How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug
When I enter matches i can't see my cards or can't enter gameplay. The matchmaking works and everything else as well, but im not able to play and my timer bar runs down without me having a choice to mulligan or even see or play my cards

Game keeps freezing
I have been playing Arena on iOS. Today, my game started freezing when I try to load into a game. I first noticed it when I joined a Standard Event. I loaded into my first match, started playing, then the game randomly closed during the match. I then reloaded the game. I went to the event and it showed that I had 0 wins or losses, as if my game hadn’t happened. Now, whenever I try to join a game of any kind, it freezes after drawing the initial hands. Can't get past seeing my hand
When playing a Standard Brawl game after being able to look at my hand the game gets "stuck" if I'm going first wether I Mulligan or take it the game moves forward but it never gets past that, timer shows up... I wait, timer ends and the game just seems to stop. Same if I'm second except I never get passed the opportunity to decide wether to keep or Mulligan.
I have captured the logs but don't know how to share them, this is a Pixel 7 phone with and Android OS.

cannot start a match
match making stalls in various stages sometimes abandoning the match after some time other times stays stuck without the opportunity to keep or mulligan

Oponente não confirma a mão e não sai da tela de carregamento
O jogo encontra uma partida, porém após eu informar que irei jogar com a mão mostrada, fico aguardando a confirmação do oponente e apesar do tempo da ampulheta esgotar, nada muda.

What the heck is going on tonight?
Basically, when I try to load into a game I either get a long queue or I can’t take any action. Thanks for the help

Matches are starting in a stuck state.
PvP matches are not starting correctly.
Game loads battlefield but does not proceed to mulligan or turn priority.
This happens on PC and mobile.
Matches vs bot work normally.
Opponent timer runs out and nothing happens.8 votes -
Arena not working
Matches are not loading right now. It will sometimes match you with an opponent but not always and when it does the game is just frozen and will not even let you concede

Sparky Stuck Thinking
Playing a game of Vs. Bot with a preconstructed deck. I have 2 Dawnwing Marshals in play, one of which is equipped with Goldvein Pick. I also have Dauntless Veteran and a 1/1 Frenzied Goblin. I have 11 mana open. Sparky has Ilysian Caryatid, Treetop Warden, Generous Stray, and Rumbling Baloth in play, and 14 green mana open. Sparky plays an Affectionate Indrik, then is unable to select a target for its ability. I have been waiting for Sparky to select a target for Indrik to fight for 10 minutes.

Better rewards for Draft and Quick Draft
I love playing draft and quick draft on Arena when there aren't events at the physical stores near my house. The format is competitive and quite difficult to win all 7 games. Arena could offer better rewards to further incentivize the format, for example, offering gold rewards in addition to gems for a certain number of wins, or more gems as a reward to encourage new drafts and more matches. I believe it's the most fun format.

Issues starting matches
Choose to Play
You may be stuck in waiting for opponent for a while, so long you may be offered to cancel. If you do wait until you connect, the game will not show you your hand, and is waiting for the opponent. A timer begins for the opponent and runs all the way down. It does not time out the opponent. If you hit concede at this point nothing happens. Restarting the computer, and reinstalling mtga does not help.15 votes -
MTG Arena on Desktop not loading opponents
Whenever attempting to play in Standard, matching with an opponent was previously taking forever. Now when matched, the cards fail to load and you cannot concede the match to leave. Card numbers load as 999. After waiting a couple of minutes and failing to load the decks, the timer counts down for the player.
- Steps to reproduce: attempt to play a standard casual match, best of 1
- This is on a PC
- Match takes forever to find opponent and then fails to load the deck
- Should pop up hand for game to play or mulligan

Product Suggestion
Game won't find an opponent to play. I've tried on mobile and desktop PC version, have been waiting over 10 minutes to locate a match without success. Tried rebooting/restarting mobile and PC and updating but error continues.

Unable to start match
Last 6 or 7 attempts to join a ranked Standard best of 1 failed. It usually just stayed on “waiting for opponent”, but once entered the match and let me choose to keep my hand. It then began my timer without starting my turn. I clicked an emote and it left the match. Another time I saw the match screen with no mulligan choice or anything else happening. Repairing game files did not work.

Games just wont start
Either just never get into the game or if I do it stops when one of us is trying to keep or mulligan hands. Can't concede, timer starts for me or opponent but never ends the game just runs out and sits there. This is a bit absurd.

server issue?
weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing…

game does not progress passed the choose who goes first
Game starts to count down from 30:00 while trying to choose who goes first unable to do anything. Then once it reached 00:00 started to count up

Unable to play matches
Stuck at Waiting for Opponent in almost all matches across multiple formats. Occasionally able to load into a match, unable to get past mulligan phase. Premier draft is unable to be selected. Had an Avatar Premier draft deck with 0/0 record, now completely unable to select Avatar premier draft. May have been awarded match losses for inability to connect, I can't tell as the premier draft option is currently not visible and unable to be selected.

Not matchmaking
Not matchmaking and when it does I can’t play anything. Sometimes it prompts to keep or mulligan but that’s it. It times out after that A reverts back to the main screen
