1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in
Authentication failed for X: Timeout."Before trying it on my PC (Windows), I tried clearing the app's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling it, trying with mobile data and Wi-Fi, and restarting my phone. None of those things worked. Then…

Authentication failed Timeout
I am unable to log in to my account, and I don't know why. I know it isn't an issue on my end because I've tried it on multiple devices and on multiple networks with the result being the same. I have not had any issues with the Arena client until yesterday, when this started to happen. Just my luck that the day I decide to spend a little bit of money on Arena for once, I can't play the game.

week 2 of client stuck on "waiting for server" spiel

as per title, after ANY and EVERY match (regardless of type, ranked, unranked, event) the client gets stuck on the good ol' Bu ll sh it "waiting for server" screen. (henceforth WFS)
game sounds still perform regularly (quests, rewards, yada, yada...)ONLY difference with regular client behavior (aside the whole step-sister thing):
the loading circle of WFS appears to be double stacked (background greyed out instead of black) and the background wears off when the WFS screen should fu ck of f.expected behavior:

Have experienced mutagen not costing mana to sacrifice. My opponent spent a total of 3 mana and sacrificed 7 mutagen tokens.

Rank not updating after matches
Rank not updating after matches. I'm on Mythic top #1200, and doesn't matter how many matches I play, the rank sits at #781. Also in my profile it appears as Spart Tier 0 for both constructed and limited.

ランク戦を行ったが昇格することが出来ません
たった今タイムレスのランク戦を行っていました。ダイヤ1の5勝状態で勝利し、本来ならばミシックに昇格するはずがエラーが出てゲームが落ち、再び起動した際にはまたダイヤ1の5勝の状態でした。通信エラーだろうと思いもう一度勝利しましたが再びエラーが出てゲームがダウンし、再起動するとまたダイヤ1の5勝の状態でした。これはもう私のアカウントではミシックランクにはなれないということでしょうか?調査、対応を宜しくお願い致します。

Can't join the game
Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ? Not receiving any gold for daily wins
Since this morning I haven’t been able to progress daily/weekly win progress or mythic ranking even when I win games. It also shows me as being sparky rank 0

Daily Wins and Missions not registering progress
On iOS, daily win progression and missions/quests are no longer tracking across any game mode. Progression stays on 0 despite meeting wins/criteria.

Rewards missing
SInce today, ven if a play a lot of games, progression on missions, pass and daily victory is not working. I suspect the configuration assistance (don't know if this this the real translate in english) that happen when I launch the game. It wa the first time I saw it today. This bug happen on my PC. Have been 1 win from Mythic in Standard twicw today, won my games and neither time was promoted to Mythic!
