How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Avatar companion Bug
Purchased the two avatar companions but they don't show up in my profile as available or in store to re purchase…

Avatar Companion visual bug
I've some graphic issue: everything concerning APPA companion is textureless; the problem is either with my APPA or opponent's APPA.
I've tryed reinstalling and repair game files, and changing display ingame quality, but no success.

card sleeve
Bug: I purchased the pre-release items for Avatar, including the Appa sleeve. I didn't select set as default when it popped up in the "acquired items" when I logged in. I went back later to select it and it shows locked and when I click on it, the corner button sets to "store". When I click on that it takes me to the store but it's not available for purchase in the store (probably because I already own it). I tried logging in and out again, but that did not resolve the problem. Is there some way to resolved…

Companion inaccessibility
Using IOS from Mobile devise, when attempting to access the Companion screen from profile, it reverts back to profile screen and access to companion list is impossible. Same is true when I try to access companion page via individual decks, so absolute denial of companion list or ability to change companions.

companion bug
I cannot see my pets when I try to change a companion for a deck. I'm stuck with my past picks and the default companion for my new decks.

Core Achievement "Stylish Spellslinger" not triggering
I have an Avatar, Sleeve, Companion, Sticker and Phrase cosmetics all selected while playing, but the achievement still is incomplete.

Card sleeve bug
A all black sleeve appears in my collection - trying to use this sleeve crashes the game.

Companion list unavailable
After the last update (2026.54.40.5293.1221064), I'm suddenly unable to select a companion for my decks. The list of companions is blank (although I have like 12+ unlocked companions), only the preselected companion is visible. I'm playing on Android app.

Sleeve
Some time back I purchased the "golgari card sleeve". It was working fine until one of the recent game updates. Now after selecting it for any of my decks it's not applied and it's replaced by the default one instead.

Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar [solved]
Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar. The Video uploaded does not show ingame, only loading the game. Yet ingame it´s the same.
I used an Avatar, then bought Squee and applied after transaction as standard. since then my avatar is locked and whichever i choose it´s always the same avatar ingame.
Support couldn´t help - reinstalled the game - uninstalled with revo intensive mode, disabled windows coreisolation - i am not using third party AV or vpn.
thanksEDIT while participating in the sealed-dominaria event (12.000 coins) the avatar is not locked.
on traditional historic play it is still locked…

Cannot choose a different Companion when editing a deck
When editing a deck, in the screen where I can choose Avatars, Companions, and Card Sleeves, when I click on the Companions button, only my existing Companion is listed. I cannot see any of my other collected Companions. My only option is to go back to the previous screen.

card sleeve cosmetics not working properly
My American flag card sleeve is not displaying properly. I've gone to the cosmetics screen, set the sleeve as a default, the blue border is showing around it, and yet my cards still have the default sleeve in every game.

sideboard bug with companion card
When I play BO3 historic with companion card(Lurrus of the Dream-Den),that happened.
Sideboad cards was displayed only 6 (and companion),in spite of the fact that 14 cards was in sideboad.
This bug is not happened when I don't use companion.
This is fatal bug to playing with companion.

Robot companion bug
The robot companion is messed up.

Companion hidden
Companion is now hidden behind the camera on iphone 15…. This is a big deterrent to getting more companions.
