How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. 750 XP quest gave 500 XP

    I completed a 750 xp quest shortly after reaching a new level on my mastery path. My current xp is at 500, which leads me to think I was awarded 500xp rather than 750 xp.

  2. Didn't get daily quest XP?

    Completed a 750xp daily quest, and now I'm still only 725xp toward the next mastery level. Did I not get the XP because I finished the quest in a Mirror, Mirror game?

  4. Daily Quest XP issues

    I have completed 2 daily quests today, and have not received the concurrent XP (500 per quest).

  5. Daily Quest XP not adding to Weekly Win Rewards XP and Daily Win XP

    I just won a game that completed the Daily Quest, which was worth 500 XP; the Weekly Win reward, which was worth 250 XP; and the Daily Win reward, which was worth 25 XP. After the Victory Screen it showed total XP rewards as 275 XP. However, it should have displayed 775 XP. I can't tell if I missed the 500 XP in the mastery bar or if it is just a display issue.

  6. XP for daily quests not awarded

    I have noticed that for at least two days I have not received the 500 xp reward for a daily quest. Both of the quests I completed were 750 gold quests so maybe it's only an issue with those?

    I am winning matches but the daily Win and Reward XP are still showing 1/15.

  8. xp not rewarded for quest completion bloomburrow

    Completed a daily quest for after buying mastery pass for bloomburrow. Only 250 Xp rewarded, not the 500 Xp. Mac platform.

  9. Not receiving credit for daily quest or XP

    Not getting credit for daily quest or XP no tics for casting colored spells nothing. Zippo, nada!!

  10. Daily challenges

    Of course there’s no option for me to report this issue for me alone because you won’t respond to account issues. I swapped my daily challenge to get the same exact daily challenge. Fix your **** game and stop being greedy.

  11. Didn't receive Gold for completing Daily Quest

    Completed Daily Quest"Cast 20 black or red spells." I did not receive the 500 Gold reward. I even closed and restarted the game and I have still not received it.

  12. Direct Challenge and Friend Challenge bugged

    The only way to challenge friends is via Direct Challenge and you both have to issue a challenge and know each other's name. Clicking on the Silhouette in the lower left hand corner and issuing a challenge don't work anymore and hasn't since the last two updates. I have tested this on both desktop computer and mobile phone.

    the daily quest is not completing. i just casted my 30th black spell and it doesnt complete. please fix.

  14. Tutorial Spark Bug - Rewards Not Given

    I'm a new player to MTG Arena, after completing the Tutorial Spark Rewards Not Given and can't even go back to the screen to claim it. This is spark bot fight which happens after the Color Challenge.
    Can you please fix that.

  15. Did not receive daily quest reward of 750 gold

    1. Played Historic Brawl after which I should have completed my daily quest. Instead got the "waiting for server" screen.
    2. PC Windows 10
    3. After restarting the game, my gold collection was not updated even though before restarting, I got 750 gold.
    4. The 750 gold from the daily quest, namely "Kill 25 of your opponent's creatures", should have been added to my gold collection after completing the quest.

  17. Impossible to complete the color challenge

    with all the 5 colours when I try to complete the last fight of the color challenge it shows the message " Network Error: Unable to join the events. Please try again later". So I tried with iPad, iPhone and Mac all with the latest update to compete this challenge but every time the same message shows up.

  18. Color Challenge & Duel Deck Challenge

    Color Challenge and Starter Deck Duel Events not showing as complete, even though I have won with all of the duel decks and defeated all of the color challenges. I have tried logging out and logging back in, but it does not work. Please fix this

  20. mastery xp not updating

    While playing on my iPhone, I have been getting wins, which with the daily wins, I should be getting 25 xp per win. I am currently at 8/15 so I should still be getting xp. However, my mastery xp has not increased and has been stuck at 225/1000. The only xp I have available to earn is the daily wins - I finished the quest for the day so the daily wins is the only way for me to earn xp.
