How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Quest not progressing

    My daily quests have simply stopped progressing when I was almost done with them. Please Wizards, I would really like this extra gold since it's the last day before the new set.

  3. Sluggish/unusable client and blacked out drafting menu.

    I entered a Foundations premium draft and immediately lost visuals after everyone chose Ready. I could hear all the normal audio queues but had no visuals. Restarting the client brought me back into the main UI but everything was extremely sluggish and it took 5 minutes to rejoin the draft. After rejoining, visuals blacked out again and I only had audio. I had to give up on the draft and it auto picked my whole deck.

    Despite winning 3 games in Starter Deck Duel mode with the Black and White deck it did not show up in my Starter Decks.

  5. Jump in mission

    There is a mission where you have to complete jump in 3 times, I did it once yesterday but after some time it went back to 0, the tokens are 1000g a piece I would very much like to finish the mission, thank you

  6. Premier draft crashed

    I entered a premier aetherdrift draft and on the last pick the draft crashed and now it won’t let me back in. I already received reimbursement for the event but I cannot join a new one. It says “resume draft” but when I click on it, it says “unable to start draft, try again later”. It has been like this for two days now. I tried uninstalling the app from my phone and reinstalling but didn’t help.

  7. Client crashes when trying to play Premier Draft

    3. When I clicked Premier Draft, I got stuck on "Waiting for server". After a while, the client crashes, and my Mac restarts. When I went back, the gold had left my account, and I could click to resume the draft. However, the same thing happens when I try to start the draft.

  9. Premier Draft Error - Draft Completed but trying to queue me

    There is a miscommunication going on between my account and the server. A few days ago I was in a premier draft and the client froze just before I could finish. When I re-logged in and went back to premier draft, I got a long Waiting for Server message followed by an error "Unable to start draft".

    The client thinks I have a completed draft (I should) based on the "resume" text on the premier draft icon. However it seems to want to put me into a new draft.

    All other game modes function fine. Problem occurs on both PC…

    I've noticed that the packets update page for the Aetherdrift Jump In! event hasn't been published on the official MTGA website yet. Is it possible to publish it?

  11. Please hire qa. With active Jump In deck, bought Foundations Jumpstart deck. Event matches all GreDraw; loading deck hangs

    This morning I saw the new Foundations Jumpstart arena event. I had an active gw deck in the Jump In event and maybe that was a problem. I purchased a deck in the Foundations Jumpstart event (ended up with Stoked Ninjas, a R-U packet pair), but I haven’t seen it. When I went to start games, I get a popup error message saying the match would be a draw. Even before seeing opponent information, every match in this event is a draw. Also, when I click on the deck to look at it, the Waiting for Server spinner animation appears……

    Why is there this event on my first account but not on the second one, I just entered the game and didn't know there was an event going on. I played on one account everything was fine, I enter the second account and there is no such event there ???

  13. Stingerback Terror Description Bug

    Thank you very much here the problem is that on the card it should have been written -1/-1 for each card in the hand, but it is written +1/+1 so I did not get why I paid I imagine that it is a computer bug and that the card (paper version) should not contain this error... when I play the card if I have 5 cards in my hands I end up with a 2/2...
    This card must be corrected or removed...

  14. Foundations draft vanished

    I started a draft of the new foundations set. After completing the full draft and playing one game I called it a night. The next night I logged back in and the draft was gone. Not just the draft I was currently in but the entire draft option for the set had vanished. I have reset my computer and magic and it's still gone.

    Grand methods crashing in games since update. I lost all my cube games due to continuous uous crashing (nearly every round!)

  16. Can't Saddle creature at the beginning of combat phase

    During my quick draft event, I had a gilded ghoda and howlsquad Heavy. At the beginning of combat, my Howlsquad Heavy creates a token. I should have been able to Saddle my Gilded Ghoda with the token after it enters but I wasn't given the opportunity to even though I setup my combat phase to hold priority. This has caused me to lose significant tempo because I wasn't able to generate treasure tokens and ended up losing the game by 1 life.

  17. keyword soup

    The "Keyword Soup" achievement is bugged. I have achieved this event, not against the computer or a direct match and the achievement does not unlock. Please see screenshots. I am playing on iOS.

  18. Cannot sideboard between games 2 and 3 in the best of three standard event.

    I cannot sideboard between games 2 and 3 during the best of three standard events. It shows my sideboard but does not add the cards to my deck when I select them. This issue is occurring on iOS and happens every time I have tried in multiple events, even when restarting the app during the bugged sideboarding time.

  19. Spark sabotages itself at first noncreature spell

    At the event "Sparky's Challenge".

    At first, I saw Sparky returning its first creature to its own hand with the blue deck. It was a 1/1 flying bird. Ok, because later it casted a creature that would gain +1/+1 everytime a flying creature enters.

    But then, I saw a similar behavior, also at round 2, but this time Sparky tapped its own wall with an enchantment.
    Then it did again some rounds later.

    It is for sure a bug.

  20. 対戦相手が表示される直前に落ちる

    スタンダードイベント中、マッチング完了し対戦開始前、対戦相手が表示される直前にアプリが落ちます
    このバグが起きた際、復帰の為に再起動しても同じく対戦相手が表示される直前のタイミングでアプリが落ちてしまいます

    これにより過去4度敗北扱いになりジェムやゴールドを失いました。

    アプリが落ちてしまうためスクリーンショットが撮れませんでしたが、日本時間2024/18:40のあたりに発生しました。
