1. my client is not updating

   Opening the client/game I can play normally. But it is not updating to the new patch (Patch - 2023.33.10). I'm playing version: Patch Notes - 2023.33.00. What should I do?

2. Open Chat And More PHRASES for the Emotes box

   while playing there needs to be open chat or more PHRASES to be available for play there are no PHRASES for sale ever and even in the mastery there are no PHRASES available to earn while playing this tends to be tuff sure there are plenty of PHRASES there never available for in any season I have paid for plus there's no way to add people form the game tends to make connection tuff in gameplay I think this area needs to be addressed I would love to be able to see if other players are online to be able to train and send invites but that's limited having There #and name. this chat style sucks I played a lot of games in my time and being able to chat over the mic or via text should always be an option or open world, just saying it cuts out competitive remarks a lot or even respectively saying to the other player how awesome the deck he or she built was awesome just saying the chat needs to be open or at least be able to type what we want to say openly to other players just saying there could be a tremendous reward in being able to have this option this would make for tournaments play awesome being able to game talk right to the competitor and have that in return !!!!

4. Crater's Claws Did Not Give Bonus Damage.

   I had a "Jesakai Windscout" and triggered 2x Prowes so he was 4/3. Then i casted "Cratere´s Claw" but didnt get the +2 damage.

6. Wrong interactions with ability of Salvager of Ruin

   The Salvager of Ruin did not work as expected since new version. It can only detect the cards put into graveyard when Salvagers are on battlefield. If Salvagers are not on battlefield, the cards put into graveyard are not counted. This is not the same with tabletop game.

7. Bloodstained Mire

   Simply, while using the Bloodstained Mire card, the game did not allow me to take the basic land "mountain", specifically it did not let me select the basic land.

   After sacrificing the fetch, the game didn't tell me about the presence of lands I could search in the deck even though I had 5 more available.

8. Magmatic Gallion crewing issue

   I tried to crew Magmatic Galleon with my Vanguard of the Rose during my opponents combat, but the Galleon ended up being sacrificed to the Vanguard.

10. Daily Challenge Don't Stay Active.

11. BOYCOTT ARENA TILL THEY FIX DIRECT BATTLES

    Their game is unplayable with friends. For months now direct battles do not work and they have done nothing to fix it. NO one should buy anything from them until they make their game playable again. this is truly unacceptable

13. Misleading Design for Card (Arena Mobile) Hidden Keywords

    I was playing in my premiere draft and the opponent played Uchbenbak, the Great Mistake which on the battlefield looks like a 6/4 with Descend 8 and Vigilance. There is not indication on Arena mobile that there are other keywords for the card. Therefore, I played a creature under the understanding that I could block and kill Uchbenbak. Then on my turn, OP swings n with impunity because there is a HIDDEN keyword of menace. Seems poor design to not include some indication there are other keywords to consider.

    Please refund the premiere draft buy-in, the entire event and experience has been ruined. I have to step away from playing for a while because of my frustration.

    Please review the image that was attached (IMG_0084.png) where you can see that when Uchbenbak is on the battlefield there is nothing that indicates there are any additional keywords beyond Descend 8 (The big 8 on the card) and Vigilance.

    If this card was on MTG Online (MODO), there would be a word clearly written out n the care that says "Menace" and remains visible when the card is on the battlefield. If this was a paper game, I would be able to look down at the card and see that there are additional keywords on the card following Vigilance and ensure I know what else is on the card.

    On the battlefield in Arena while playing on mobile, there is no indication that Uchbenbak has an additional keyword or test beyond Descend 8 and Vigilance. It should not be required that every player knows that a card has additional hidden text when on the battlefield. Additionally, it should not be expected that I am required to mouse over the creature to see what additional hidden text exists.

    From a design perspective, the Descend 8 should even be highlighted on Uchbenbak when on the battlefield because it has no effect on the card while in play and is an activated ability from the graveyard. Therefore, it would make a lot more sense to show Vigilance and Menace as the keywords on the card displayed in IMG_0084.

    The cards on Arena need to display the card keywords that impact the battlefield and decision-making otherwise issues arise like in my game where I played a creature that seemingly could profitably block and trade with Uchbenbak except for the HIDDEN KEYWORD.

16. Opponent's Hand Displayed as Lands.

    After an explore, opponent's hand started displaying a face up plains. I didn't realize there was an issue until they cast a Quicksand Whirlpool that I hadn't played around because I thought all information was face up. Their next draw step also added a face up plains to their hand. Please refund the event fee.

17. Japanese Card Card Image bug

    Looking through my available card sleeves in my profile, two sleeves only appear as black with the Arena logo on them in the card sleeves section and in game during matches. I believe the two sleeves that have been blacked out are the Japanese art Chandra and Japanese art Vivien sleeves. This issue isn't present with the other Japanese art sleeves that I have.
