How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Liliana Emblem bug
Quando eu ultei com a "Liliana, Waker of the Dead", após o emblema triggar, o jogo congelou antes de eu conseguir selecionar qual criatura eu reanimaria.

Nazgul Art Card Style Crafting refers to bundle in store, but there's no bundle.
When trying to craft the 9 Nazgul 3d card styles, the first one worked, then all the others only have a button to the store saying you have to get it with a bundle. But there is no such bundle in the store. I've attached a screen shot of the crafting screen, but I didn't think you needed screen shots of the store.

Tribute to the World Tree
Tribute to the World Tree’s ability is not resolving correctly. My opponent had 2 Tribute’s down, and played a 1/1 creature, triggering two Tribute Abilities (when a creature enters under your control, draw a card if it’s power is 3 or greater. Otherwise, put 2 +1+1 counters on it). Before resolution, I removed the creature with a spell. In response, both abilities drew a card, winning my opponent the tournament game. Reading the ability (which according to tournament judging, checks the creature as the ability resolves) it should try to put counters on the creature (which isn’t there) and fail…

Opponent intentionally holding up play (roping)
My opponent (wafflez #87504) was intentionally placing a stop on each upkeep to run out the timer for as long as possible before passing the turn at the last moment to avoid conceding for several turn cycles on both their turn and my turn. I am playing on PC and have included the log file if that will help. I wanted to inform you of this behavior. I'm not sure if there is an option to add a report feature from within the match itself but I think this could be handy as it would flag instances of this while…

Can't play any match, due to "Waiting for Server"
When I try to join queue for a game from my computer, "waiting for the server" appears and the game doesn't start, being stuck at the screen forever. I can't play any match.
It used to be OK 5~6 days ago, I don't know why there's a problem.
I have tried:
* Re-installing the game (3 times, including registry reset!)
* Changing my DNS
* Flushing dns cacheNone of them were effective. Now I have to play with my phone.

assegnazione svantaggiosa quando si utilizza mazzo mill
Ho notato he troppoutilizzo un mazzo mill mi vengano assegnati avversari con deck con più di 60 carte e questo è un primo svantaggio checapita spesso inoltre altro fattore poco casuale mi vengano assegnati avversari che utilizzano nel deck la carta:"Benedizione di Gea" che come effetto ha quello di far rimescolare il cimitero nel mazzo.....carta che annulla l'effetto della strategia Mill.

Card Reward
Second card reward not occurring when two single card rewards (mastery and daily reward) are triggering at same time after a win. Could just be a bug with one of them.

Greatly reduce play timers / alternate queue
Please please please reduce the play timer or create an alternate queue for reduced timers. The roping is out of control!

golden pack overlay constantly present
The golden pack progress tracker is constantly present as I navigate Arena. It doesn't actually impede my ability to click on things in that area but it does make it harder to see what I'm clicking on

vault not updating
I just opened all of my MoM pre-purchases and new set drops, but my vault didn't increase at all. That's some sixty packs opened with no vault progress. How can I get my vault to update?

Not getting any credit for the spells I cast for quest
Not getting credit for the spells I cast for 750 gold quest for red or green spells

Bug: Quest locked
Bug:: Quest locked on 18/20 for games across HB, standard, and historic as well. Was to cast blue/black spells. never encountered this before.

Error updating data
Stuck here and nothing works. I can't find fixes for mobile or if I do they don't work. The customer support can't help n they sent me here. It's so aggravating because I literally played less than 12 hours ago.

Missing card in collection
I received a another copy of Luminarch Aspirant last week. It appears in my collection, but can not be added to any decks.
It shows as a valid card when added to new decks, but when any deck Save is attempted, its missing from my collection.

Game crashes after pairing - re-joining impossible
I encountered multiple times the same issue, which I report here for the first time (windows desktop). After pairing in my premier draft games, Arena crashes and when restarting, I immediately go back to the waiting for pairing screen (open match). Once I "wait for the opponent" Arena crashes again. Despite multiple trials, this "crashing" repeats until I have a game loss (due to time out). It is really annoying that I get game losses without playing.

BM AFK
There is a problem with players just going AFK if the game is clearly not going in their favor, which means the other player may have to wait out possibly 3 timeouts. Can you possible incorporate an account timeout for players that end a game in this way?

Stack never stacked
The stack never showed up at the very end of my last game against "Fingerblaterr". My Legendary (through the Ring effect) "Haunt of the Dead Marshes" was exiled by the opponent's "Portable Hole" and I never got the chance to use "Nasty End" on it for the 3 card draw trigger (on Legendary creatures). Perhaps the Exile speed is faster than my ability to sacrifice it so the stack never showed up. But then the opponent casts "Hobbit's Sting" on my "Sméagol, Helpful Guide" and again the same thing, no stack, no chance to cast "Nasty End" and no chance…

Critical bugs
I can’t even finish the tutorial because I keep getting server connection issues that kick me out of the game and reset it. I also get major ingame bugs and slowdowns. In some instances the game becomes unresponsive, in others most player cards both from me and my opponent overlap graphically ok the right side of the screen and I can’t even tell what’s going on.

Esper Sentinel bug
for any spells that I cast while my opponent has an Esper Sentinel on the field I would not receive priority, with available mana or not. 2 examples this league i had 2 mana open cast a petty theft to bounce a creature never got priority and my opponent drew a card. at another point I cast a go for the throat with an open mana targeting a thraben inspector and my opponent immediately drew a card. I had no chance to respond to pay and just sat there with an open mana.
