1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

phoenix exile
Immortal Phoenix not exiled by Eater of Virtue but instead returned to owner's hand.
- Took control of enemy Immortal Phoenix (with The Shattered States Era).
- Equipped Eater of Virtue onto the Immortal Phoenix.
- Used Fatal Grudge and sacrificed Immortal Phoenix as a part of casting cost.
- Immortal Phoenix wasn't exiled but instead returned to owner's hand.

Suggestion - Vote a format - Give the people what they want - two rotating weekly users choice formats Have an event queue with a weekly rot
Have an event queue with a weekly rotation, and players get to vote once a day to select their desired format.
At the start of each week, the format with the most votes gets offerred for that week - and it's number of votes is reset to zero. (Votes for unselected formats dont reset, so eventually every format should get a turn).
Ideally I would like two separate sections - one for limited formats and one for other formats, but it could be offerred as a single list.

Suggestion: Let us pay packs to play limited ( Draft )
With draft events awarding packs that are nearly useless for limited-only players, it would be nice if the system allowed you to trade in your unopened packs for entry into more events.
Based on the fact that the store sells packs for 200 gems, and draft events cost 1500gems for human drafts, and 750 gems for bot drafts, I propose allowing eight packs to buy into a human draft, or four packs to buy into a bot draft.
You could even limit it to packs of the same set, so it is really only viable for playing repeat drafts.

False advertising.
1,000 gold to enter a jump in event that includes alchemy cards, no where in the details does it mention the use of these, in fact "using standard archetypes." Is directly use and standard does use alchemy cards. The picture is of a warewolf, clearly a midnight hunt picture which does not have unique alchemy cards. So now I am out an entire pack worth of gold and can not enjoy my jump in event because it isn't what I was signing up for and I do not find alchemy cards fun. No, we don't get to use the cards in our collection, thanks for making me spend $50 on absolutely nothing....The collection you refer to is the packets of cards opened, which you call a collection lol. What a joke... You know that every single person thinks the obvious, their actual collection.
I was never ever told that I could unlock cards that were not already unlocked. Why call them locked then?

Deck builder
It would be nice if you could also use the filter buttons (e.g. for the colors) in the MTGA deck builder to exclude the corresponding color(s). I know you can use the search box, but it would be more convenient that way.

Traditional Standard event - only 4 rounds
In a traditional standard event this morning I was only allowed to play 4 rounds, rather than 5.
I did cancel while waiting for one round, so it may have entered me into a match without my knowledge and counted that as a result?
At any rate it gave me the prize for one win when I only went 1-3, without being able to play the 5th round.

Tie "Good Game" emote to the concede button and remove it from the wheel of emotes!
Call me a purist, but good game should ONLY be used be someone who wants to concede the game. It's against all MTG etiquette to issue a good game because you assume or think you have won. Only the person conceding should be allowed to use this emote. An easy fix is to add a check box when conceding the game to say "Say Good Game?", remove it from the standard wheel of emotes, it is unnecessary and infuriating.

Missing Card in HBG Draft
Following the drafting portion of an Alchemy Baldur's Gate Draft, an Air-Cult Elemental I had drafted was missing, saying that I needed to craft it to complete the deck. On a PC, and not sure how to reproduce the bug

Hi everyone,i have problem with collor event,im at last challange and i have one more game to finish it,but every time i try to play it popos out "unabel to join the event" and error ocures,i can play all other modes compleatly normal,just cant finish this one to unlock new modes etc.

JUMP IN! LANDS
Jump in! In the land allocation of, if you make 3 colors, 2 pieces of 2 color lands for each type is too weak as a base for a 3 color deck.
As a result, it is often the case that one color does not come out and it becomes a two-color deck with impurities, and it may not be possible to play properly.
We request improvement so that 3 additional common 3-color fetch lands can be added like New Capena.

Gut, true soul Japanese translation
The card shown has completely different text than what I see for the English version.
JP: When this card enters, choose a card you control and a enemy card to fight if the enemy card loses its exiled.
ENG: Whenever you attack, you may sacrifice another creature or an artifact. If you do, create a 4/1 black Skeleton creature token with menace that’s tapped and attacking.

Bug qualifier event
I just bought a pack of 3400 gems to play the alchemy qualifying event, when I started my first game the game closed instantly before pairing me with another player, it has not been the first month that this situation has happened to me. Then when logging in, the same thing happened again, and later it throws me the result as the first lost game.
I write this email to request a refund of the money used in the event, because due to game problems, I could not play the event properly, losing my investment of 4000 gems1 vote -

New Special Card
Add "Yin and Yang" Enchantment to the Game. Mana cost 5 - one mana of each color: White, Blue, Black, Red, Green. The Enchantment itself will do this: "Whenever you gains life , the opponent target player loses the same amount of life. And vice versa." The card will be of mythic rarity.
