Sideboard in Limited for learning
I should be able to pick what's in my sideboard in a Limited game. It's weird to play a learn card and see cards I can't use; in a flustered moment I picked a card I couldn't play and it nearly lost me the match. (It doesn't help that the UI for picking a card from the sideboard is so fiddly that I was more worried about tapping the wrong card than choosing the wrong card.)

Mavinda, Students' Advocate
Mavinda, Students' Advocate is an interesting and fun character that was introduced in Strixhaven that has a cute little animation like many of mtga's other mythic rare cards. It is also accompanied by a voiceclip of Mavinda talking, which I noticed was definitely male. According to the official lore according to WOTC (https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/legends-strixhaven-2021-04-13) Mavinda is clearly indicated to be female. To my knowledge, Mavinda is not a trans female, though I admit there is little information to be found regarding this character (as of yet) so the male voiceclip is puzzling.
In short, was it intentional to give a male voiceclip to a female character?

Goodbye
I am a little embarrassed it took me this long to realise how arena uses a mixture of bots and people to keep people buying packs. No more from me.

Cards copies in draft and as awards in events
Hello,
It would be an awesome feature to make clear how many cards you have in your own collection while drafting. Unfortunately untapped.gg not always works, so it would be great to have this feature so to avoid to get 20 gems instead of cards.
Also it would be nice for the events to always give free rares instead of 20 gems of you already have the card. It would be nice to finish the collection.

Only metadecks?
A year ago I stopped playing mtga. Recently I thought, "why did I stop playing". Now I am playing again I know why. The only decks I see are meta decks. There is no reward for creative deck building. This is the whole idea of mtg and it isn't working right now.

Maddeningly annoying
Why can I only redeem one prerelease code on arena? I have twelve, and half the reason I got that many packs was because I thought it would help my progression in arena. If the reason is too not lose money from in game purchases on arena, then you should know it is backfiring on the table top products and arena. Although I am trying to sound professional, I am very upset. I am quitting arena and no longer buying any product that includes an arena code, and I know many others are as well. Especially since the only warning about this one limit is right below the code. That is a dirty trick. Heck it'll be a long time before I buy any sealed mtg products, if I even decide to buy singles. This just seriously is a ridiculous rule and poorly advertised. I used to think better of WoTC. ***** it. I'm going back to pokemon, they haven't angered me in the 20 years since I started collecting them. It only took you guys 3 years to loose my faith.
My biggest question. Are you going to fix this. Ignore this. Or just totally not give a **** and push away longtime and new fans? I'm not just angry at mtg but I'm ****** at D&D to just because it is connected to the money grubbing WoTC. I never thought they would start stooping so low. I am truly saddened. I would love to come back if this type of thing can be fixed and avoided in the future, but I don't know how you are going to show that any time soon.
And if I don't devote my life and paycheck to arena then I can't play new decks from new sets or even every other set. I thought getting multiple prerelease sets for the codes would build my strixhaven collection and give me enough wild cards to build at least one viable deck. Now I just feel like WoTC took my money and have me a big middle finger to my face.

Product suggestion
I think you should consider monetizing the wildcards. Buy 20 rares for so much money or bundles of wildcards of all types for so much money.

Casting Cost
There was a time when one played this game expecting it to last longer than a single minute. You've really lost your way.

System for excess cards
Problem: Libraries currently build up excess cards (over 4) a player will never have any use for.
I have been play-testing the game on Android and I can't easily tell when I have more than the playable 4 of a certain card. I have read that MTG has pushed back against a dust system as employed by other wildly successful digital CCGs, but Arena needs something similar to keep people from bleeding off to other games where their money is better spread across assets by allowing more flexible deck building.
Perhaps there could be a plane-melding or mana-melding of cards, where users can take two cards to meld, and receive a random card they don't yet own (or own four of) in return. This could be emphasized with mana color, or card-type.
Regardless of the solution, one is needed. The current system has a wasteful feel where players feel like they can't get the full value out of their collection. Drawing a new card you already have four copies of instantly makes you less likely to enjoy opening more packs. Giving those excess cards a user-controlled purpose puts MTGA back on pace with other lead digital CCGs.

Save As in deck editor
I like keeping old versions of things, but sometimes I don't realize I'm making major changes to my deck until I'm already halfway through them, so I can only either forget everything or save over the old one. So I'd appreciate a Save As command so that I can clone the deck right from the editor.

How about posting correct information on the official Arena page?
On the Arena MAY 2021 RANKED SEASON DETAILS page there's some absurd information: making it to Top 1200 Mythic at the end of the season (May 31st) supposedly qualifies you to the May Strixhaven Qualifier Weekend, organised some 2 weeks prior to the end of the season. Time travel, you say? Maybe it should qualify you to the JUNE Weekend instead? And how about providing the information on the JUNE weekend already now that the May season is on its way? It would be nice to know when and in what format will such a weekend take place, to choose whether you want to grind for that spot. See the image for clarification.
And it's been made reeeeeeally difficult to find the correct place here to give this kind of feedback. This probably is not the place, but I don't feel like spending more of my time to find out where to go. I would appreciate it though if these support pages got a bit of clarification.

Suggestion: Sore Loser badges
Scenario: Your opponent sees that they will lose and there is nothing they can do about it. Instead of letting you finish or conceding they either sit there or walk away forcing you to sit through however many timeout timers they have accrued.
Proposal:
- If a player sits through 2 straight timeouts that expire AND
- If a player still has a live connection THEN
- A button appears on the opponent's screen or emote list to flag their opponent as a sore loser. Each of your sore loser badges are displayed on screen with everyone you play against for X amount of time. Lets say a couple weeks.

disconnect caused missed draft picks in cube
I paid for a cube draft in gold, then was entered into a draft queue. Once the queue filled and everyone was ready, I was unable to connect to the draft. Once I was able to connect, I had missed the first 6-7 picks.

Broken Cards, Balance and Standard
Did a bunch of people who played MTG 2 times, and lose both games get hired to be the balance or design team for these cards the past few years? Because the common theme is cast one card and win the game. What has happened to this game? This game used to be fun. It used to be interactive. You used to be able to play your deck and not have to worry about your opponent casting one card and the game just ends. Why has this become a theme? You can call them what you want, a "build around" card or whatever other term you want to throw on it. The bottom line is the cards are not fair. Really even the other cards that are beyond pushed are the same. Lovestruck Beast. 3 mana 5/5. Honestly, how was this card even green lit? Looking at the set as a whole, the card is actually bad! How can you say that about a 3 mana 5/5?!?!?! When a 3 mana 5/5 is a bad card you know there is a problem. How and why would you let the game become this way? Why would you print cards that are obviously broken? Trying to be creative is one thing. But, obvious pushing of cards and outright not even caring how the card effects the game as a whole had become the standard. This is what you want your players to feel? You want us to have cards always dominating a set or format for years?! Again, listen to the people who actually play the game. Because, it has become so obvious that no one at WOTC does play this game. If they do, it is with no regard for balance. No one seems to understand that this is very bad for the game. You have people creating cards that do not understand anything about how balance works, or even worse they do not play/understand older formats and do not understand the impact of these cards on those formats. I do understand this is a lot to account for. You have made Billions, if not more off of your LOYAL customer base! Hire some competent people that can produce cards and mechanics that don't break the fundamentals of the game! You can tell when cards and mechanics were not tested or when they were pushed. If the community can figure out how busted these cards are on spoiler and within a week or two of release, there is no reason that a team of QUALIFIED individuals couldn't do the same, given a reasonable amount of time. Printing cards Like Oko, Uro, Fires of Invention, Agent of treachery, Winota, Yorion, Genesis Ultimatum, Escape to the Wild, Lucky Clover, Omnath, Lovestruck Beast, Teferi, Time Raveler, Nissa, Who Shakes Worlds and so many more just in the past 1&1/2 years! We as a community have always been told that these cards are in design and testing sometimes a year or more in advanced to allow time for these things to NOT happen. Along with the creation of the next set that will need the same treatment. So why in this short span of time has the game been absolutely ruined by these cards? What if anything has been done about the process that was used that made it okay for these cards to be printed? Or are we to expect more printings of such obvious overpowered nonsense, so WOTC can rake in their money as they know competitive players will buy playsets by the droves. I understand the fundamentals behind what is going on here. I understand that any company needs to make money to survive. I truly understand that. But to this extent? To the extent of ruining your most money making format? To the extent of losing your long time player base due to the inability to admit wrong doing on YOUR part and comfort the community in letting us know that this will NOT be a continuous thing, that this will NOT be the standard for years to come, that something HAS been done about the process that made it okay for these cards to be printed. Because from where I am sitting I feel none of that has been communicated, I feel none of the problems are going to be fixed. Look at the most current set! Had to ban a card within 2 weeks? of it being available for play? Are you as a company okay with this? Was this your intention? To get the community more used to frequent bans, in order to allow more PUSHED and BROKEN cards into sets, driving the price up only to ban these cards within a month? Because this seems like the money making formula that WOTC loves to employ as of late. This is how I feel as a long time community member. This is how I know others feel within the community. These feelings will not allow myself or others to continue to play this obvious trap of a game, where the end goal of the company is to only exploit the customer base knowing(hoping) the next generation will have their % of players to add to the ever declining player base due to lack of creativity. Thus, resulting in these BROKEN cards and players leaving by the 1,000's.

BUG - Scute Swarm
Hi this is supposed to create an insect token first before creating a copy of scute swarm on the creation of the 6th token. Its creating a duplicate immediately - this is an error and goes against the cards goals

Turning wildcards into other rarities / Rehash an oldshool MTG game.
I have 2 ideas. The first arose from never having enough rare wildcards to acquire the lands needed for most decks. It would be nice to be able to turn extra commons and uncommons into higher tier cards, or even split mythics into a couple of rares. It wouldn't even have to be a good exchange rate, but rather give players something to do with all their excess wildcards.
The second idea is more ambitious. Back in the 90's there was a MTG: Shandalar game that was fantastic. You started off with a 30 card deck and 8 or 10 life, and you quested around fighting monsters by dueling your decks against them, and winning more cards and doing quests to gain more life. You could also get them from dungeons or buy them from towns. I would pay good money for something like that for each new set.

Traduction error
I did a draft match where I pick 2 "fracture", on the card in french, we can read destory artifact, creature or planeswalker, so i make me fail 2 picks, loose a game because in reality it's enchantement instead of creature ...
Is it possible to received something because it clearly cost me 1500 gems and now my deck is lower than expected, my tag is "EAG Atlantid2#65954"
