How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Time limit change
Please reduce the amount of time people have to play their cards. I’m really tired of playing matches where the opponent takes ridiculous amounts of time to just play a land and then end their turn. The only time they start to pick up the pace is when they start winning. If their losing, they take absolutely forever to play. If they know they will lose the game, they just wait for the time extensions to run out rather than finishing the game.
Please change the time to play cards to a reasonable time limit of 15 seconds so games…9 votes -

During the pick phase of a Crimson vow premium draft the game freeze and was impossible to continue the draft phase. Must play the draft with random cards...

Infinite combo time out bug
It's insane that this client has no shortcuts for infinite loops or at the VERY least, when the OPPONENT goes infinite YOUR TURN TIMER doesn't run out in YOUR OPPONENTS TURN. Subsequently even if you were to have an answer for infinite tokens and like, such as an exile/board wipe effect and wait for them to deck. IT DOESN'T MATTER! They'll just make sure you don't get a chance to respond, the turn ships back to them and they can attack for lethal. It's an exploit, there's no other way to put it and honestly the cards should be removed…

continual freezes during gameplay
My arena client continually freezes during gameplay and eventually crashes out with windows error.
It seems to most commonly happen when a special effect is being played for a card that has one, so the ability to turn those off might be a useful start. At the moment it's unplayable.

Android Black Screen
Since yesterday's update I am unable to launch Arena on my Android phone. It worked fine Tuesday and no longer works. On launching the app I am stuck at a black screen. I tried fully uninstalling/reinstalling the app. After reinstalling, I was able to log in, but then it just got stuck on the black screen again.

Infinite Life Combo Bug
I faced an infinite life combo which made the game last over 30 minutes and the game forced me to concede do to "inactivity". I would have won the game in two turns but the game skipped over my turn when his combo finally ended do to his round taking so long. Mac optimization, iPad Pro optimization, and some Mac bugs, and please, please, fix fullscreen on Mac.
Mac game really needs improvement. (I have a MacBook Pro M1 with MacOS Monterey)
Recent bugs:
The text in menu buttons will not show up.
The app won't launch from the dock shortcut, have to launch from inside epic client.
Two-finger swiping on the touchpad doesn't work, it pretty much only scrolls in one direction, it just goes wild.
Sometimes going in and out of the app it will stop playing sound, or some other problem.It is just ridiculous that the fullscreen mode clips the sides of the screens. It only recently got full screen. Windowed doesn't seem to…

Match Against Bot with Invalid Deck (cards not in collection)
Hi.
I have a suggestion about match against bot.
In physical game, I can get a card from my friend or in a shop to test a deck before buy the cards.
In MTG Arena, I can build a deck with cards not in my collection.
But a deck with cards not in my collection, I can't play matches against bot to test this deck.
Is it possible to allow a match against bot using a deck with cards not in my collection to test?11 votes -

Unable to join premier draft
I keep getting locked into "Network Error: Unable to join event" for Premier draft. Now, I can't play anymore.
Then, I tried to submit this bug and got a 404 error.

stop cheating
I suggest Wizards stops cheating openly by manipulating the opening hands.
I have played MTG since 1994, and using MTG Arena for long enough to own 3 to 4 copies of every single rare and mythic cards (which also tells you how much money I put in the game).
Whenever I create a new deck, the stats of my opening hands are consistent with what the probability calculus predicted.
But after a week (?), I systematically experience impossible odds, like 4 games in a row with NO lands, or just 1, or 6 lands...

I have Olivia Voladaren selected as my Avatar, but it still shows up as Rakdos. I've been using Rakdos for a while but whenver I try switching to another Avatar it still shows up as rakdos (doesn't matter which avatar I select).

matchmaking
Matchmaking in Ranked mode constantly pairs you several tiers above where you are currently playing; I'm playing on Platinum tier 4 yet I am constantly paired up against Diamond tier players. Like I get it if I've ranked up that far consistently but I have literally made it to diamond one time... I'm an okay player but this just makes getting a couple wins to get rewards take hours and ultimately not rewarding or fun.

Game is rigged!
Here is an example, I built a mill deck to force the opponent to concede and first game, I get my opponent down to 6 cards left in deck and guess what he pulls? Thassa's Oracle... No response when using the 6 word communication chat in Arena which tells me that I was playing against a bot.... I mean seriously... Support M1 (apple silicon) on macOS
Please release a fat binary of MTGA for macOS that also supports the M1 arm chip. The CPU and power requirements are needlessly increased by running the game through the intel emulation layer.

MTG Arena Linux Client
Hello,
I wanted to request / show interest in a Linux client for the game.
The game can run through Wine in Linux though many workarounds, but it would be preferable if the game had an official Linux client (which theoretically shouldn't be too hard, given that it's a Unity game).205 votes
