2. Inaccurate Set Collection

   Set collection says I have one copy of all commons, uncommons, rares, and mythics (and as you can see I've opened probably 100 packs), but it also says I'm missing a land. When I view my collection I see that I have no copies of Escape Tunnel.

   (1) Why would I have zero copies of that particular card?
   (2) Why is it not listed as a "missing" common in the set of commons?

   It seems the only way to complete TMNT would be to craft four copies, but that doesn't line up with my understanding of how this should work.

   Hello Wizards of the Coast Support Team,

   I am writing to report a technical issue I experienced today, December 28th, 2024, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM (UTC-3).

   While playing a Quick Draft match, the game client encountered a critical bug. I was in a winning position, simply waiting for the opponent to pass the turn to deliver the final blow, when the match was abruptly canceled/voided by the system.

   As a result, I ended my Draft run with a record of 6 wins and 3 losses. Without this technical failure, I would have achieved the maximum 7 wins and 2 losses. Since Draft events require an entry fee and offer rewards based on performance, I feel significantly disadvantaged by this error.

   I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and provide a fair resolution, such as a compensation of the reward difference or a partial refund of the entry fee (Gems/Gold).

4. My game suddenly froze in the middle of a ranked historic match, and then went back to the main screen with my match just now with absurdum.

   Out of nowhere, the game just froze and didn't do anything. Instead, without any mention of error or anything, it brought me back to the main menu and gave me 2 packs for no reason (cool, but why?). After that, I tried to play a game again, and went back to that same game. However, when I did, I was already losing because I probably missed at least a turn or two and lost that match along with some points in my link. I tried to look at the current bugs list but couldn't really find something that was relevant to this...

5. No Fleem cosmetic

   I am writing regarding a missing cosmetic item (“Fleem”) on my MTG Arena account.

   I preordered the Mastery Package well before the preorder deadline and opened 10 packs. However, after logging into MTG Arena, the Fleem cosmetic was not added to my account and does not appear in my collection or cosmetics inventory.

   I have already checked my Inbox, Collection (including “Not Collected” filters), restarted the client, and logged out/in, but the item is still missing.

   Could you please verify my account entitlement for the Mastery Package preorder and grant the Fleem cosmetic if it was not correctly applied?

6. Cant see booster cards during Pack2pick1 onwards

   During a MTG premier draft Avatar TLA all of the sudden during Pack2P1 I couldnt see the carda anymore, see attached image.

7. Please retire emotes that encourage players to be immature and rude

   There are three emotes—sleeping giant, sleeping hedron, and wolves yapping at Arlinn—that 95% of the time are used to say "I don't like that you killed my creature". People who cannot handle one of their creatures being killed should not be playing Arena, or Magic at all. Removing creatures is an integral part of the game, but some players get bothered so much by one creature getting removed that they have to whine about it. In fact, they are encouraged to whine about it with the emotes they have been provided. Please stop giving rude, immature players the tools to lash out and complain towards their opponents who have done nothing wrong by removing a creature. Please retire these three emotes and give a gem or pack reward to all players who had them. As the curator of a game / community, you have a responsibility to promote the wellbeing of players, and a duty to weed out toxicity and toxic players who can't interact with others in a respectful way. Thanks for your time.

8. Noggle the Mind sent my creature to graveyard instead of turning it into 1/1

   I was playing in the "Traditional Draft Lorwyn Eclipsed" Event today.
   1. My opponent played "Noggle the Mind" targeting my "Heirloom Auntie" creature.
   2. Instead of it turning my "Heirloom Auntie" into a 1/1 creature with no abilities, it instead sent my card right to my graveyard. I think the "creature destroyed" sound effect played, too.

9. FF/Bloomburrow Starter Decks Should be in Starter Duel Event

   The store bought starter decks that you import digital codes to arena (Final Fantasy and Bloomburrow) should be playable in the Starter Deck Duel Event. That is where most people complete their quests. It allows new players to see these starter decks and encourage them to buy the set kits, packs, etc.

   Currently I own both starter decks and I find it difficult to play them in standard play or ranked. Having them playable in Starter Deck Duel will allow more opportunity to play a basic deck in hopes to be 50% winrate vs other starter decks as opposed to 10% vs izzet, landfall, aggro white, etc.

10. MTG Arena Unplayable on Xiaomi 13T Pro After TMNT Update – Unreadable Text, Lag, Freezes, Lost Progress

    I’m playing on a Xiaomi 13T Pro running Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0.4.0. Since the TMNT update on Tuesday, MTG Arena has become effectively unplayable on my device. Text and numbers are replaced by unreadable square boxes, and inputs are severely delayed (for example, trying to play cards from my hand). This regularly results in the game freezing entirely or timing out, which directly causes avoidable losses.

    This issue has been happening consistently since the update, and it has already made me miss multiple daily quests and ongoing progress/rewards. As someone who plays every day, this is extremely frustrating and has significantly impacted my ability to play and earn in-game rewards.

    Given the duration and severity of the problem and the progress/rewards I’ve lost through no fault of my own, I would appreciate compensation once the issue is resolved.

11. Automatic pass pack in draft without picking card bug

    2 times in different draft with time remaining on my end to pick a card from a pack, it automatically passes without letting me pick a card, in the end I finished with less cards total, both time was the first pick, and ended mattering in the overall construction of the deck, I want my gems back for this was not what I spent them for

    I think that you should make an event in MTG arena where people (with a certain amount of play time) get to submit and vote on cards to be put into either just Arena or MTG as a whole as a real card (and you could make it so that people need to pay gems to submit card idea (no photos (and maybe names) just rules text, costs, and stats)) and maybe it could reward the top 3-5 winners for getting their cards created by giving them some gems (and if you choose to make 5 or more cards you could make secret lairs)

14. Fullscreen setting doesn't stick

    On Windows 10, playing game through Steam for PC, when I change the graphics setting to fullscreen it stays that way only for the tab you are on. For example, on the main game bar at the top you select the "Packs" tab and enable full screen it will remain that way while on that tab. The moment you switch to another tab such as "Home" or "Store" it will revert to a windowed version of the game when it gathers data from the server. This issue remains persistent for all tabs and when checking the setting it will show it is enabled for fullscreen even though it had already reverted to windowed mode. This wasn't an issue last I played this game.

    i bought the new emote pack in the winter store and the >:O emote didnt show up in my list. Instead i got two :O emotes. can you please change it to >:O and :O or at least return the gems on the repeated emote? I want to keep the emotes, dont want a full refund.

18. No Daily Quests since account created CRITICAL

    Hello!

    I have not received a 500 or 750 gold daily quest since my account was created.

    Yesterday, the timer read ~4-5h until quest refresh before I signed off and my account was at 525 gold.

    Today, the account reads ~20h until quest refresh and my account is still at 525 gold.

    Steps taken:

    ​- I have restarted the client multiple times.
    ​- I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh.
    ​- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both PC and MacOS.
    ​- I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.).
    ​- I have waited through several full daily resets (3 AM PST/6 AM EST).
    - I have repaired game files multiple times.
    - I have restarted and cleared the tutorial.

    This mean I am missing out on nearly ~50% of maximum gold generation. I have no incentive to play on this account as a result. Please remediate and, ideally, either restore ~625g/day or 1 pack/2 days to the account + the resulting XP.

    There are other versions of this bug on the forum with many votes - please acknowledge and remediate.

    This honestly feels really unfair. I already contacted support and they wouldnt help me

    New accounts now get the basic black Arena sleeve just by finishing the tutorial and unlocking all game modes. It’s literally the most simple, default-looking sleeve, yet older players like me can’t get it anymore. I’ve played the game for years, but because my account is old, I’m just locked out of this reward.

    The old code doesn’t work anymore, support says it’s expired, and redoing tutorials doesn’t help. So the only people who can get this basic sleeve are brand-new accounts, while long-time players just miss out for no reason.

    I don’t get why loyalty gets punished here. It’s not a premium cosmetic, it’s just the default black sleeve. At least make it available to everyone who already unlocked all modes, or bring the code back.

20. Eroding Revenue and Player Confidence in MTGA

    I bought into some aspects of MTGA with the hopes the client would improve; being an early adopter in summer 2020.

    It is disappointing when developer debt appears to be mounting. That WotC should hire more developers and/or decrease set releases to give the current time more time to work on updates (namely testing updates).

    What is a larger slap in the face is how the economy is being eroded. If you spent money (USD) on packs (and by extension using that to also to craft certain cards), then to find your crafted cards has been shifted in rarity in a later set. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

    Doing some basic research on Scryfall: a player could identify cards that are likely going to be rarity shifted and choose to not craft until the rare, uncommon or common version is made available on the client. As a way to micromanage their economics.

    Currently I have identified at least 65 cards that were released at a higher rarity and now have a lower craftable rarity; at least 65 unique card names (28 mythics, 12 rares, and 25 uncommons that have been down shifted at least one more rarities).

    This is from checking WOT, MUL, BRR, STA, OTP, and SPG sets. I may check other targeted places to identity additional cards that have been shifted.

    A refund policy for players as follows is HIGHLY recommended (to at least refund wild cards) (either refund plan is required to enact):
    1) per account, based on the number of copies at these higher rarity to be refunded (this statistic appears to be tracked)
    2) give all players a blanket refund (if a mythic is down shifted, give 4 mythics to all users. True of rare, and uncommon rarities as well)

    I bought into some aspects of MTGA with the hopes the client would improve; being an early adopter in summer 2020.

    It is disappointing when developer debt appears to be mounting. That WotC should hire more developers and/or decrease set releases to give the current time more time to work on updates (namely testing updates).

    What is a larger slap in the face is how the economy is being eroded. If you spent money (USD) on packs (and by extension using that to also to craft certain cards), then to find your crafted cards has been shifted in rarity in… more
