How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. opponent has too many cards

    this is the last time that i will post about this I am no longer going to play arena until this is fixed. I continue to play against opponents who have hacked the game in some way that they have too many cards in their deck. You have lost a customer. Its pathetic that this has been allowed to go on for so long, but then again, I should expect your company to put out a shoddy product and charge people for it.

  2. Destroying blocking creatures and not being able to attack

    I was under the impression that if I destroy a blocking creature, that my attacking creature will be able to attack. If this is true, I am being prevented from attacking with said creature after destroying target blocking creature.

  3. Severe lag in shop and mid week event bug

    When tapping on the store icon on an android device, the lag is so severe to open the shop, the game freezes, same with opening packs and the this current mid week magic event for 2/18/2026. I have not found a work around yet, this happened after the pre order tmnt update.

  4. Lag on Android phone - 18 Feb version

    Hi,
    Arena has been running fine on my phone for a few years now.
    With the latest patch I'm getting awful lag, to the point where I can't start a match

    Wondering if anyone else on mobile is experiencing the same

  7. Please give us a free mulligan for "silly" events

    This week's MWM is Golden Pack sealed, which is described by Arena as a "silly" format. Please give us a free mulligan for these casual formats. Brawl has a free mulligan, and this format is even more casual than Brawl! I witnessed multiple games in this MWM where one player just had to scoop because of not enough lands.

  8. Asset Error Detected

    Of course, as per usual(what else would anybody expect from WoTC and Hasbro?), the new update screwed things up and made the app unusable. Every time I open or restart the app I get hit with a loop of "ASSET ERROR DETECTED, Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents." leading to the app restarting and then hitting me with the exact same message. How incompetent do y'all have to be, or how little does WoTC/Hasbro have to care, for y'all to ***** things up with basically every single update for a freaking card game app? This is just plain pathetic.

  9. Bugged Out

    I've had another similar bug happen - this time when my opponent attacked I tried to cast a Giantfall targeting Pummeler for Hire and it wouldnt let me select that target or any other target.

    Next turn, for science I tried to target the pummeler for hire again with giantfall and it bugged out not letting me select it as a target or do anything else.

    In all of these bugs I have targeted a pummeler for hire.

  10. Taster of Wares unable to cast Unexpected Assistance with convoke

    I played Taster of Wares and my opponent exiled Unexpected Assistance. Before taking any other game actions, it appeared as though I could cast the Unexpected Assistance. However, after playing another creature, and attempting to convoke the Unexpected Assistance, I was unable to. I had 4 creatures untapped and 1 mana available. Although the Unexpected Assistance didn't highlight, I tried to manually cast it... after tapping 3 creatures, it asked me to pay 2 more... but after tapping my fourth creature, it still asked me to pay 2 more.

  11. Flag Sleeves not working

    The country flag sleeves are not showing while in game(match). It shows on the sleeve selection screen and you can pick them. It shows in the deck builder screen as the sleeve chosen for the deck. But when you enter a game, it shows the default sleeve.

    Playing on PC. I'm using the spanish one to be precise.

  13. Crabomination

    I am playing on windows. When I cast Crabomination, the cards that I heist do not appear on my screen to choose, just a prompt that says "cast a spell" and the orange button at the bottom that says "Resolve". When I press resolve, nothing happens and I dont end up casting anything. I lost two games in my cube draft because of this ridiculously absurd bug.....

  14. Inconsistent ownership of cards between deck editor/library and Set Collection on Profile tab

    I used wildcards to craft all the commons and uncommons from the new Magic: The Gathering━FINAL FANTASY set in a single transaction. There is a inconcistency between what is available in my library and what is recorded in the Set Collection data on my Profile tab. The Set Collection on the Profile tab shows 108/109 for uncommons tracking x1 ownership, and yet my library has all 109 uncommons available in the set with x4

    I tried going to settings and using Repair game files on the Report a bug settings page. The problem persists. It appears my ownership of one…

  15. Game crash

    My game crashed at the end of game two of a match as I was attacking for lethal. I did not get credit for winning, nor did I get credit for winning game one or gain progress on my quests. It was very frustrating to not get credit for a long match. I would appreciate my account being compensated accordingly.

    LAST 3 GAMES ENDED WITH MULLIGAN 4 TIMES BECAUSE YOUR SHUFFLER KEPT GIVING ME PRETTY MUCH THE EXACT SAME HAND RIGHT TO A CONCEED. yOU WANT TO FEED PLAYERS WINS BUT THIS IS ******* RIDICULOUS, YOU DON'T FIX THE IN GAME BUGS YOUR SHUFFLER IS **** AND YOU WANT PEOPLE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS SUBSTANDARD IT'S NO LONGER EVEN A JOKE.

  18. improvise

    System does not recognize the ability to tap a food for improvise, then sacrifice it using Gilded Goose for mana. The autotapper gives the message, "Action cannot be completed due to unpayable cost." and the goose cannot be clicked while casting the spell.

  19. Bug - Final Fantasy Full Art Basic Lands Not Showing In Store

    The full art basic lands for Final Fantasy aren't available in the store anymore after I used a jump in token. I think this is because some of the lands are in the packets, but if I had known this would happen, I would have just bought all the full art basic lands from the store first. Please fix this so that those bundles are available in the store again.

  20. Eroding Revenue and Player Confidence in MTGA

    I bought into some aspects of MTGA with the hopes the client would improve; being an early adopter in summer 2020.

    It is disappointing when developer debt appears to be mounting. That WotC should hire more developers and/or decrease set releases to give the current time more time to work on updates (namely testing updates).

    What is a larger slap in the face is how the economy is being eroded. If you spent money (USD) on packs (and by extension using that to also to craft certain cards), then to find your crafted cards has been shifted in rarity in…
