How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Card Effect or Translation incorrect

    The card "The Safe Looter" had a different effect than what is written!

    The card says that when entering battlefield the target player discards a card and loses one life and the effect is not that. This problem affected performance in the draft.

    I am a user who is having fun playing MTG in Korea.

    But I'm tired of your hundreds of mistranslations. so I checked your DB files and distributed translation modification patches.

    Nevertheless, I report like this to solve the situation that cannot be solved by mistranslation and user patches pouring out every patch.

    I noted the record that needs to be changed by referring to your DB table.

    In the case of the Localizations table, the records with CARDNAME were omitted, but please revise this as well.

  3. [Korean] Liliana, Dreadhorde General, Barter in Blood Mistranslation

    Liliana, Dreadhorde General's -4 abilities and effect of Barter in Blood have been mistranslated.

    The effect "Each player sacrifices two creatures of their choice." is incorrectly translated as "Each opponent sacrifices two creatures of their choice."

    -Wrong translation-

    각 상대는 생물 두 개를 선택해 희생한다. (Each opponent sacrifices two creatures of their choice.) X

    -Correct translation-

    각 플레이어는 생물 두 개를 선택해 희생한다. (Each player sacrifices two creatures of their choice.) O

    Lyev Skyknight's "Detain" ability is blatantly incorrect. It should have the text "Until your next turn". Pretty hard to miss, given that every single card with the Detain keyword has reminder text printed directly on it (source: "www.gatherer.wizards.com")

    Can you tell me please who voices "Nahiri, Storm of Stones" planeswalker?
    It would also be convenient if there was a list of the MTG Arena's voice actors and the characters they voiced.

  11. Inconsistent use of parenthesized rubies for land types under Japanese locale

    On the right of the Deck Details screen is a table showing statistics of the deck per types and subtypes. If you are playing under Japanese locale, some land types are presented with parenthesize rubies while some others are without. In particular 平地 (plains) and 山 (mountain) have parenthesized rubies.

    Although this inconsistency is less maleficent, I consider it is a bug, because:

    • I find no reason to present the particular two land types, plains and mountain, in a different way than others.
    • I have never seen on Jaspanese paper Magic cards or other authentic Japanese source that a land…

  12. Lunar Convocation has a typo in Brazilian Portuguese

    The card "Lunar Convocation" has a typo in the brazilian portuguese version.

    Instead of "At the beginning of your end step, if you gained AND lost life this turn, create a 1/1 black Bat creature token with flying.", the card says "if you gained OR lost life this turn, create a 1/1 black Bat...".

    This almost made me lose a draft because I wasn't understanding why the card wasn't creating any 1/1 Bats for me.

    Idk if this is the right flair but the text on consuming blob is wrong. the first ability shouldn't read "this token's power" it should say "consuming blob's power"

  17. Card effect has a different effect than what is written on it

    Hi,
    i played a match this morning, and a player had a card "COMOS ELIXIR' i played all my match in French langage, and on the french trad the card has an effect to win 1 point of life and in the original langage it's 2... So i lost my match because the text on the card is wrong...

    I use Teleportation Circle with The One Ring and Effect stops i think the cast sentence is debatable.

    Same as Companion Effects whitch should be permant effects.

    Card : Entasseuse de nitescences (FR) / Glimmer Hoarder (EN)

    In Spellbook, Gravebreaker Lamia (EN) / Lamie brise-tombe (FR)

    Put in graveyard in English and game

    Translate FR say put in your hand ... very confuse.

    The game system is not working properly after the last update.
