How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Rare Wildcard from Mythic Pack
I bought nine Mythic Packs and opened them.
I received eight Mythic Rare cards, one Rare Wildcard (, and one Bonus Sheet. )Why did I get a Rare Wildcard from a Mythic Pack?

Mythic pack did not include mythic card.
A Bloomburrow mythic pack i bought did not include a mythic card. The pack was bought from the store, "packs" section, Bloomburrow subsection. The pack was immeadietly opened after purchase. The picture shows the rewards received.

Pack opening error
Went to open 6 gold packs and it gave me an error screen and only says okay with nothing else and sent me back to the home screen without opening them.

Card Rewards Not Received with Mastery Pass
Card rewards not received at max level Aetherdrift pass. Did not receive mythic card reward at level 58

Quick draft challenge reward not working
- How to reproduce (most likely this is the cause): I have started a Quick draft for Aetherdrift about a month ago using the quick draft token you get for starting but I just played one match and then didnt open arena for a week or so. That means the event ended with me having only 0:1. There was also no rewards collection message, no nothing. After that I played two Final Fantasy drafts, one 4:3, the other 7:1. But the challenge for "playing 3 quick draft matches" is still at 1/3. So just start a quick draft with this…

50+ Mastery Reward Missing
Hello,
The way it looks on the mastery screen makes it seem like I should be getting a single card pull each time I finish a Mastery level 50 and beyond. I’m at level 58 now, and the only new card I received was at 50. Is this a bug? Or is it maybe misrepresented? Or will I receive the cards later in a bull fashion?

got preorder items twice
Ok, had a weird glitch.
Preorder the Through the Omenpath bundles previously and acquired the product on release. Open the packs during lunch break. Later in the day, got a email that said I was missing the preorder bundles...though I didn't and now got double the packs essentially. Avoiding opening the 50 card pack bundle atm since I don't know what to do and don't want to compromise my account.13 votes -

Not counting my quick draft matches. I won 1 (7wins) and i played 1 with 4 wins. No matches have been registered for the (play 3 quick draft challenge with 1kgold reward)

Fleem Cosmetics
I purchased the mastery pass, did a draft and opened over 10 packs but did not recieve my fleem cosmetics. Seems that on reddit people are talking about how no one has

Pack loading error
When I opened my 6 gold packs it showed the error prompt with only ok and when i clicked it my client glitched out and wouldn't let me join back and when i did my gold packs were gone with no new cards showing up when i looked, I'm on pc but I'm not sure I got anything from the pack.

Gems without full collection
I bought 45 packs and opened 48 packs from Through the Omenpaths. I received a single gem even though my set is not complete.

Mastery Pass reward issue
Did not recieve 2 Mythic wildcards on levels 9 and 12 of the Omenpaths mastery pass. I recieved one at each level

Collection Count of Foundations is bugged.
Please reimburse players with rare and mythic wildcards due to the bug in your code. I have been opening regular packs, mythic packs, and golden packs of Foundations and instead of getting cards I am yet lacking from the set I am getting gems. It makes me wish I wouldn't have bought gems this week to get more packs. I feel like I have been scammed.

Jump in Event - stuck
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still…66 votes -
Mastery Pass Reward Bug (Not receiving notifications of items received after Level 60).
I couldn't confirm until just now when I ranked up, but it seems for the past two mastery pass seasons I have NOT been receiving my uncommon card rewards past rank 60. I suspected it first during the Edge of Eternities set but wasn't actively paying enough attention. Just NOW I ranked up from 61 to 62 and did NOT receive a card reward. Given the consistency of this bug, I believe I should have been awarded a good 10-12 cards from the Edge of Eternities pass that I just never received.
I do know that I haven't…
