How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Rank Progress Error
No matter how many times i win or lose in rank standard or historic I do not gain any rank. No progress is added or subtracted.

Tutorial END
right after starting the game and clicking to play the end of the tutorial the game enters a screen waiting for server and does not leave it

Friends List bugged, showing offline when not and not showing friends
After the hotfix whenever I enter Arena on the PC the little icon shows me as offline. Then when I reset myself to online the friends list is completely empty, despite me having 20 or so friends added on Arena.

Arena Cube Decathlon Finals sideboard bug
I am competing in the Decathlon Finals with my token entry (event: Arena Cube Draft Bo3).
When I try to change lands between games (sideboard), after I do so and press 'Done', the client just refreshes and resets any changes made.2 votes -
Clicking "Done" while sideboarding in decathlon final does not do anything.
Changes made to deck and mana base, after game 1 I clicked "done" with ~10 seconds left and it did not register, which put me into game 2 with the original deck.
After game 2 I finished sideboarding with ~30 seconds left, I clicked done, and it briefly left the sideboarding screen before coming back to sideboard, showing my un-altered deck (and during game 3 I had to play the un-altered deck).
The attached log was pulled right after the sideboarding failed to register at the start of game 3.

Priority skipped following blockers declared
I play quite a lot of mtga and this has never happened before so I'm unsure if this is an error on my local version or an actual bug. After blockers were declared the game did not give me priority to cast sure strike on my 2/1 drake that was blocking a 3/3. I do not believe there were any "tax" cards on board and I had 2 mana to cast this combat trick but instead combat happened immediately and it became my turn without having to pass priority again as if I could not cast the spell. Lost my gems and coins
I’ be been trying to buy Mastery Pass and suddenly I’ve lost a lot os my gems. I had like 3.050 gems and stuck with 1.600. Also bought 4 booster packs and I supposed to remain with. Like 625 coins. But I had 25 coins left. When that happened the server kept reconnecting and reporting error bugs. Please help to get my rewards back!

Half of the sideboard erased without warning
Today , playing a tourneament , I found out that Arena erase half of the sideboard of my deck without any advice because I play it in one BO1 game before , obiously I lost the game and the tourneament
How can that happend ? is a mayor issue with the plataform that it make unnotice changes for the user.2 votes -
Wrong Resolution on Second Screen
Wrong Screen Resolution after enabling second screen. I have a Windows laptop and if I play MTGA on the laptop screen everything is fine. But if I play on the second screen, which has a resolution of 1920x1200 the MTGA screen is cut off at either edge. If I change the MTGA resolution and then change it back it'll display the full width (with black bars on the bottom). I have to do this every time after I start MTGA after connecting the second screen. Once fixed, if the second display remains plugged in I don't have to do this…

Card effect
When using cemetery gatekeeper, it deals damage to anyone who uses a card type that is shared with the exiled card or cemetery gatekeeper himself. Not just the exiled card like it’s suppose to be. This has caused me to loose some games because I’ll play a red vampire and tame damage even though a green black hydro dragon was the exiled card.

Tamiyo's Safekeeping Failed To Trigger Stop
After declaring blockers, I died before being able to cast Tamiyo's Safekeeping that could potentially have kept me alive. The game just passed on through even though I had the mana up and a target available.

Disdainful Stroke casting for 1 mana
There's over 141 pages of wrongful mana casting. Like my post before that Wizards somehow changed the title to, Disdainful Stroke was cast against me for only 1 mana. They were Dimir Ninjitsu with no treasure tokens or any sort of way to produce the 2nd mana.
HOPEFULLY, I just missed the second tap altogether. What would solve this issue of ONE HUNDRED FORTY ONE pages of mana issues would be to just implement a **** play by play like Hearthstone has on the left side of the screen, so we could see what all our opponents did, rather than…

Product Suggestion
Please please please STOP with the pairing algorhythms and the obvious cheating that Arena does. Just give us random pairings by rank - thats it - no further manipulations. Let us draw cards randomly as you can with a computer and let actual skill determine who wins and not your obvious manipulations. What you are doing is reprehensible to a competitive player. The game is good if you would just stop the behind the scenes manipulation of what is happening.

Can't get MTG Arena to load
When trying to load the game on my PC using windows 10, the loading screen gets to "Initializing Localization Database". Then it takes me to the login screen. I enter my password and hit "enter". Afterwards it gets to "Initializing Localization Database" again and keeps repeating no matter how many times I enter my password in correctly. I have included a screen shot showing how far it gets before asking me to log in again. If you have any other questions; please contact me. Thank You

Commander Precons in MTGA Brawl/Historic?!
Brawl already received a solid upgrade with Historic Brawl queue this year. Long term I hope the product roadmap incorporates 4 player Commander (Brawl or EDH) as its a financial no-brainer?!
Would adding Actual Commander Precon packages to Arena be a good inbetweeen step to keeping the format exciting/hype? Either as partial card drops and or moderated for power level reasons but It seems to me that there is a lot that can be done to get the format more exciting & growing, plus adding further support to Historic as a byproduct.
