How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Server issue on pc
once again the servers seem to be a problem and this wasn't the case 3 weeks ago. but for 2 weeks now, playing on pc is not possible. I thought it may be the steam version, deleted the steam version, and downloaded the pc client from the website to play directly from my pc and it makes no difference. please stop stealing my money. fix the issue. and refund all of the gems in the last 2 weeks. all of them. not just for one entry. it's insulting the way you treat your customers.

Arena skipped turn when I tried to use channel ability from Shigeki
Arena skipped turn when I tried manually select mana instead of using auto tap when I selected to use channel ability from Shigeki.

Tishana's tide binding
regarding Tishana's tide binding, when I played the second tide binding during a match, the corresponding cards overlapped and it was unclear which one was canceling the effect of which target, and even when I clicked on the card, the target was unknown. So, one side suffered a disadvantage, such as being unable to act in a situation where it would be good to attack, so please fix it so that we can understand what the target is.

Gruff triplets not giving counters
I've had this experience multiple times, not sure what causes it but gruff triplets tokens will often fail to give counters to their living counterparts on death. Usually this happens when they die to combat damage. I've triplets checked my opponent had nothing to exile my creatures when they die or anything, it just didnt work as intended.

Utopia Spawl not targetable
I wasnt able to target opponents utopia sprawl when using android device.. i just saw the forest and was not able to expand it anyhow

product suggestion
I've been playing Arena since closed beta, and have finally run out of patience. I want to love this client and product, but it is so unoptimised and unreliable across Windows, Mac, and Android that I give up.
My product suggestion is to please put more people onto your dev team.

Ojer Axonil & Skewer Slingers
Skewer Slingers deal 1 damage when blocking or blocked, this is before combat occurs, so it should count as non-combat damage and Axonil should trigger.

Lutri cost not working correctly while exiled by ******* Taker
I exiled my opponents Lutri the spellchaser with my ******* taker. I was trying to cast Lutri to copy a spell, but doing so forced me to play the blue/red in Lutri's cost instead of using any mana as stated on ******* Taker. I had full control on.
h0st4ge taker is the name of a card but I guess that's a bad word or something.

Tyrant Scorn mode selected doesn't show
During a traditional draft match, your opponent casts Tyrant's Sneer.
"Tyrant's Scorn" is a spell that can be played in one of two modes: "Destroy target creature with a mana total of 3 or less" or "Return target creature to its owner's hand."
However, when an opponent casts Tyrant's Sneer, it doesn't show which of the two modes they chose to cast it in.
Both modes target creatures, and it was impossible to guess which mode had been chosen based on the targeted creatures, so the correct response could not be taken.

Crashing Trying to Open Deck Editor
I have MTG Arena installed on my cellphone, an iPhone 13, and every time that I try to open the deck editor, the APP crashes. Even when you try to open your deck from the “find a match”, it crashes.

Darft bug
The draft is deconnecting (3 times so far) the previous draft it did the last pic but for this one it was all first booster pack. It picked ranomly several times... for a 1500 gems event it's a big issue.

Add a Player as a Friend from a previous match
I would love to send friend requests to people who I played in previous matches.
It would be helpful to have a "Recent Matches" tab to find people that I've played against.

Skyfisher Spider bug
When I reanimated skyfisher spider with lively dirge, I was given the prompt to sacrifice a creature, to which I sacrificed a 4/1 Urborg Lhurgoyf, then the game immediately skipped to my opponent's turn without offering me to destroy one of his Permanents. He had a Welcoming Vampire and Edgar's coffin on board, both of which should have been viable targets, but I sacrificed my creature for nothing.

Imodane Bug With Cursed Role
"Imodane, the Pyrohammer"s ability to deal damage to an opponent did not trigger for me when Imodane had a cursed role on - the rules text on Arena was still on the card's face, but when casting a Cut In to deal 4 damage to an opposing creature (which resolved), the ability did not trigger.
Naturally, this was my game at 6-2 of a draft and I died while my opponent was on 4... can this be looked into please. Playing on Windows PC

Alchemy: Phyrexia
Bug with Alchemy: Phyrexia pack contents. Alchemy packs are not supposed to give Rares from the main set until you're rare complete in the Alchemy set. As you can see from attached screenshots, I open a Koth in an Alchemy pack, then immediately screen shot my Alchemy: Phyrexia collection, which shows I'm still missing 14 rares. The next two screenshots show me opening a Vraan and Phyrexian Arena, and then another Vraan, despite still not being Rare complete in Alchemy: Phyrexia.

mastery xp not being awarded
So I didnt catch this until the end of my daily tasks, but I had saved 3 daily quests, and 12 of my weekly quests for this mastery drop.
that should have been 4500 xp IE 4 and a half levels + whatever the daily wins gives. However I noticed that I was not being rewarded with xp on the pass, on my 13th win I looked and saw I was close to getting my next tier, with the excitement got my 14th win and noticed I did not level up.

Ashiok, Wicked Manipulator's passive does not work for pay life abilities when my life total is below the normal cost even with enough cards
I love the new Ashiok, Wicked Manipulator and pair its passive ability with Staff of Compleation and Nashi, Moon Sage's Scion. These are really fun combinations. However if my life total is too low I can't use the pay life abilities. Ashiok's passive states that instead of paying life I exile cards. So, as long as I have enough cards in my deck I should be able to activate any pay life abilities with Ashiok, Wicked Manipulator on the board. That's how the card reads.
