How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    J'ai pris dans la boutique il y a une quinzaine de jours de nouveaux émotes que je me faisais une joie d'utiliser mais lorsque dans le profil, je termine ma sélection m'apparaît le message : l'un des types d'émotes la limite d'équipement possible et ne me laisse le choix que d'annuler ou d'effacer les modifications (ce qui revient au même). Je ne dépasse pourtant pas la limite de 10 émotes.
    A chaque actualisation de la plateforme, j'ai l'espoir que ce bug soit corrigé et je réessaye sans succès. A force d'essayer des choses, j'ai même constaté que le même message…

  3. Lagging UI

    The home page can run, but when I click into play, store, or deck, it will load long. Then it will run extremely slow, so it takes a minute before I can click on anything. I can run the game before the new patch smoothly.

  5. Critical - Game unplayable "JsonReaderException: Unterminated string.".Client halts after leaving main screen (Play Blade, Decks tab, Store)

    Games enters infinite loop of trying to parse some kind of unterminated string rendering game unplayable beyond main screen (Play Blade, Store, Deck Tab)

  6. Casting Vadrick, Astral Archmage in Historic Brawl Causes Visual Bug

    When I cast Vadrik from Command zone, his card image stays on stack and I can no longer see any changes made to battlefield (lands stay tapped, can't see him on battlefield, etc.) I am still able to play, but can't see what is going on or select cards on battlefield. So if I attack, I can only attack all.

    atualizei meu notebook, e agora estou tentando acessar o arena, mas toda vez que eu tento acessar, aparece a mensagem abaixo e eu não consigo identificar onde está o problema. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente e não adiantou. Já tentei procurar o problema na lista de problemas e nada também. Alguém pode me ajudar?

  8. Game still crashes while trying to connect to a match

    Amazing that after all the years and millions of dollars of income Wizards has had to fix this problem, it doesn't seem to have improved at all. And all the myriad glitches and poor programming, like the words dissapearing from the pause screen, haven't budged at all. Because Wizards simply isn't interested in fixing their broken game. When bugs make the game unplayable, like the matchmaking bugs, it makes me play other games.

  10. Two huge bugs, so bad!

    Recently the game has two huge bugs,three daily tasks become 24/25,it can be done unlimited times .Draft Token obtained for new game accounts also can be done unlimited times .Many people have gained improper benefits by exploiting these bugs.Over 200000 gold coins and over 100 wildcards .I spent over $2,000 on this game,Now I feel so stupid,If you don't punish these accounts for exploiting the vulnerability,I will never recharge the game again !!!!!!!!

  13. Liliana of the Veil ultimate UI

    Repro: Ultimate Liliana of the Veil, especially if opponent has a pile of tapped lands.

    Platform: Android, although I suspect all mobile clients would suffer this problem.

    Results: Every permanent has a selector for either pile "1" or pile "2", but for permanents stacked on top of each other such as lands, these are difficult to click, hard to read, and impossible to associate with a specific permanent. This impacts gameplay as you cannot effectively put opponents off a specific color or otherwise create the best/worst pile.

  17. Stuck on "Waiting for the server" on Android on login

    Since the countless other threads have apparently been ignored entirely, submitting a new one. I have not been able to get the Android app to work on two different phones for over a year. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and SAMSUNG Galaxy S23 Ultra. Using gigabit internet, so no speed issues, and no VPN. As soon as I log in, all I get is a screen that says "Waiting for the server". Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache. Tried on 4g/5g instead of WiFi. Literally nothing works. As someone who has spent literally thousands of dollars on gems since…

  18. Torch the Tower

    Torch the tower will lock up the client to the point you will loose your turn when you cast. This has happen in two different matches back to back with the same result.

  19. game stucked on checking for active matches. cant access anymore

    My game stucked on checking for active matches and cannot access anymore. Reinstall tried and it did not work. System not freezed, thus I suggest you to check the database and see if there is any issue on game status.

    repro steps:
    1. access game with my account
    2. game lunching and stucked on "checking for active games"

    expect result:
    1. game lunching successfully

  20. Starter Decks Event

    I started playing MTG Arena again. I deleted all the decks I had and have been playing the Starter Deck Event to know the new cards and I noticed two unexpected behaviors:

    • Wins/rewards "tracker" won't reset when I change the deck.
    • Some decks are not being added/displayed in my library.

    The verion is 2023.25.0.4534.997312
