How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Fix Quick Draft
How to report a bug
1. I was in a quick draft event before the most recent update. The game can no longer find an opponent and it sits "currently waiting" for 10+ minutes.- PC
No match is ever found for my quick draft event that was started before the update.It should match me against an opponent in under 2 mins.

quick draft lost caverns
I can't get into a game in 'quick draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan'. I can queue up, but the queue-screen just says "currently waiting" and nothing happens. I built my deck two days ago and can't play it. I can get into games in other gamemodes normally.

Matchmaking for Quick Draft LCI broken, never find a match
Quick draft matchmaking is taking forever, I never find a match. This started today after the update and release of Outlaws of Thunder Junction. I attached screen shots showing I waited more than nine minutes and counting.

Koi Pet (Digital Origami Fish)
Folded Koi pet (fish) is missing from my game.....

After today's game update (Outlaws of Thunder Junction)
The status page shows everything is supposed to be operational again.
However, I cannot connect to the server. I get the following error after ot
Everything looks good but after loading inital scene. It takes some time showing Waiting for the Server... befor I get the Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Or alternatively (Unable to get collection. Please try again later.

Coma crash
During two matches the casting of Koma, Cosmos Serpent has caused the game to crash. Restarting client will attempt to rejoin match, but crash during loading. Can not utilize app until I have lost the active match by timeout. iOS iPad

Spark Reward for "Jump In" not progressing properly
Spark Reward for "Jump In" is supposed to increment each time you complete a "Jump In". The first time I do it it progresses properly from 0/3 to 1/3. The second time I complete a "Jump In" it doesn't increment from 1/3 to 2/3, instead it stays at 1/3. The third time I complete a "Jump In" it progresses from 1/3 to 0/3. I have reported this bug twice already to you and you haven't resolved it.

Koma Cosmos Serpent Game Crash
Game Crashes every time when you cast koma and will keep on kicking you out of the game until you have lost the match if you try to renter the game.

While playing Sparky and you cast a card the whole game freezes
While playing Sparky and you cast a card the whole game freezes, sometimes for a couple seconds, sometimes indefinitely, you can interact with the screen and pets but card will not resolve so you're only able to concede OR Sparky will concede if you leave it there for a couple of minutes.

Your app won't load after the update
First of all, your bug report forums have one of the worst user experiences I've ever seen in my entire life. Truly a testament to how little you care about your players.
Second, your bugfest of an app isn't loading after the KTK update. If it's not too much trouble, could you maybe make your GAME WORK FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIVES?????

Sideboard disappeared?
Ever since the last update most of my sideboard has been invisible. It's there and I can use it in a match but when I go to edit it half of it is invisible. It makes it really hard to edit my decks 😥

"congratulations on reaching spark rank"
The graphic and voice pop up "congratulations on reaching spark rank" plays every time I go to the home screen. Clicking through doesn't clear it, it just plays again. Logging out and logging in doesn't clear it. It just plays over and over and over again, every time the home screen loads.

Sideboard bug: OTJ
Strange bug that hides all of my sideboard cards except 6 or 7 when I expand the side. It still shows number correctly, ej. 15. I don't trust it and don't want to change any cards and maybe lose my decks, so I've experimented only minimally. But testing this on multiple decks all have the same issue.

Product Suggestion Leave Historic Alone
With the new Alchemy format, can we please have it separated from Historic? You are going to be nerfing cards considering the standard environment, please leave them alone for Historic decks.

Can't log in since the update on March 5
Can't log in since the update today (March 5).
This is very critical for me because if I'm unable to log in, I can't draft the new Alchemy set, spend wildcards to craft cards, buy gems, get my daily wins, or enjoy the new Mideweek Magic event.

Copying Coerced to Kill with Doppelgang
After copying Coerced to Kill with Doppelgang I could not select the targets for Coerced to Kill.
The timer went off and the game selected my creature instead.

molten impact
Bug;
If one casts molten impact on a creature that is indestructible but takes excess damage, it still generates a boon as expected. However, once that boon triggers, the excess damage will go to the new target you choose as well as the initial target. see photo for example.14 votes -
iPad crashes continuously
I can play a couple of matches on my iPad but then mtga crashes and when I restart it immediately crashes when trying to connect to existing match. I have latest iOS and have uninstalled and reinstalled mtga app several times. Uninstalling and reinstalling appears the only way to recover, until the next crash after a few matches. Works OK on iPhone just iPad having this issue for me.
