How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Abstruse Appropriation

    My opponent cast Abstruse Appropriation to exile my Warped Tusker. I had cast Warped Tusker (mana value 7) with a 2 mana cost reduction from Urza's Incubator. Later on my opponent cast Warped Tusker for 5 mana instead of the cards printed mana value of 7.

  2. Depth Defiler not triggering Riku of Many Paths

    Depth Defiler has "When you cast this spell, choose one"
    Riku of Many Paths has the ability "Whenever you cast a modal spell".

    Depth Defiler's text does meet the requirement of Riku's ability and creatures are spells. I guess Depth Defiler is the first permanent with a "When cast choose" effect.

  3. Can't use colorless mana on generic part of idol of false gods ability

    I went into full control with UCC in my mana pool. I attempted to activate Idol of False Gods with the two Colorless in my mana pool. I could click on one cor the colorless part of the cost, but it would only allow me to select the blue mana for the generic part of the cost.

  4. Bloated contaminator

    When using the proliferate ability after doing damage app drops and needs restarted. It is every single time and I’m using an Apple phone. Most game play is fine but I’m still having same app drop from collect ability on deadly cover up as well(I already suggested that bug).

  5. gameplay bug, could be a big problem if abused

    I experienced a bug in a direct tournament match with a friend, the bug is that helm of the host was producing a copy of the creature its attached to as well as one of my creatures, it was a pretty large board state however and we were both creating copies of creatures. the weird part was that the two cards it was duplicating were similar ie both fliers, both haste. they both state they were created by the helm, video attached below along with logs which should help you understand.

  6. Gonti, Canny Acquisitor Bug

    On Arena, Gonti, Canny Acquisitor does not reduce the cost of 1 mana cards exiled with it to zero. For example, when exiling an opponents 1 mana Esper Sentinel, the cost for me to play that card should be 0 (due to Gonti's first effect), but remained 1.

  7. Draft Issue

    I was kicked out during pick phase in draft, let me skipping 1 or 2 choice ( 1 for sure), was so sad coz i save my gem for that event. wish i can have a free draft token back or some. thanks in advance

  8. Skull Skaab's triggered ability does not work if exploiting creature is not in play

    In Historic Play, I did below:
    1. I cast Skull Skaab.
    2. I cast Delney, Streetwise Lookout.
    3. I cast Stitched Assistant.
    4. Stitched Assistant's Exploit triggers twice.
    5. I resolve Exploit and sacrifice Stitched Assistant.
    6. Stitched Assistant's triggered ability and Skull Skaab's triggered ability trigger each twice and I resolve them.
    7. I resolve Exploit and sacrifice a Zombie token.

    As a result, no triggered ability triggered at the secondly resolved Exploit.
    I expected that Skull Skaab's triggered ability was triggered. Skull Skaab is still in play.
    Beware that the format is Historic. Skull Skaab is updated one…

  10. Tecutlan, the Searing Rift

    Flip Brass's Tunnel-Grinder into Tecutlan, the searing rift, then if you have forgotten monument in play and try using it to tap Tecutlan, the searing rift by paying 1 to get any color mana it causes the match to end as a draw.

  11. Algorithm Improvement

    I'm sure you're getting a lot of complaints about how one-sided your algorithm is not being impartial and often times screwing over players with land draws that should not be happening in a purely random sample - so my complaint can be added to that pile.

    But, an idea for changing the algorithm to improve randomization would be having the program assign a number to each card remaining in a deck and pile shuffling the cards into X amount of piles (let's say 6). It can repeat this process Y amount of times then take the middle of the pile…

  12. iPad Crashing

    Twice now in the same game! Twice! This is not a me problem as your ‘helpful’ email suggested. This is a WotC problem, this is a you problem. There are others reporting it, I’ve already reported it. My iPad is up to date, my internet is solid enough to play online for hours and hours on my Xbox, I restart your game between each and every match just to give myself the best chance of a crash free experience. To no avail, none whatsoever, because today on the very first game (of limited, so it’s costing me money each time…

  13. iPad crash fix, any updates coming soon?

    iPad crashing problem worse than ever. It’s been many months now and many patch and update opportunities have come and gone. I was very hopeful with this latest set, that this huge problem would be addressed. As many iPad users have stated….. restarting, reinstalling, turn on/ off, unplugging, etc does not fix this, it’s not client side causing the issue. Please, someone there has an iPad, easy to reproduce if you try for more than 3 or 4 matches. Can we have an estimated time for a fix?

  14. Mythic rank on 0% and it’s updating after wins

    I won a game against a 0% mythic and after I that my rank appears to me as 0% on the screen but after I went to my profile, noticed that the win don’t give me a higher rank

  15. Grave Expectations Targets opponent, but makes you choose.

    Bug report

    Grave Expectations Heist requires you to choose target opponent even when there is only 1 opponent. It should automatically select them.

    Repro: play grave expectations
    Should: if there’s 1 opponent, they get targeted
    Actual: you must choose the single opponent to target

  17. during match when your opponent has many creature

    during match when your opponent has many creatures to attack you if you are using solemnity / phyrexian unlife, and cannot lose life or get poison counters the game demands you take an action in the middle of said attack or you will concede, however there is no action that can be taken while you wait for the attack to resolve so you are forced to concede . this is not appropriate. wins going to people for flooding the match.

  18. Whiskervale Forerunner needs a ban from all formats

    Returning creatures from the graveyard to the battlefield is a black ability not a white ability. This card should be banned to bring the playable cardlist back into line with the themes of the colors.

  19. The existance of masturbatory decks needs to be fixed

    The existence of decks that can suddenly end a game by just drawing a combo or being able to end the game is fewer than 10 turns is just bad game design.

    Second the existence of such decks has lead to a format where many players expect to win in 5 turns and if someone draws a good hand that effectively prevents that, most of them end up leaving games even though they may still have been able to win if they persisted because they have 4+ cards in their hand and the other person had to reduce their hand…
