Unable to add friends / friends unable to add me
As the title says, I am unable to add any new friends either by their email address or their display name. Everything returns “Invalid display name or email address. Please check spelling”
Friends attempting to add me in this way also come across same error.

Cannot play games outside of recently played
Cannot click play button in any play menu except for the Recently played tab.

Draft recorded a loss for a canceled game
I canceled my game before queuing to make an adjustment, and it successfully canceled the game, but still recorded a loss for me.

Android Samsung Frozen - Solution inside (To Developers team)
Hi.
In android - samsung devices the game crashes a lot. Freeze and you need to kill app and enter again.
The problem is the unity engine that is used by Arena and Samsung. I have the same issues in the game i am making.
The solution that help me is here:
In the editor of unity:
Fixed It By Disabling Optimized Frame Pacing In PlayerSettings>ResolutionAndPresentation>Optimized Frame Pacing

Golden Pack progress stuck on screen
All I did was check the daily store and went back to the main menu. Was about to start a draft when I noticed it was still there. Went back to the menu and it was still there. Restarting the application fixed the problem, still its inconvenient.

Tekuthal Inquiry Dominus can't remove counters from stacked creatures
Version: Android 2023.24.0.1792.986775
Situation: I had two Tainted Observers, each with two -1/-1 counters on them (making each one a 0/1). This was during my declare attackers step, and both Tainted Observers were attacking. The game UI had stacked the two creatures on top of each other.
Bug: I tried to activate my Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus by paying 4 life and removing 3 of the -1/-1 counters from the Tainted Observers, but since the two creatures were stacked on top of each other, I could not select the 2nd Observer when selecting the 3 counters to remove. Cannot go beyond colour challenge & starter decks
Have completed all the starter deck challenges, as well as all of the colour challenge fights, but both are still saying “resume”, and I am unable to participate in any other event types.

App stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest
Mobile app on iPhone. Posted the same a few days ago and issue was fixed for about 24 hours.
When opening mobile app loading screen is stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest” then “Error updating data”Have restarted phone, toggled Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue.

Extra cards not shown on mobile
When playing MTG:A on android the "extra cards for daily wins" are not shown which card I recieve. Sometimes is a bit confusing if i really receive it.
Anyone had same troubleshooting playing on mobile?

Hi! I introduced some codes with products from the new expansion of the Lord of the Rings, these products have been blocked until today when I entered the envelopes section after the update they were not there and I cannot find them, I hope to recover them, thanks and greetings.

Modern Horizons and Modern Horizons 2 sets - advanced filters
It must have been at least 2 years since the Modern Horizon sets (1 and 2) arrived on MagicArena... And still no possibilities to filter MoH1 and MoH2 in the advanced filters (unless you use this archaic technique S:MH1 or S:MH2 in the "Search" field). All other sets released on MagicArena had their icon in the advanced filters. Why is it not the same for MoH1 and MoH2? Server errors during lotr draft
During LOTR draft, the server kicked me out and the draft landing page made it look like I would be able to start a new draft. When I clicked to draft again I saw that many auto picks had been made for me. Before being kicked out, the most recent pick would not show up in my pool and the next batch of picks seemed to be delayed. Made it difficult to draft even before being kicked out and misled.

Unable to connect on wifi
I play on Android and PC. When I am on WiFi I cannot connect. Either the servers fails to connect or get unable to get collection.
However if I put my phone on data I can connect and play as normal.
Tried putting my pc on personal hotspot but no dice though I think that may be a setup thing.5 votes -
No text on cards on Mac OS
Just after opening Arena and going to any deck or collection. No text on cards. No text on cards shown on store or during game play. Mac OS 13.1

Not being able to use interfaces when playing a card Peer into the Abyss
when using the game card Peer into the Abyss is not possible to use the interface in Ios on iPad to select the desired card in the allotted time (they just can not be seen from the large number of cards, see picture), which leads to loses in the game when playing cards. A possible option to organize the selection of playing cards as in Graveyard.

Creature stacks
Bug from recent update: Two or more of the same creatures now stack in a way that makes it impossible to target the one being attacked first between the attack and block phase.
For example: other player attacks with a 2/2 and I block with two of the same 1/2s with no other modifiers to distinguish or separate them. After they declare attack order I would play some protection like tamiyo’s to make the first one taking all the damage indestructible thus saving both my creatures while killing theirs.

moving sleves break Mind Spike
My opponent used dynamic sleves and I cast mind spike to reveal 3 cards. The sleves got in the way of choosing the left most card. I was only able to select the right 2 cards. When I tried to highlight the leftmost card, the sleves got animated and I was unable to take it.

Acquired
Evertime I log in or get done with a match. My acquired screen shows up showing the exact same cards I have already seen. Sometime it freezes and takes awhile to go away. This happens on my computer and my Samsung fold phone.

Abundant Harvest (and feedback)
The card is currently unplayable. The options, when activated, are "Nonland" and "Nonland Permanent". "Nonland gives you a nonland permanent, and "Nonland Permanent" does not work at all. You cannot choose land.
Feedback: When choosing to pay for a land to come into the field untapped, please go back to the old UI, not where the option is on the bottom-right side.

Wind Sound
New wind background sound effect is everywhere and super annoying. In settings, it's controlled by SFX and not Ambiance. Please move it to ambiance so I can take the game off mute again.
