How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I have a deck created with a commander from the latest set (TLA) but it is shown as invalid. Instead the event accepts only decks with FIN commanders.8 votes -
Omniscience games don’t start

Sokka's Haiku bug in Omniscience Draft
I was not able to cast Sokka's Haiku in omniscience draft multiple times! Priority was not passed to me and the spell was not castable.

Mastery Pass gave wrong packs
I got 3 EoE packs instead of 3 Lorwyn eclipsed packs as Mastery pass reward.

Jump In! Screwed up mana bases, misleading color pack choices
Jump In! continues to show packs that are say, Blue + Black, only for it to be mono Blue with one or two split-cost cards and then shove a bunch of Swamp into the mana base. This is entirely misleading and completely messes up the mana base, making the play experience miserable at times. Screenshot included for the Midweek Magic Lorwyn Jump In; this is not the first time I've run into this problem. However here I chose what was advertised as UB and the second pack advertised as UW, only to end up with basically an Azorius UW deck…

Final Fantasy Quickdraft Error
I was trying to run through a Final Fantasy Quickdraft, but I the matches I load into don't present starting cards, and I can't exit. I don't want to take a loss for this match I can't play.

Didn't receive Fleem rewards
I didn't receive the Fleem avatar and the other rewards, despite me having fulfilled the requirements (i.e. mastery packs, packs, etc.)

Powered Cube Draft Pricing/Rewards
Can you bring back the old prize structure for the Powered Cube Draft, at least for the traditional queue? Paying full price for a phantom event and goin 1-2 or 2-1 feels bad and makes the games not fun. Best part of cube is being able to try new things that you wouldn’t normally be able to do, but with too heavy prizing I’m force to “try hard” so I can win which diminishes the fun factor. Going 2-1 and being able to draft again should be the bare minimum.

Avatar premium draft is down
Avatar Premium Draft Bugged and Disappeared.
I am using a Windows PC and accessing Arena through Steam.
I paid 1500 gems to enter a premium avatar draft. After I completed the draft, I was stuck in a clearly glitchy queue. I reset MTG Arena and the same issue occurred again.
Now the premium draft is gone and so are my gems.
Id like to be refunded for gems I spent.6 votes -
Matchmaking broken for Arena Direct?
I've been waiting for almost two hours for a match to fire for the Avatar Arena Direct event. Never had to wait for more than a few minutes before.

queue avatar draft
I played one game on avatar premier draft and now i am stuck on 'currently waiting'. I waited 15 minutes for one attempt. Restarted the arena app, and hit 15 min again. I tried playing a different format and i did get in a game of standard so I know it isnt a connection problem. Went back into draft and have waited another 5 minutes for pairing again.
can I get my gems back? this is wait time is absurd.

Issues with mana bases during the jump in events
In the most recent Jump-In event for Lorwyn, there was an issue where I chose the Blight theme, which preported to be in Mardu colors. However almost every card in that theme was black. While there was one card that did actually take Orzhov Hybrid mana, none of the cards had any use for red mana. And yet despite that, I was given four mountains and four plains, meaning almost half of my mana base was lands that wouldn’t help me. Hi, can someone please tell me a clever reason why this deck should contain islands and mountains in its mana base?
I have to mulligan every game at least twice...

Predatory practices from Wizards of the Coast
the past year, I've felt Arena has become more predatory in its practices. A lot of events cost a lot more for no good reason and physical products are being offered as rewards for extremely expensive events. These events are similar to sealed and draft but made harder to win the prize artificially (usually by reducing the number of losses you're allowed from three to two). A lot of the time, they don't give you anything even if you win some of the games. It's dangerous and it's exploiting people, especially with it's limited time access.

Crashes on Win11 PC, Quick Draft
Hi. It's the third time I lost an event (2x PickTwo Draft and 1x Quick Draft) because of game crashes. I don't know what to do. I couldn't find what's causing it yet. It happens only with MTG Arena, no other app on my PC crashes. I've made 2 more tickets before this one and I still didn't get an answer on any of them. Please, what can I do to fix this? premier draft event disappeared after drafting
I'm on PC, paid 1500 gems for a TLA premier draft, drafted all cards as normal but received an error when trying to save my deck. After restarting client, TLA Premier is no longer in the events list and my gems are presumably lost.
