How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Sparky is misusing Unlikely Aid

    A couple times now, when I was playing against Sparky and Sparky was using the black deck, Sparky would attack me, I defend, then Sparky for some inexplicable reason would cast Unlikely Aid on a creature that is not attacking. One time Sparky even cast Unlikely Aid on one of MY creatures.

  2. leyline of the guildpact

    When i play leyline of the guildpact artifacts and enchantments fall off creatures and wont connect to creatures? WHY IS THIS?????

  3. Please take measures against “Stalling”/「遅延行為」に対して対策をして下さい。

    “Stalling” need to be punished / 「遅延行為」への罰則が必要です。
    The same goes for “AFK” /「放置行為」に対しても同様に必要です。

  4. BUG - Preacher of the Schism not creating token

    Preacher of the Schism not creating token when it attacks, on either side of the field. It does draw me a card but no token were created.

  5. Checking active matches

    I cant enter to my account by "checking active marches"... Game stucked... This happened today, Yesterday everything was all fine (17/6/2023).
    I play every day and this never happened before

  6. animations in slow motion

    while in game the animations are in slow motion and games last a very long time and is basically unplayable

  7. premier draft clicking bug

    After finishing my last draft i clicked the space on the draft screen and the game started a new draft using my draft token and this click wasn't even close to the buttons. I don't want to play this draft and I want my token back please.

  8. Option to enable "No Blocks" confirmation popup

    Accidental mis-click on the "No Blocks" button can have disastrous consequences on the match and it's not a mistake that is possible in real-life play.

    I suggest adding an option to the settings that when enabled would show a confirmation dialog when "No blocks" was clicked and blocks were possible.

    This would function similarly to the warning that shows up when targeting some spells or abilities.

    This option would be disabled by default.

    Alternatively include such a popup in the "Enable Gameplay Warnings" option.

  9. Bug: Urza Assembles the Titans - first chapter - UI reveals whether 5th card is a planeswalker when scrying 4 to the bottom

    Bug:

    The saga's Chapter I reads: “Scry 4, then you may reveal the top card of your library. If a planeswalker card is revealed this way, put it into your hand.” The user interface helpfully highlights the “Reveal” button when a planeswalker is on top.

    The bugs is that when scrying all four cards to the bottom, the “Reveal button” is still highlighted when the fifth, as yet unknown card is a planeswalker.

  10. Erase Daily Mission Creature Destruction.

    It is a waste of time to be matched with an opponent who only destroys without regard for winning or losing. Eliminate this daily mission because it is the cause of poor user experience.

  12. Unable to sacrifice k'rrik to cast a spell and use his ability to pay for black mana for that spell

    When casting a spell with sacrificing a creature as an additional cost, you are should be able to select k'rrik to be sacrificed if you used life to pay for black mana in that spell's cost. As you pay costs in any order, this means you can pay the mana(and life) part of a cost before the sacrifice part(or the other way around if you really want, which arena also doesn't allow you to do. This can matter if you want to sacrifice vilis to a spell while also paying life for said spell with k'rrik if you don't want…

  13. Regal Bunnicorn counts 1 extra permanent after boardwipe

    Playing on Android when this happened

    I don't remember the exact events that led up to this, but after my opponent wiped my board of all nonland permanents with mana value 1 or less, I had one nonland permanent left (Warleader's Call). After repopulating my side of the board, I cast Regal Bunnicorn, but it had an unexpected P/T, as if it was counting another permanent that no longer existed.

    To my knowledge the order of events was:
    - Boardwipe destroys my Voldaren Epicure, Warden of the Inner Sky, a blood token, and Novice Detective.
    - I cast Resolute Reinforcement…

  14. Loran player not drawing when I dredge

    My opponent activated Loran of the Third Path to make both of us draw a card while I had The Necrobloom in play. I chose to dredge back a Marsh Flats instead of drawing and it seemed to skip my opponent's draw.

  15. Howlpack Piper seems VERY difficult to cast. Only oone game, but multiple times I tried to drag it into play it wouldn't move onto the Field

    Several times in my most recent duel I had a VERY hard time casting Howlpack Piper. The cursor would select it but I couldn't drag it onto the Battelfield.
    PC I-7Core, it's been playing fine lately.

    Player BLAZII using treasure tokens to produce any number of mana, taps for a single blue mana to cast spells that cost both blue and green of varying costs.

  17. The One Ring destroys artifacts and enchantments when it ETB's, when it doesn't have that application.

    The One Ring in the game destroyed my Artifact (Mesmeric Orb) when it entered the battlefield. I know it grants its owner protection for one turn but my artifact doesn't target nor does it 'enchant' anything/ anyone. I think this is a glitch. It also happened before but I thought since the set was new, it would eventually be fixed. This is the second time it happened. No other permanent was on the battlefield that would cause this effect. No spells, other than casting The One Ring, was casted.

    Roxanne and Delina Wild Mage

    If Delina makes a copy of Roxanne that enters tapped and attacking, they still got a Roxanne trigger to make a Meteorite.

  19. Annihilating Glare can't target Treasures

    When I cast Annihilating Glare and select "sacrifice an artifact or creature", it won't let me target a Treasure token

  20. Thran Spider unavailable

    My collection includes 4 copies of Thran Spider, indicated when I search in my collection.
    My standard brawl deck indicates the card in red.
    I have tried removing it and readding, but the card addition interface shows I own no copies. I am prompted to spend a rare wildcard when I attempt to save the deck.
