How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Arena closes during matchmaking
During my standard ranked matches the game closed. It always happened when I was matched with an opponent. I restarted the game several (7 or 8) times and it closed again as soon as the the match restarted. When the game was lost/over I could start the game again without crashes. I had this problem 2 times since the last update. I’m playing on iOS.

Game crash after matching
In the loading of a new match game crashes. If I open the app again, the game crashes while i m entering the match.

Bug - Creature in the stack forever
In the draft of Murders at Karlov Manor I tried to play a Vitu-Ghazi inspetor and the creature staid “in the stack” forever, making it invisible in my hand and making ir impossible to play.

アプリのアップデート以降、対戦復帰ができない
アップデート以降、そもそも処理落ちによるアプリの強制終了が頻繁に起きてイライラしているのですが、それ以上に対戦中の強制終了からアプリの再起動をしても、今までなら対戦に戻ることができたのが、今は動作が重くなり対戦に戻ることすらできません。
フリープレイなら問題ありませんが、たった今ランク戦中にこのことが起きたので補填の要求をします。上記の理由でまともにプレイできないどころかランクダウンするのは本当に遺憾です。
具体的には1000ゴールド以上は頂かないとアリーナをやる気がわきません。
これ以上不快な思いをさせないで頂きたい。

Mono White Deck cheating out a Black Card???
Hello,
I recently played a game against "fishrd1335." I was playing a deck I just made with Leyline of the Guildpact, as well as Amalia Benavides Aguirre and Wildgrowth Walker and he seemed to be playing some sort of mono white life gain deck.
I turned my head to check something in real life, only to find my Knight of Dusk's Shadow being targeted by a Murder!? After taking some time to analyze how he could have cast it, I came up empty. He only had one tapped plains and zero swamps. I checked his graveyard and exile and nothing…

Add option to disable screen shake
Whenever any damage is dealt the screen shakes violently. It makes me very sick and makes the game basically unplayable. If you think screen shake is absolutely necessary that's fine, but please give me an option to disable it. I have hundreds of hours in the game and I basically can't access it anymore

Game resets over and over
Sometimes when I start playing and get connected to a game it will boot me out of arena, then I have to open arena again and it connects to the game and sometimes I get to play a turn before it boots me again (sometimes don’t even see the game before being booted again). It happens in the Standard Play queue multiple times per day. After I stay offline for a minute or 2 I can reopen arena and play again uninterrupted for a while until it randomly happens again.

接続がすぐ切れる
マッチ戦においてマッチング決定後に接続できなくなり、5分待ってもマッチに参加できず、マッチを落とした後でようやく接続できるようになる。ゲームが作れなくなっており、かつ、マッチにも負けて順位を落としており非常に不愉快です。

There are a bunch of problems with this game -- some merely aesthetic but many accessibility-related. No ability to turn off animations. Cards zoom uncontrollably whenever you move your mouse over them. Can't read rules text on cards without zooming (why are they squares?). No ability to sort by color, cmc, type in deckbuilding. You have to drag cards to play them. Scrolling in collection is sideways and doesn't interact well with scroll wheel. No game log. Timer system is an anxiety factory. For people with a visual/reading disability this game is essentially unplayable. It feels like it was intentionally…

Cannot continue selecting packets with jump in.
Hello, I was trying to play Jump In after the MKM update, and I was able to select my first packet (Wandering), but after selecting a second packet (Spelunking), the game booted me back to the main menu. Now, when I access Jump In, I am prompted to choose my second packet, but I have no options. The game shows that my first packet was Wandering like before, but there are no packet options. I can still go back to the main menu, but I cannot continue with my Jump In entry.

draft card style
The ability to change card styles in a draft deck was removed, sealed doesn't have them at all! Additionally as with the last cube iteration, it does not respect favorited card styles (example parallax blood crypt and unfinity blood crypt, regardless if unfinity is favorited, it uses the parallax). Please fix either the favorite card styles functioning in draft and add card styles back to sealed!

Sparky suggestion
Sparky is a brilliant tool, but can be made so much better…
Please make a sparky deck for every color and every format maybe even some color combos and here is the key… let players choose which sparky deck they play. This will allow players like me to tune/test our deck ideas more easily instead of hoping I’m playing a particular sparky color or type, also more options. Updating sparkys decks would also be nice. Some formats can’t even play against sparky now which is how see if a deck is worth playing. This could be a massive tool going…

The arrows are messed impossible to determine which creature attacks who and which blocks who
The arrows are messed IMPOSSIBLE TO BLOCK correctly (impossible to know which creature attacks the battles, the sorcerer or the creatures able to block)... MESSY SINCE WEEKS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY

Cloak Defiler by Cryptic Coat
《謎めいた外套》で《夢を穢すもの》などの穢すものサイクルのクリーチャーを偽装します。
この時点で手札にある同色のカード (《夢を穢すもの》なら青色のカード) のマナシンボルの1つがファイレクシアマナとして表示されます。
ファイレクシアマナが表示されているカードをプレイしようとするとフリーズします。Cloak a Defiler (for example, Defiler of Dreams) by Criptic Coat.
Same color cards in hand are displayed with phyrexian mana.

Game crashes when a blood token is created under either player's control or when an active match with a blood token loads.
Play a card that creates a blood token / Have your opponent play a card creating a blood token
I'm using a Windows PC
The game closes as soon as the effect creating a blood token resolves. When I open the game again and the match is still active, the game closes again as soon as the boardstate is loaded.
I expect my game to be functioning in the presence of blood tokens.
I have not beenable to capture a log while the bug was occurrring. The log was created a few minutes after a game with a blood token…

Crimestopper sprite/ Wrench
Crimestopper sprite couldn't use Wrench tap ability during opponents turn a also during my next turn. When I equip another creature, ability started to work.

Wojek investigator investigated when I had the same number of cards in hand as oppopnent
As title says, investigate happened when it shouldn't have. I would like the entry cost of traditional draft to be refunded to me.
