How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Please allow animations to be disabled
The animations on both the card sleeves and in-game slow my game down to the point of crashing. Please allow an option for these animations to be disabled.

Option to cast Increasing Vengeance not triggering
Good day. I'd like to report a bug.
Platform: Epic Games on MacThis has happened in four different games when playtesting a deck against Sparky, and I captured a log of this latest incident (see attached). I'm casting a viable instant (Lightning Helix) during my opponent's turn and would like to copy the spell that I control by casting Increasing Vengeance from my hand, but the option to cast Increasing Vengeance never triggers. I have one untapped Blood Crypt and two untapped Sacred Foundry, so the available mana is there. The text of Increasing Vengeance is: "Copy target instant…

SIDEBOARD ONGOING ISSUE
Problem with sideboarding in bo3 due to glitch involving companion.
Been going on for months. Keeps trying to put a second companion into my sideboard. When I manually remove it it functions for awhile before locking me out of sideboarding and giving invalid deck errorsAfter a few hours it fixes itself but then starts up again
Have to delete and reimport deck

Back button in Deck Info screen (premier draft) is non-functional
When in the Deck Info screen within premier draft deck building , there’s a glitch where the back button does not go back to the Deck Builder screen. I’m on iPhone iOS 18.6.2. This happens consistently to me since the Avatar release. The only way to get out of the Deck Info screens is to exit the draft and restart the “Build Deck”.

mtg arena is rigged. im tired of fixed matches and game results. its obvious that wizards is cheating its users by rigging game results.
mtg arena is rigged. the matchmaking is rigged, and the random number generation is rigged. its obvious after only a short amount of time that my games are being manipulated in a way to prevent me from winning. im seeing games where the system refuses to give me tools i need, while simultaneously giving me every copy of useless cards. wizards should be ashamed of themselves for rigging their game. quit rigging matches. let players enjoy the game without having their results manipulated.

Shuffle Algorithm is ****!!!
There is a 99.205% probability that I should draw 1 of 4 cards in the first 41 draws. I did not draw 1 of my 4 cards.
WTF?!! This is INSANE!!! Your "Shuffle Algorithm" is absolute *! Why rig the game? I just want a fair platform to play MTG, but you've created some absurd manipulation.
There is so much feedback concerning the "shuffle" and you don't do anything. Whatever's good for business I guess. Shame on you!
The game would be exponentially more FUN! if you had a basic- random shuffle algorithm.

Can’t cast “discover 5” spell of bloomvine regent off trumpeting carnosaur
Trumpeting carnosaur enters from Random Encounter and triggers Discover 5. It hits Bloomvine Regent but the app won’t let me resolve the cast. It only gives me option to “Resolve”, which sends it back to my hand without casting it. I should be able to cast the card for free. This has happened multiple times and I don’t know how to fix this. Im on Arena with my iPad.

Brushwagg is getting brushed
I need to join in the frustration of missing out on Brushwagg as a companion for MTG Arena. I guess the word would be "textures" and these "textures" have changed to a pink silhouette. I take great pride in having Brushwagg accompany me during my in-game play, and would politely ask that "the powers that be" make the necessary modifications in an upcoming update, to include him as the choiciest companion for us.

Draft stuck on "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..."
Have been stuck on Pack 1 Pick 8 for 20 minutes, still on "Waiting on other players to pass the draft pack..."
Presumably the draft is happening without me as the packs are moving their way around the group, but I haven't been able to pick a card for 20 minutes. I imagine soon it'll be done with the draft and I'll have a random collection of cards that were picked for me (and the 8 I did pick). Annoying as I was happy about how the draft was going so far...
Could I at least please have my draft…

Mill-licious Achievement
My opponent actually lost by drawing from an empty library, it did a different animation on their player avatar or whatever, and I didn’t get credit for the achievement. It’s so hard because people usually concede before losing that way and I finally got it and it didn’t work.

Fix the shuffler
The deck shuffler still needs work. It isn't random. The odds of this deal are astronomical. This is not a rare occurrence and it causes many Resignation games very early. It's frustrating and should be a simple fix. Just use random, then run it through a "does this make sense filter. "

Cannot Log In / Lost Connection to Server 2025.10.29
Beginning Oct. 28, 2025 (after the Avatar update), I’ve not been able to log into the Arena app on either Windows home computer on home network, nor on iOS iPhone 15 on any other network.
The app asks for my login credentials, then freezes for approximately 90 seconds, then says that I’ve lost connection to the server and gives me the option to ‘Check Status’, ‘Reconnect’, or ‘Log Out’.2 votes -
boiling rock rioter unable to cast allies it has exiled
When in a sealed event with the new avatar set I played Boiling Rock Rioter. I used his ability several times to exile Ally creature cards from my opponents graveyard including Appa steadfast guardian and Poxbearers. I was playing white and black and had the lands necessary to cast some of these ally spells however when I attached with the rioter the trigger went on the stack and then I was not given an option or window to cast said spells. Am I missing something?

unable to connect
I was trying to launch MTG Arena after the patch released for the Avatar set, but I am unable to connect with my account.

Flash Bug?
Why can I not cast a flash based card in response to my opponent's spell? There was no other card on field with flash , and I had the correct amount and type of mana. Can you please fix this game, inbetween random crashes, and all other sort of ****, this is why I would never recommend or spend any money on this "game" in it's current state, probably lose some friends over this if I did.

Matchmaking massive problem
Matchmaking needs to be addressed. I am getting put against literal counterplay decks everytime I sleeve up something new or even play decks I have had built for a long time. Sleeved up an Aristocrats style sac/token deck. I have gotten nothing but soul sister mono white variants or mono white angels. Straight up counter. Out of 20 or so games maybe 3 where a different deck. This algorythm needs to go. I switch to elves and instantly get goblins match up...fix it wotc

that weird light thing keeps popping up every time I hit home, it tells me “What an adventure!” You're well on your way to being a great plainswalker" “You've got a quest! If you complete it, you'll get a reward.” “click here to play a game.”

Is this a scam and why is it showing up after every single time I arrive at the menu? ie: every time after a game

Not working as intended
Something is severely broken with Bloodthirsty conqueror & Marauding blight-priest. I defended an attack with a dazzling angel, nothing touched my avatar. Bloodthirsty & blight priest just kept draining my health from 40 to 0.
