Alchemy
Sick of losing in games to stupid unbalanced alchemy cards.....keep alchemy to alchemy games. I don't like it and it ruins all the other game modes. You should be able, at least, to toggle alchemy off so you are not matched against any decks with alchemy cards. It's a rubbish format that has to default to it when choosing a game to falsy show it's been played when most ppl play by accident.

All my companions are missing when I try to make a new deck.

Game freezing after playing card
Game freezes after playing a card. Sits like it is waiting for me to hit thr resolve button that doesn't exist. Then times out and I lose due to timeout.

Dear MTG Arena Team,
As a passionate player of Timeless, I would like to respectfully request the addition of dedicated Timeless or Timeless Classic events to MTG Arena. Timeless is my favorite format in Arena because of its depth, variety, and the ability to explore strategies across Magic’s history.
Currently, the only way to engage with Timeless competitively is through the ranked ladder. While this is enjoyable, it feels incomplete without events that allow players to earn rewards, test themselves in structured runs, and experience the format in a tournament-like environment, much like…

Sparky wont go away
Sparky came back about a 2 updates ago and it wont go away and there is no option to turn it off. I completed the tutorials years ago, there is no reason for this feature to turn itself back on.

[BUG]Wrong Packs displayed on Mastery Pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed
I bought the Mastery Pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed, at Level 4 it states I should get 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed Packs.
However at level 4, I received 3 Edge of Eternities Packs instead.Please Advise and Thank you!

Game Turn not progressing
My game has been regularly freezing and not progressing the turn. I can still perform emotes, but nothing else works correctly. The hide stack arrow still moves, but the stack image doesn't leave the screen. I can navigate to concede the match, but clicking the concede match does nothing.
The timer rope appears normally, but the game doesn't end when it fully runs out. I have to reset the game and by the time I get back the game is over
I'm playing on Android.

Fix your Shuffler Arena. I am so sick and tired of the insane game swings of one game getting completely mana screwed and the very next game getting completely flooded. It never fails. If lose for bad plays on my own part, fine. But I am so **** tired of losing because of severe mana ***** or flood. FIX. YOUR. SHUFFLER.

Game freeze after latest update
Game freeze suddenly in most games the Last 2 days unless I win or loose very fast. Happend in both ranked and draft matches and makes the game unplayable. Fix it or refund game pass for this period.

Master Pass Level Boost - did not receive all of purchase packs
I purchased mastery pass experience for level 40, but did not receive all of the packs shown on the level boost page. I have attached a screenshot of the level boost page I saw when I clicked on level 40. But I did not receive the number of packs shown. Please provide the displayed number of packs I was supposed to receive with the purchase.

Network Error - Quick Draft Magic Foundations
My quick draft errored out during the drafting process, and now every time I try to rejoin the draft, I receive the following error. I've tried restarting the client and repairing the client on Android with no luck.

Got the wrong packs in Lorwyn Mastery
The Mastery Pass gave me 3 Edge of Eternities packs instead of Lorwyn packs. If you can credit me the Lorwyn packs, that would be awesome! I'm pretty stoked on this set :D

Unable to change Deck Format on the Deck building screen - Bug

It is no longer possible to change the format from the deck building screen.

Android gameplay- bug "freeze"
Games keep randomly freeze and not let me interact or respond to any moves. Can still view top card of grave and exile zones, as well as any card ont the field giving a card chain isn't frozen on screen over said cards. Has happened 10 times and only started after this last update. Clearing cache on the app seems to help for about 3 to 5 games before repeating about every other game. Usually happens after turn 3 but could be turn 7 before it happens. Will update with more info if i can't troubleshoot.

The game freezes visually while I can still click on the menu and the music plays too. But I can't play cards anymore

Hide Alchemy from Set Collection
Allow players to hide Alchemy sets within collection. I'm sure I'm not alone in not being interested in collecting those and I'd be much more interested fin completing the other sets if my collection looked neater...

Unable to play with adjusted Kona; deck will not validate.
Unable to play with adjusted Kona (from 4 to 5 mana); appears in deck and is not "grayed" out, but will not validate.

Same problem as some others, Sparky is stuck on the same part where she tells me good job im on my way to becoming a great planeswalker, and that I have a quest.
