How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Emeria’s call bugged with collectors cage on ios
If I hideaway Emerias call in collectors cage when playing in iOS, I’m unable to play the spell when I’m prompted to play it for free. I get the text asking me if I want to play it, but an unable to select it for playing.
All other spells I’ve tried work fine and this used to work fine maybe 3-4 months ago when I played the same deck on Android
I have not tried to reproduce this on any other system.

Floodpits drowner trigger issues
Floodpits Drowner was cast in response to another cast. It states that when it enters the battlefield, put stun counters on target creature. I allowed it to enter the battlefield before planning to cast Shore Up on the creature it targets, but the stun counters were immediately placed with no chance to respond to target trigger.

Please ban or nerf strip mine. This game is about having fun and being strip mined over and over again is ruining any fun players have.

Client crashes on Mac when trying to click anything
Client crashes on Mac when trying to click anything (Decks, Play, etc.)
I've reinstalled twice and the issue has not gone away.

Arena freezing on MacOS
Arena freezing on MacOS at load screen. Usually crashes at "Requesting Format Data" - if I get past that, then it crashes and gives an "unable to get collection" error. I've done a thorough uninstall / reinstall and even went so far as to reset my Mac to factory settings - problem persists. And, just for added fun, the first time I tried to submit this report this website sent me to a 404 after I clicked "Post Idea." Super cool.

Arena freezing on "Requesting Format Data" on MacOS
Arena on MacOS keeps freezing on load. Most times it will freeze on the step of "Requesting Format Data" - a few times it has gotten far enough to start loading and then gives the error "Unable to get collection"
My Internet connection is solid, I have uninstalled / reinstalled, and I even went so far as to reset my Mac to factory conditions. Problem persists.

Card not working as intended
Spectacular pile up just board wiped me and im playing an artifact deck. NO vehicles. Wiped all my creatures then all my artifacts including simulacrum synthesizer.

Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep triggered ability not working
Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep triggered ability not working. When casting a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent from hand, Kiora's triggered ability is not working properly. Instead of displaying the viewed X cards, to select a spell to cast from those X cards, it just shows the card on the top of the deck highlighted, giving only the option to resolve or resolve all. See pic attached. Has worked in the past while play-testing with this card, not working anymore.

Brackets for brawl
It would be nice to have brackets for brawl. I like to make fun theme decks, and then I'm playing against people who are throwing out game changers every match and hitting me with 1000 triggered actions I can't keep up with, and I'M getting roped trying to respond.

Case of the Uneaten Feast
Case of the Uneaten feast doesn't let me play cards from my graveyard. After the case is sacrificed the card is shown in my hand but it is greyed out even if I have the mana to play it.

Rush of dread
Rush of dread immediately kid me In The game period I was at at 16 health, I did use the life drain ability to take health and give myself health. Half of 16 should have been 8. How did I instantly lose. This makes no sense

Exile indestructible creature
Why can't I Exile an indestructible creature. Exile is not destroying it and it is removing it from the board. It does not give me the option to do that when I go to Exile features it isn't capable of being clicked

Can't finish the tutorial on android OS for the Blue island deck with the Merman. The cards bunch together and can't select cards.

Frustration with Missing Effective Troubleshooting Steps in Support Articles
I am writing to express my strong frustration. In dealing with the ongoing issues, I found that your official support articles never mentioned a step that actually helped — lowering the graphics settings to "Medium."
As a result, I spent a long time following every step listed in the articles without seeing any improvement, suffering from an unplayable game. Only after trying this unlisted adjustment myself did I find some relief. This has wasted both my time and energy, and feels unfair and insincere.
The fact that such an effective step was not included in the official articles has caused…

MTG Employees Political Opinions
One of their employees, via social media like X, recommends sticking a candle up your ****** to correct pairing problems. I think it's inappropriate, since in the event of a power outage, it reduces the chances of lighting the dungeon. Furthermore, his political stance is not Trump's.

Arachnophobia Mode
Arachnophobic since 1997.
Love Magic. The few spiders that have been printed I could manage but the current login screen gives me anxiety and I won't play the game anymore. Other games do a arachnophobia modes and I love it. Please consider.4 votes
