6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Sostituzione carte dalla main alla sideboard
Quando gioco in best of 3 e devo cambiare delle carte con la sideboard non mi fa rimuovere le carte dal main deck, ma me le fa aggiungere solo dalla sideboard

Bug
The recent season that ended, I had logged in for rewards and finished in Diamond. At reset the game put me back to Gold 3 for the new season which is fine. I play a game or two in the new season and closed my game out. I logged back in when I got home on my pc and the system put me all the way down into silver singed of keeping me in gold. How can I justify this or get compensation for now having to grind back up to where I initially was?

Sword of Fire and Ice Bugged
Today I was playing in the arena vintage cube and had a sword of fire and ice equipped to the creature “Six”. On four consecutive sword triggers, the game forced me to target my own permanent for the “deal 2 damage” clause, killing my small creature twice and dealing damage to my own planeswalker twice. There was no option to target a permanent when the trigger went on the stack, nor was there an option to decline or back out of the trigger before resolution. My opponent did not have protection/hexproof at any time, nor did any of their creatures.

Server error preventing ranked leveling
My Internet has been on the fritz lately, and the last two ranked games I won gave a server connection error right after the victory screen, before the rank increases are shown. I checked my rank after reconnecting, and it doesn't seem like the rank increases actually processed.

Adherent's Heirloom Bug
Adherent's Heirloom doesn't always seek a creature. Most common issue is the card doesn't seek a creature when you have the most prevalent creature type in your deck already on the field.

lightning, army of one
Lightning, Army of One triggered, Taii Wakeen, Perfect Shot was activated for 4, I cast Plasma Bolt for 2 targetting my opponent at 11 life, opponent has no abilities or effects or spells, goes from 11 to 3. I thought since I had priority and owned the actives, I would see more than 8 damage dealt. (2 dmg spell + 4 dmg taii x 2 = 12. yes, i know math multiplies 1st, but then why would i not be able to apply that to either or both in this instance due to active effect from Army of One and…

Every starting hand has either 4 or 2 lands?
Either my game is broken or your game is rigged.
60 card deck, 24 lands, yet every opening hand has either 2 or 4 lands.
The average is 3, shuffling in real life as well as basic statistics dictates this as fact... yet EVERY SINGLE GAME?
Obviously rigged and the only fix is to constantly quit until my opening hand has the correct amount.
I try to report bug and I'm brought to a page littered with people talking about how rigged this game is.2 votes -
Game crash: animated cards
Step to reproduce:

mulligans
Hoping someone can explain why 9 out of 10 times I have to mulligan 3-4 times because I keep getting pretty much the same hand for the first 2-3? Like seriously I only have 3 lands that are not colored and last 7 games I had to mulligan no less then 3 times to get colored lands, I get the match maker is supposed to ramp up difficulty but outright giving the game is a little much don't you think? Can cast 5 mana creature with 3 mana
Opponent was able to cast a 5 mana (five different types needed) silver creature with 3 mana

[BUG] Deafening Silence and Crashing Footfalls
Crashing Footfalls and any effect that says you can only do one noncreature spell per turn if you play any other noncreature spell before Footfalls, even with correct mana to Suspend Footfalls, Arena will not let you Suspend the spell. If you Suspend Footfalls first it allows you to do another noncreature spell.

Powered cube draft glitch
Cube draft heavily glitched during a match causing me to lose my 3rd game. Casted cards remained on the stack making attacking/blocking/playing impossible. I want a gem refund

Balustrade Spy
This card is dumb. Needed only 1 land to win with this card opponent does not even get a turn if drawn perfectly. The deck idea based around this one card is dumb and ruining the game ban this bs ASAP.

Individual card reward (ICR) for 15th win of the day, did not retrieve or award card.
On completion of the 15th win today 06-06-2026, the last Individual Card Reward (ICR) did not display or add a card to my collection. It did not do the animation of a new card, and when I checked collection there was no card present.

Fire Jacob
The support staff failure known as 'Jacob' continuously rushes to close every complaint ticket within minutes of posting them, can't even enforce their own policy over offensive names when given literal years, but call him out for it and he throws a hissy fit and hands out a ban because he's obvious a nepo hire.

Luminous Broodmoth/Vorinclex Not Interacting Properly
Why is my opponent's Luminous Broodmoth putting flying counters on creatures (or finality counters for that matter) while I have Vorinclex on the field? The opponent had not counter doublers, and the only other interaction that might even come close to an explanation is that Teysa Karlov was on the field. But that doesn't make any sense since she only doubles the triggers, not the number of counters per trigger.

Unable to order "reaveal from hand" effects
Revealing a Gemstone Mine and Devourer of Destiny from opening hand and then selecting Devourer with the Mine cancels the Devourer effect. My understanding of the rules is that devourer should still have its effect even if it is also exiled by Gemstone Mine.

View Battlefield after game not working
I often use the “view battlefield” button after a battle. I have never had an issue with it except for the last three times that I have tried, it just ends the game instead of viewing the battlefield. This is especially frustrating because it is usually after a very long game and then my opponent pulls out some crazy move that prices a bunch of stuff and changes everything and wins the game. I cannot understand what happened if I cannot view the battlefield!
I don’t know if a recent update broke the button, or what, but please fix it.
