How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

frozen game
game just froze in the middle of a draft and caused me to loose... cool guess I'm never playing arena again.

Rank badges not displaying during Premier Draft: Outlaws of Thunder Junction gameplay
While playing in a Premier Draft: Outlaws of Thunder Junction, neither my nor my opponents rank badges were displayed, either during the vs. screen right before the match starts or during the match itself. When I checked my profile after the draft had concluded, I had gained rank for the draft matches correctly, so it appears to simply be a visual bug.

Out of breath & out of time
I held up two blue for out of breath with hidden cataract and promising vein while forgotten monument was on the field. I was at 2 life. when my opponent cast a creature spell I could not target the creature with my out of breath costing me the match.

No way to improve limited rank
Since OTJ update, there's literally no way to improve one's limited rank. I know y'all shifted to only allowing best-of-1 premier drafts to count for this, but even those aren't affecting limited rank now. Could you fix this soon, please? One of the nice things about having these drafts ranked is that I'm more likely to be paired with someone with a comparable skill level--I'd prefer this over playing a bunch of randos who might not know what they're doing or be ridiculously better than me.

LCI Quick draft not working
LCI Quick Draft is not working.
When I press PLAY, the game says "Currently Waiting" for tens of minutes and never starts.

Unjustified loss
Hi!
I report a bug where I started a premier draft, completed the draft, launched the first game after deck building and got stuck waiting for my opponent. I was annonced on the draw and given no choice to mulligan or keep. The time of my opponent expired and there was a bug where the countdown (around the player character face) never completed. After 5s of this, a second window of MTGA opened beyong mine and annonced my a loss. I couldn't do anything and never had control.

Game loss during OTJ draft
Playing OTJ draft, opponent dead on board. I cast a spell during my main phase and the screen turns into the game-loss screen. Gives me a record of 6-2 instead of 7-2, affecting my prize support for an event I bought into using gems.

Quick draft lost caves
Game play will not engage after update. Have waited 10min for a match multiple times. No matches have triggered since the update.

Starter Deck duel and other events cannot connect games.
It will never find a game. Other events, like Jump In are experiencing the same problem.

Fix Quick Draft
How to report a bug
1. I was in a quick draft event before the most recent update. The game can no longer find an opponent and it sits "currently waiting" for 10+ minutes.- PC
No match is ever found for my quick draft event that was started before the update.It should match me against an opponent in under 2 mins.

Cannot start Quick Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan
I Cannot start Quick Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan. I go into the draft detail page, I see I have 1 victory and 0 Loses, I click Play and no matter how much time I wait I don't ever get paired with someone to play. This happened since the MTA update to introduce the new set.

quick draft lost caverns
I can't get into a game in 'quick draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan'. I can queue up, but the queue-screen just says "currently waiting" and nothing happens. I built my deck two days ago and can't play it. I can get into games in other gamemodes normally.

being promoted to surveil when selecting options like modes for enchantment or starting hand mulligan, so no actions can be taken as no surveiling

No Sealed Reward After Connection Issue
I briefly disconnected from the server while receiving my sealed reward and as a result didn't end up getting either my packs or my gems. (I went 2-3). I was playing on PC.

Jump In! Issue Claiming Reward
In the regular Jump In! single-win event, clicking the Claim button doesn't do anything. It shows the "waiting for server" loading screen briefly, but I don't get any reward and the Claim button continues to be displayed. It doesn't switch to Resign so I can play again with new packets. I tried restarting the game client to no avail.
