How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Daily Wins and Missions not registering progress
On iOS, daily win progression and missions/quests are no longer tracking across any game mode. Progression stays on 0 despite meeting wins/criteria.

Rewards missing
SInce today, ven if a play a lot of games, progression on missions, pass and daily victory is not working. I suspect the configuration assistance (don't know if this this the real translate in english) that happen when I launch the game. It wa the first time I saw it today. This bug happen on my PC. Thanks for your understanding

No Progression on Wins to next level
Have been 1 win from Mythic in Standard twicw today, won my games and neither time was promoted to Mythic!

Not awarding wins or quest progress
Game is not awarding wins in midweek magic event or quest progress.

Daily wins and ranking not working
I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).

Decks suddenly unusable
Suddenly some of my decks claim to contain cards not in my collection.
When I check the decklists, they only contain cards that I do indeed own.
I have previously been able to play with these decks without issue.1 vote -
Daily wins and ranking not working
The daily wins don't seem to count, they don't progress anything. I've won at least four games now, my rank did not change and I received no credit towards daily or weekly wins.

Here we Go again back with the same f****** people that don't play the f****** gamne HYT, THOKKGRIN, TSUGE,

Dont gain my rank when winning on construct diamond tier1 4pip
I dont gain rank or get winning bonus but If I lose I lose my rank and If I win again after that I get everything as usual but this bug only happen If I almost promote to mythic i.e. diamond1 4pip

draft : deconnection & difficulty to join back
Draft didn't work as expected, many bugs when joining and joining back this morning

Daily quest doesn't light up and my wins doesn't count too
Being playing a couple of games I noticed my wins don't count trying to make it to 15 wins for the daily wins. Got stuck at 14, then the reset came played no counts still for both the wins and daily quest casts.

Premier Draft Game did not record Win or cards played.
I won a Premier Draft game and was reward none of the following:
a. Draft win progression
b. Daily win progression
c. Quest progression (Cast green/red spells)Match ended at approximately 9:12AM US Eastern Daylight Time

Quest not advancing
I have a quest to cast green and black spells. No matter how many I cast the quest is still showing 0 of 20.

TSUGE -CHEATER
Still being forced to play this tsuge guy twice in a row. You made me face off against them. I f****** just left the game, made him wait out the game started the game back up later and you made me play him right away again and I left the game again so you really want me to just quit playing the game cuz that's where it's headed man. I'm just not going to play your f****** game anymore. What the f*** you're f****** cheating f**** man

CHEATER - GOATI
Guys, a cheater gets the exact three cards that he needs to win the game in a ridiculous way. There's no way that he actually had those cards in his hand. Give me a f****** break buddy. You're f****** rigging the f****** game and letting people f****** cheat. It's disgusting wasting my f****** time. I'm a pain ******* customer

win does not count
Even after winning three matches in Sealed mode, the wins are not counted. The same issue occurs in ranked matches.

Rewards and experience not given for appropriate progress and actions. Have played 10 games across the accepted formats and have received no credit for winning or playing lands.
