deck because I know it's going to be long & boring while they ***** around with all their cards. Sometimes i quit immediately if i see a huge deck like that. Or start watching tv or talking on discord & forget where I'm at. Or if you could introduce a flash/ speed mode where each player gets a max of 30 seconds on their turn. Nothing more boring than having to…

  6. Draft builder on iOS

    It would be really nice to have the same alternate view option on iOS that PC users have to show the maindeck cards stacked on the bottom half of the screen, just like on MTGO.

  7. Terror of the Peaks Stack Bug

    I had 3HP

    Opponent has a Terror of the Peaks on board and plays a Rimrock Knight and targets me to win the match. Priority passed to me, I played Erebo's Intervention and payed 5 for 'X' on the Terror. The game then pinged me for 3 even though Erebo's was on the top of the stack and I lost.

  12. Weekly randomized bans to create deck diversity

    It gets boring to play with/against the same decks over and over, and if you try to deviate from the meta, you probably won't be winning much, which isn't fun and impacts ranking. A possible solution is to add a new game mode where a different set of cards gets randomly banned each week. Players would have to create new decks based on the week's restrictions, which should lead to new, and thus, interesting matchups.

  14. Ozolith issues

    I think it has happened twice now where I have not chosen to "take action" and then the ozolith forced me to take one (when I had no target of my own, so I would never want to take such an action with my valuable +1+1 counters) and then I was forced to concede because it would never drop the take action selection process even as I helplessly watched my timeouts get used up. My product suggestion is that you fix BOTH of these bugs.

  15. Oakhame adversary cost reduction

    1: the opponent has a forest and no other green permanents on the field
    -player has a oakhame adversary in hand
    -> OA's cost should be reduced

    2: PC

    3: my OA's cost was not reduced
    4: OA's cost should've reduced due to the forest permanent the opponent controlled

  17. Create a new ranked w/o Planeswalkers

    Planeswalkers are not fun to play against, most are too powerful, and they have the potential to ruin a fun game.

    Whenever one is played, I frequently concede the game because of the above. After working hard to build a homebrew, playing countless games to "perfect" it, then finally have a deck you're proud of to try ranked, and then Planeswalkers come out and destroy the deck - ya, not fun.

    I really enjoy the game, have been playing for about three or four months, and have bought two season passes. I will no longer be purchasing season passes until…

  18. BloodChief thirst and Extinition Even not working properly.

    Bloodchief's Thirst and Extinction Event not working properly. It also glitches with the interactions from my opponent. For example, it appears that he is not able to use his planeswalker after I had used Bloodchief's thirst on his planeswalker.   19. MTG Arena Update Issue

    Next time you put out a MTG game for any reason make sure it doesn’t detect that that there might be something wrong with any asset file where none exists, if do that you won’t lose any players of your MTG game, you just lost me as a player of MTG Arena for that very reason.
