How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

There is no midweek magic.
It is past 2:00 PM PT time and midweek magic isn't showing up as an event I can play.

Draft win recorded as both win ans loss
I was playing premier draft for Duskmourne.
I was 4/2 when I won a game and suddenly I was 5/3.
I have captured the log on mobile and will try and find the log file.3 votes -
Jump in
Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

Cards changing during drafts
During my first SNC draft, I picked a Psychic Pickpocket P1P4. However, what showed up in my pool was a Brokers Veteran. I figured I had just misclicked.
However, after completing the draft and building my deck, I encountered a server error and had to build my deck again. This time, the Psychic Pickpocket was in my pool, and the Brokers Veretan was not.
Parsing my logs with 17Lands.com (attached), I see two separate draft pools. This was pretty bizarre, it may have affected my picks but I'm mostly concerned about the integrity of the draft format.

Extra loss in premiere draft
I was playing on PC then switched to mobile and picked up an extra loss somewhere. I was 0-1 in my current premiere draft run, switched to mobile and won a game and it showed me 1-2 instead of 1-1. Any way to erase the second phantom loss?

Expierence not progressing
Exp not being added to mastery pass. Completed multiple daily wins and tasks with no progress.

Weekly XP not counting toward event
The weekly XP was not counted towards the ongoing bloomburrow event. Won 4 matches that gave me 1,000 XP and no movement towards the next level.

Incorrect Draft Results
I was doing a Duskmourn Quick Draft on mobile iOS. Had lost two games and had won I believe 3. I was playing in a game and won, got the victory screen, and then when i got back to the draft page it told me that i just received my third loss.

Call A Surprise Witness style not awarded from MKM Story Festival
I was not properly awarded the alternate card style for Call A Surprise Witness from the MKM story decks festival, despite the reward being listed as given out just for entering the festival.

Two games disappeared halfway through
At 2 separate occasions my game disappeared. Once in a ranked pioneer game, once in a duskmourn premier draft. In detail. I was playing these games. A waiting for the server message came up, then the screen went black. I restarted the client and found myself in the main menu, without an ongoing game. In ranked it is not a problem, but in the premier draft it may cost me prizes. The premier draft was around midnight UTC on october 26. The explorere ranked was earlier that day.

No reward after buy battle pass. No gold, card, ecc on IOS

Couldn’t sideboard in BO3 limited; various UI glitches
Couldn’t sideboard in Game 3, limited match. Happened 2x in a row during this event. Obviously not great, since the whole point of playing BO3 is the sideboarding.
Also, after matches and games, “Reward” screen shows blank and tapping “Claim” does nothing. Had to restart app both times.

I should be 3-2 after a loss in a premire draft. But I got an extra loss. It beacme 3-3.

Draft game loss when canceling que
- Search for game in Duskmourn Draft, cancel search
- PC
- Search for game is canceled and nothing else
- Search for game is canceled and I recive game loss

Unable to scroll through deck while drafting
I play mobile, so I'm not sure if this also occurs on PC. The decklist does not move when you are drafting, so it is very difficult to build the deck while drafting. Combined with not being able to send cards to the sideboard while drafting has made the whole process very difficult.

Unable to play Premier Drafts after update
When I try to open a Premier Draft (both one that was already ongoing or a new one) Arena freezes. Every other function or event is working fine, just Premier Drafts cause this issue. This happened after the most recent update.

Game loss after game win
Start a duskmourn premier draft on pc. Win three games, lose 2 games. Win 6th game. Results show win. Draft progress shows I am 4-3 and I can only claim my rewards even though I only have 2 losses. :(
