How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Rank-Up Issue
When playing a ranked Bo3 (Best of 3) game and your opponent disconnects (or loses to the rope burning out thrice), your rank only increases by 1 instead of the 2 it normally would.
I was playing on a Samsung Galaxy A52 at the time of the bug's occurrence, but other individuals are also reporting that this bug is occurring on Windows 10 and other systems.
When checking my rank on a different device than the device than the one that the bug occurred on, my rank showed that it had only increased by 1, meaning that this is not…

issues with Gigantosaurus and Demilich versus Ai in historic timeless format
Gigantosaurus and Demilich (and possibly other cards) can be played versus Ai only in Timeless format, it should be historic. Decks can be played in Historic format versus humans.
I suspect it has to do with these cards being either added by starter decks or having doubles in Alchemy format.

shopping
I regularly want to buy multiple items from the shop using real money, but I have to do it in multiple transactions. This has been an inconvenience, not only because the extra time it takes to do multiple transactions, but because my bank sometimes freezes subsequent transactions in an effort to minimize fraud. It would great if there was a shopping cart feature could be added for real-money transactions.

adventure feature does not work
Adventure cards unplayable. In two separate games when I tried to cast cards with Adventure features, the options were un-selectable and then the card would disappear from the screen. The two cards I tried playing were Callous Sell-Sword and Picnic Ruiner. This is playing on a PC.

Boromir infinite combo need to be fixed
Black and White deck, Boromir get sacrificed and recreated by another card, every time it happens the adversary loose 1HP.
Fix this please, it's the Cabaretti thing all over again.

Reconnect issues
My connection to the game dropped for a second and it reconnected me (a rare occurrence, I usually can't reconnect which is another issue) when it reconnected me my opponent seemed to be idle as well and the game was stuck on their timeout counter it timed down to the hourglass but it never activated their time out and they remained idle. This lasted for over 3 minutes. More often than not when I am able to reconnect a match it freezes like this making it unplayable with no way to proceed.

Not unlocking starter deck
I have won more than 3 games with charging ahead starter deck on starter deck mode and it isn’t unlocking the deck to play in ranked mode. It isn’t easy to do when I seem to be playing against loaded decks and no prize of getting the deck is very frustrating.

rankle, pitiless trickster perpetual bugged
Rankle Pitiless Trickster perpetual does not function properly, I got him to 3/3 by discarding, he went into graveyard, when I Kolaghan's Command him into my hand again he is back to 1/3.

Waiting for the server
It's impossible to enter to the Deck buildings, because the Server seems frozed! Giving a waiting for the server indefinitely!

Sideboard including non-owned cards in first 7 causes crashes
If a deck is imported or created and includes cards which are not owned among the first 7 of a full 15-card sideboard, the game hangs when trying to open that deck for editing.
The same deck with the sideboard ordered to have the non-owned cards in the second half is fine.1 vote -

MTGアリーナにはいつになったら白日来てくれるんだ？
精鋭射手団の目立ちたがりとかビッグスコアみたいな「バカが考えた雑に強いパワーカード」刷るのも結構だが、それらのカードをデッキのメインパーツ抜きで対戦しなきゃならん側のことも考えてくれ。
速報カードとかミスティカルアーカイブが収録漏れをフォローする役割もあるのかもしれないが、年単位で環境デッキ用のカードが未実装なのに気づいてほしい。
エクスプローラーアンソロジーでもエイプリルフールでもなんでもいいから早く実装してくれ。いい加減にウンザリしている。
When will you come to MTG Arena in Bring to Light?
It's fine to print ``simply strong power cards that idiots came up with'' like the Elite Archers wanting to stand out or Big Score, but please also think about the players who will have to play those cards without the main parts of their decks. .
Breaking news cards and Mystical Archives may have a role in following up on omissions, but I want you to notice that cards for environmental decks are not implemented every year.
It doesn't matter if it's an Explorer Anthology…

Old-Growth Troll bug
When enchanting a forest with two trolls, Arena doesn't allow it to be tapped with the extra mana-adding ability the troll allows

Can't Edit my Decks
Every time I try to edit my existing decks, it won't move away from the "Waiting for the Server," Loading screen.

Day 1 of the Arena Open Should Allow Draft
Let players choose either sealed or draft on day 1. Or just give us an all draft day 1 and day 2. There hasn't been a normal limited draft on the arena open day 1 since innistrad midnight hunt, which is one of the worst draft formats of all time. Wizards now claims day 1s of the arena open with draft don't do as well for them as sealed, in terms of money/entries. Just give us drafters a chance to show Wizards that we will play a ton of arena opens if we can draft on day 1.

Points for finishing game
You should give 1/10 point (or come up with some reward) to those who lose but FINISH THE GAME.
Part of the fun on this is kicking opponents butt once you get the cards going your way.
Sucks when the tide starts turning and my opponent just quits… maybe reward 1/10 credit of a win or something to those who lose but stick it out till the end. That or maybe have a bot take over if a player quits1 vote
