How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Kicked out of arena event

I joined an Explorer event yesterday before i knew about the que issue and when i logged in today im no longer in the event and my money has been taken. I did not retire from the event and would like the gold back for the event

Make daily quests about playing games not winning them
Make daily quests about playing games not winning them. I love the actual game design and so much more, but it sucks to log on and play when everyone is just playing to get their 15 wins or rank up. There is no experimentation or fun - whether I play ranked or unranked, everyone is just using the same top-tier decks. Make daily quests about trying new things and not just winning

Traditional Draft Deck Builder Fault
Whilst drafting SNC on a traditional draft I experienced numerous problems.
When I made my 3rd pick (Sleep with the Fishes) the game bugged out for a second or two and then told me I had taken Light It Up instead. This obviously then affected my entire draft, only for me to find out at the end that I had no Light It Up and did in fact have a Sleep With the Fishes, missing a card I had ended drafting with the idea to include in my deck.

Mastery Pass Ending Indicator
Please add some sort of indicator (maybe optional so it doesn't bother people who don't want it) to let us know mastery pass is ending. I forgot to purchase it because I thought I had time even though I've been playing every day.

draft rápido
Antes de começar a edição "Ruas de Nova Capena" eu havia começado um draft rápido. Hoje após o lançamento da atual edição fui continuar o mesmo draft, porém ocorreu um erro de rede. Acredito que seja pela atualização do sistema. Gostaria de voltar a jogar, ou que me devolvessem as gemas gastas para entrar no evento. Desde já agradeço.

BUG
When looking at the info screen of a deck.
Then i go to profile, select other card sleeve, and press back there.
Instead of going to profile it returns to last deck info screen.

can't join draft event
I completed drafting portion of quick draft with no error. After editing my deck, I click Play and get a network error. Can I get at least a partial gem refund or something?

Downloading data during game
If there is an update in the middle of the game, the client should recognize this and allow you to finish your game rather than demand that you update. I was very well ahead in a game, my game crashed (happens more frequently than it should), and then when I restarted my client to finish the game, I needed to update. Given the size of the updates, this resulted in me timing out. This is really dumb and causes issues for the player downloading data and for the opponent (just has to sit there and wait).

wildcard
So me and my friend were hoping you could add somethn to the deck builder. ATM there is no way to tell what wildcard a card would need unless you actually go into the card to use a wildcard. I submitted a pic where i think it would be nice to have a wildcard rarity icon so we could tell before using which one we'll need.

Wrong Event Reward
I was playing in the Midweek Magic: Historic Brawl event after I had earned all 3 rewards. I was 825 point of progress leaving me 175 mastery points away from reaching the next level with 14 wins for the week and 4 wins for the day. After winning the match, I only received 25 mastery points (Daily Prize). Both the daily and weekly counter increased by 1 but the game did not reward the weekly prize. I know this is how the points were distributed because I was grinding the last wins needed to obtain the final Neon Dynasty orb…

Alchemy pulldown
When selecting decks you there is a pulldown selection so you can see only standard or historic etc. Please include a pulldown for Alchemy.

Dates for Last Day of NEO Premier Draft Unclear / Requesting Event Countdown Timer 1 Week in Advance of Set Transitions
On this link, it says the last day for NEO Premier draft is 4/28/2022:

Which is the correct date? Why is this information inconsistent?
Is there any way we can get a countdown timer starting a week out for Premier/Traditional Draft events when a new set is coming up to avoid this confusion? It's a heavy price to pay for those who don't complete those events when they are wiped so abruptly.

Featured Daily Deal is a Lie
The Daily Deal makes it look like you can unlock the premium artwork for Llanowar Elves by buying the daily deal in the mobile client. It even shows the premium art when you click and hold to bring up the detailed art. But when you buy it, it flashes to the full art of the Dominaria print of Llanowar Elves. Confirmed in my collection that the art wasn't unlocked.

I did not get the gems from a Kamigawa quick draft
I did not get the 200 gems I was supposed to get from Kamigawa Quick Draft, I would like those gems please.
