1. Duplicate Protection BUG when opening packs in 2022

   It seems there's a problem with Duplicate Protection when opening packs in 2022.

   I opened some packs from different sets, and ended with opening a few Kaldheim packs.

   When I opened the final Kaldheim pack I got 20 Gems according to the Arena GUI and the message I had all Rares for the set, but this is not true as I have NOT got 4 copies of all Kaldheim Rares!

   It made me stop opening any remaining packs...

   The problem occurred between 3/6/2022 10:30 CET and 3/6/2022 10:37 CET.

   I have attatched my Arena log file.

   Can you please let me know if this is just a GUI bug or if the Duplicate Protection doesn't work properly?

   If it's just a GUI bug, then please let me know what Kaldheim Rare I actually received from the last pack I opened.

2. Gems when not all rares collected

   I received gems instead of a Rare/Mythic when I had collected all the cards from that set, knowing there is still one I want - hence why I'm buying that set - and because the second pack I I opened gave me another rare. It clearly says on the gem card that I would have had to have collected all the rares and mythics.

   This is not my screen shot, but it shows the same thing for the gem card.

3. Zilortha + Godzilla skin

   Would very much like to get my Zilortha and the godzilla skin i had back its gone from my collection and since you cant even craft godzilla skins it really ****** me off.

   played with it while Ikora was legal in Standard and i know for a fact i have at least one copy of everycard in Ikorna because i loved that set.

4. stop rebalancing

   All this "rebalancing" of cards has got to stop. One of the fundamental characteristics of any card game is that the cards aren't supposed to change. Once you learn what a card does, its cost and abilities, you shouldn't have to worry about it suddenly changing on you. And then what's to say it might not be "rebalanced" again after that? Banning a card is one thing, tinkering around with it because you screwed up the competitive balance when you created it is quite another. Stop punishing players for your own lack of proper playtesting. You are going to continue to lose more players over this.

6. BUG

   Hi,
   I don't know if call it a bug but since the start of the new expansion Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty I opened around 100 boosters and I've founded only 2 mythic rare cards. I already asked the support service if is possible to see the statistic regarding the mythic rare opening in boosters, but they bounced me here. According to the main site, the rate of opening a mythic rare in Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty should be 1:8.
   Is anyone experiencing the same?

7. Not able to add standard legal version of esika's chariot

   I have been sitting here for 30 min trying to figure out how to add the standard legal version of esika's chariot that I crafted a playset of to my greasefang deck. No matter how I search it only shows the redesigned version available to me and makes my deck invalid. I can find the normal version in my collection but it won't let me put it in a deck. Please help getting frustrated as I spent all my wildcards building a deck I can't even build.

8. Card purchased in daily deals with coins removed not showing as purchased

   Purchased Voice of the Blessed thru Daily Deals and it's not showing as owned/collected. Coins were removed from my account. I've been waiting so long for this card :(playing on iOS -- screenshots attached

11. Cards not received

    There are cards I have not received. I purchased planeswalkers package for 4000 coins in the daily deals a few days past and never got my green shrine from the mastery tree second slot. I also purchased environmental sciences from daily deals and never received it. I use iOS . Play mobile . I get the same results every time I purchase deals. Why am I not getting the cards? Why is are my coins gone if I didn’t get them? The four planeswalkers were from kamigawa . Tezeret and 3 others. There are no work around. Please give me my cards and fix the issue so I can feel confident in purchasing anything besides packs or even using the mastery tree.

12. Brawl

    Inconsistencies with the Brawl format.

    Hello everyone, my name is Onnik Islikaplan, and I’m an aspiring content creature. Specifically, my category of content is Tournament Organizer. I’ve been organizing a few tournaments within a Facebook group, and all of the matches are played on Arena. Currently, my next tournament is for the format of Historic Brawl.

    At least, that’s what I’d like to call it. Unfortunately, myself and all 90 of my participants have been experiencing several complications when it comes to practicing for the tournament. The way the tournament will be run is by Direct Challenging each other, but they often get errors about incompatible decks.

    PROBLEM:

    When any player wants to play a game of Historic Brawl, they simply queue up for the format titled “Historic Brawl” with a compatible deck, and the matchmaker does its thing, and the game is set up.

    However, when initiating a Direct Challenge, there is no existing option for “Historic Brawl.” The only option there is, is “Friendly Brawl,” and it seems to play by a different set of rules. After a bit of troubleshooting, this is the difference that I have found:

    Historic Brawl, which is the queueable format, allows for all cards that are Historic legal to be used, with the exception of a banned list. This includes all of the Rebalanced cards that have the Arena symbol “A” in front of the card name.

    Friendly Brawl, which is the Direct Challenge format, does NOT allow the Rebalanced cards to be used at all. Every attempt to issue a challenge to another player will always come up with an error message, stating that all Rebalanced cards are not legal in this version of Brawl.

    To make things further confusing, there are FOUR ways to save your Brawl deck when editing your deck. Brawl, Historic Brawl, Friendly Brawl, and Friendly Brawl Rebalanced.

    SOLUTION:

    The only way two players can send a Direct Challenge to each other and play Brawl of any kind, is to ensure that they do NOT have any Rebalanced cards in their deck. As a result, that gives players two choices.

    1, Replace the card entirely.
    2, Play with the “original” version of the Rebalanced Card.

    The problem with 1 is that certain themes may not even be viable anymore (or a lot less fun/efficient), such as cards that allow you to Venture into the Dungeon.

    The problem with 2 is that if they later decide to play the queueable format of Historic Brawl, they will have to re-modify their deck. Of course the alternative is to have two separate decks saved, one for Historic Brawl, and one for Friendly Brawl, but it seems silly to have two versions of the same deck, just so you can play them.

    Then you may run into another complication, such as Teferi, Time Raveler, which has been rebalanced. In Historic Brawl, this card is now legal for use, but in Friendly Brawl, there is no option at all, and the card MUST be replaced.

    RECOMMENDATION:

    I understand that the initial creation of Brawl had the intent to be played with Standard legal cards, but over time, the popularity of Historic Brawl grew and grew, and now players wish to play that as well. I’d like to request an option to where players can Direct Challenge each other for the format of Brawl, and then the next option, players can choose whether to play Standard Brawl, Historic Brawl, or Friendly Brawl.

    Additionally, when saving the deck and editing the deck details, the option of Friendly Brawl Rebalanced seems obsolete or redundant. I’d suggest to save your deck with the same exact options on how you can direct challenge and queue for the format, which would be Standard Brawl, Historic Brawl, or Friendly Brawl.

    I apologize if parts of this was a bit confusing to read, but unfortunately, my tournament participants found this even more confusing when they were trying to practice with each other. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

13. 相手が無限コンボを行っているとこちらがタイムアウトで負けてしまう

    相手が勝ち目のない状態で無限コンボを決め遅延を行う。
    こちらはスキップしてインスタント等もなく操作を行っていないにもかかわらず、こちらが何も操作してないために負けになると警告を受ける。

    警告後も相手の無限コンボは続いており何も操作できず
    20分程してこちらにターンが戻ってきた瞬間敗北になった。

14. Touch the spirit realm

    For an unknown reason "Touch of the spirit realm" is not working on "Edgar, charmed groom". You just can't cast the "Touch of the spirit realm" on it, likke if the creature was not on the table.

    I think it's a bug.

15. Cards changing to Alchemy Version

    When i set up my standard deck with Cosmos Elixir, they keep changing to the Alchemy version of the card. I have top go in and remove them and add the standard version back to the deck. It usually happens when i change decks.

18. Hate playing against 250+ card decks

    I think my win percentage against people with 250 card decks is 0%. It feels like 250 ways the AI can rig up answers against my deck. Seriously, come on.
