How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Brawl decks not selectable

    On PC Arena, when trying to challenge a friend to Brawl, our brawl decks are not selectable, only our standard decks.

  5. Please allow animations to be disabled

    The animations on both the card sleeves and in-game slow my game down to the point of crashing. Please allow an option for these animations to be disabled.

  7. Menu options are all blank.e all blank.

    When quality level is high or ultra, mac version's menu options are all blank consistently. My machine is a Mac mini(2018), 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, with a rx 5700 xt 8g(egpu).

  8. New (purchased) card styles not showing up

    Hello,

    I bought the following card styles from the store today (Sunday, 9/27/2020):

    • Dirge Bat
    • Sea-Dasher Octopus
    • Dreamtail Heron
    • Massacre Wurm

    When i view my deck under Decks, I can see them.

    However, during gameplay, I still see the original card style.

    Has this problem been reported by others?

  9. No text on menu buttons

    There's again, no text on my menu buttons. Sometimes there's no text in the deck editor menu, so if I wasn't done with a deck but wanted to go play a game, I had to remember and guess which button saves the deck and which one just deletes it.

  10. free deck missing

    Completed the 'earn a new deck' challenge today (would be my sixth time after starting), but the new deck didn't show up. Have quit/restarted the program a few times through the day to no avail. Quest now says "Earn a new deck tomorrow!"

  12. Server Disconnect

    Whenever I try to log in it says I'm disconnected from the server, and when I try to reconnect it won't let me. Do I need to update the game or something?

    game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..

    My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

    please fix the mac client asap, game crashes constantly upon taking the first action after start up. and also please give us full screen support. honestly it's embarrassing how bad this client performs

  18. People forced to mute opponent to mute pets

    Please allow us to mute pets permanently.

    Even once you fix the mute/unmute issues that don't always work for pets I'd prefer to have no sounds for my pet or my opponents pet without having to mute them.

  19. Game crashes continuously

    Since June, I am having continiously issues with MTGA.
    Just now, I started the game, it automatically logs me in, everything fine.
    I started matchmaking for a regular game with my Deck "White Breeze", Game Language German, it started a game, and before phase 2 the game crashed.
    It just freezes and then closes itself. Sometimes windows detects "No response from the program"...
    If windows detected it, it automatically restarts the game, if not, and I start the game again, it again logs me in, auotmatically starts a match and before even loading the arena it crashes again, this loops,…

  20. High CPU usage when running MTGA on Macbook Pro

    Upon launching MTGA on a Macbook Pro, CPU usage spikes to over 100% usage and battery drains faster than I've ever seen it drain before. Adjusting graphics options had no effect, and the high usage persisted as long as the game was open, no matter what was happening on screen.

    Another issue is the lack of fullscreen support for Macbook Pros, though this one is minor.
