1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

The Hobbit Welcome Decks are invalid
After the event opened, it showed the decks were invalid to play so I waited until it seemed that you fixed it. Then I spend some wildcards to finish the green deck, but got hit with the invalid warning after the fact.
Yes, it is a free entry event, but it is not very welcoming and very frustrating for new players to spend wildcards just to not be able to play the deck in its intended event. Please fix it quick! Right now it feels like false advertising and a scam.7 votes -

Riddles in the dark
Completed first three riddles on the third riddle I answered WIND and it took it but no reward for 4 hours. I entered EGG and TIME during that period and the system took those, finally received the third riddle reward and received the 4th riddle answered DARKNESS and immediately received darkness reward. Received 5th riddle and saw that it is the EGG riddle which I already inputted and was accepted but have not received reward, it has been almost 12 hours at this point. Ive already restarted the client several times, ive attempted reentering EGG it will not accept it…

Jump into Marvel cannot pick the second pack after rejoin
I was trying to search for the typical card description of my pack 1 before I chose the pack 2 in the Jump into Marvel event, so I left the event and searched the card in my collection. But when I tried to rejoin the event, I could not correctly start my play after I chose pack 2. I cannot even drop the event to start a new one. Seems the event says goodbye to me :(
Step to reproduce:
1. Pay 1000 gold to join event
2. Pick pack 1
3. Click "Deck" on top to exit event

Season reward not received
Season just finished and I received only half of the rewards (1 booster instead of 2).

"Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes" FANTASTIC and SAVAGE LANDS are guaranteed to appear every time.
In Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes, when selecting the first and second packets,
"FANTASTIC" and "SAVAGE LANDS" invariably appear among the choices
regardless of how many times the attempt is made;
thus, the randomness of packet appearance rates is not being maintained.3 votes -

During a recent Pick 2 MSH draft, the cards simply weren't displayed. The system autopicked for me. I had to reboot twice.

Ranking up while losing in limited events
I've played 4 premier drafts of HOB, I have not won more than 2 games in any single event and I'm ranking up. This is evil. I'm playing a ranked queue against players consistently above my skill level winning 33% - 40% of my games and ranking up. Half of the issue is the lack of participation in Universes Beyond, players decay far below their skill level and prey upon weaker players. The other half of the issue is WOTC's ranking system that inflates player rankings when they are losing more than 50% of their games, 2 pips per win…

Incorrect end of season reward - given a Qualifier Weekend token for a top 1200 Mythic finish
My end of season rewards are wrong. I finished the season at Mythic #820 per the rewards email, and I received the play-in points for finishing in the top 1200. But I ALSO received an in-game message and reward for finishing in the top 250. I believe that I was awarded the Qualifier Weekend Token incorrectly. Don’t get me wrong, if it’s too much trouble to fix this, I’d be happy to use it!

Bug in Jump into Marvel Superheroes: Possible workaround
In Jump in Marvel, when you select the second pack, you're popped back to the home screen.
When you open the event again, you're prompted to select packs.
The screen shows the first pack selected, and a greyed out 'Confirm Pick' button.
The event is stuck at this point.
Verifying the files showed a 1 files failed to validate message, but this didn't fix the issue.After a while, reopening the event showed the second set of packs to choose from again.

Jump Into Marvel - Locked Out
After second packet pick trying to play results in going back to the choose packets screen [see image]
On clicking 'Choose Packets' button the 'Choose one of these themed Packets' screen with my first choice already there, but without the previously shown choices for packet 2. [see image] Confirm pick is greyed out, and no further progress is possible.
Result is lost gold, no cards appear to be have been added to my collection from those picks, not possible to play or quit event. Locked out of whole event, unfortunately.6 votes -

frozen room section for Duskmourn Draft
during a draft match I was playing in the newest draft dropped today, August 11, 2026 during my turn when I used a sorcery in an artifact to unlock a room. My game did not let me select and eventually when I hit view board, it did not let me go back to even trying to select between the cards and it timed me out and I was not able to do anything and it caused me to lose so I now have a loss in my limited draft Event.

Fantastic 4 Marvel Jump In Deck Unplayable
I should have known not to try an event with auto-generated land on the first day. You never test these things before you roll them out. That was the lamest event I ever sat through because your program can't figure out land requirements again. Let me assign them myself if your algorithm is that bad at it! If you choose the Fantastic 4 as a half deck it only gives you land appropriate for the other theme, leaving half or more of the Fantastic 4 almost impossible to play until you draw one of your two lands that can assign…

new hobbit decks bug
the challenge keeps resetting without giving me rewards as soon as I get all my wins it will reset.
Also, all the decks get mana flooded every time this hurts green the most. but the only one really playable is red.4 votes -
Pick two draft the Hobbit Missed Draft Pick
In my Hobbit Pick 2 draft event on pack one pick four my draft pick was cancelled, I selected two cards and before the timer ran out the pack vanished and the cards were not put into my pool. At the end of the draft I have fewer cards than i should have

Daretti doens't let you choose. It frozes at the 3 option, and you have to wait for timeout.

Power Cube draft price
The price to draft the arena power cube is WAY too high and the rewards are really bad. Just feels like corporate greed :(
