Unable to login, stuck in account update loop
For several days I've been unable to login to MTG Arena with my WotC account. This is what happens...
- Open game
- Presented with login screen
- Enter username and password
- Am prompted to “update my account”, presented screen to enter birthday and country
- I enter my birthday and country
- Get the message “Update unsuccessful. Proceed to myaccounts.wizards.com to complete account updates.”
- Click “yes”, get directed to an account page that allows for editing my email address, full name, and display name.
I have reset my password several times. I'm able to login to the WotC website, but the same credentials never allow me to login to Arena. I've tried on multiple PCs and mobile devices and get the same message everywhere.
Can someone please help with this? I tried to open a ticket through the support site but only got canned responses and no actual help. I've spent money in my account, I would like to keep spending money in my account. Please reach out to me.

Counterspell is not Legal in Pauper
Counterspell is a common and is frequently used in Pauper. It is currently not legal in Pauper decks on Arena. One of the most popular and successful decks is Mono-U Terror

Smaug TM and Diamond Pick Axe Interaction
When Smaug the magnificent triggers alongside a diamond pick axe trigger, no matter how I order the stack smaug always resolves first netting me less damage. This has happened in multiple games it should be easy to recreate just attack with a smaug the magnificent equipped with a diamond pickaxe or another creature equipped with pick alongside smaug.

Unable to activate Secret Tunnel land on two artifact creatures
Tried to activate Secret Tunnel land on two artifact creatures, lands highlighted and ability showed it could be activated, but when I clicked on it nothing happened.

Hydra soldier ability did not trigger to create 2/1 villain

Unstoppable slasher
Unstoppable slasher bug. Just had a game where this card took me from 34 hp to 0. There where two of them on the opponent board one was tapped because of its mechanic after dying. The other hit me and killed me. I was on IPad so I was not able to capture the board.

Object untargetable for no reason
During a Bo1 standard game, I was unable to target the opponent's Pia, Aether Ascetic with any of my "target creature" or "target nonland permanent" effects. There were no ongoing effects that should have rendered this card untargetable.

Ranked and Draft NO SIDEBOARDING BUG
Love paying for Draft or Grinding ranked only to have a wierd looking collage of screen animations appear and Block you out of sideboarding?
Love winning G1 and losing G2 G3 for having dead removal because said glitch prevents you from changing creature removal for duresses ?
Love paying for draft and having cards skip priority ?
Play the latest version of this game if you love all those things :/

Protogenitus as commander does not return to the command zone
When playing with Protogenitus as commander in brawl, I select "Command" when "Command or Library" is shown after Protogeitus is countered or killed nothing happens. It does not move back to the command zone. There is an icon that appears on the left hand side of the screen that shows its shuffle into library ability and that icon stays for the rest of the game. I'm not sure if it is shuffled into the library. Played two games and it happened both times. Log attached.

Draft Network Connectivity Issue
During a pick 2 draft for reality fracture I got frozen on a network error screen and was unable to pick cards for the rest of the draft resulting in getting a bunch of random cards. I would like to be reimbursed for my draft if possible.

Ouroboroid MUST LEAVE!
There are 3 things I deeply hate. Ja-ja-Jitterbug. Yummy by Justin Bieber. And the Ouroboroid. I hate this card so incredibly much that every time an opponent plays it - which is now around 50% of my matches - I will immediately concede. It is overpowered in a way that ruins the game. In spirit, you should be playing against your opponent's deck, not a single card, and not across half of all matches. The frequency with which I'm encountering this card, never mind a loss from it, is evidence of the incentive to use it as a game advancement strategy and not a deck concept strategy. Which, in my opinion, is against the spirit of the game. Yes, there are strategies to counter this weed, but I rarely am able to do so due to how quickly it ends the game. Please consider banning it. I will continue to concede EVERY match the moment its nasty self is played until it is banned. It is OuroBORING too, to say nothing else. It's the same as making a card which states "creature's X/X is equal to 10x the number of cards in your graveyard and has Trample." It essentially nullifies any deck strategy either opponent has. It ruins the party. It's a frat boy drunk on a 48-pack of Coors Light and White Claw mixed and poured into his eyeballs. It's PETE HEGSETH! Vote it out now.

Feature Request: Export MTG Arena Collection as a Text List for AI-Assisted Deck Building
Hello Wizards of the Coast team,
I would like to suggest a new feature for MTG Arena: the ability to export my card collection as a copyable text list.
Ideally, players could click an “Export Collection” button and copy a complete list of the cards they own, including the quantity of each card. The list could then be pasted into an external tool, such as ChatGPT or another AI assistant, to help build and improve decks.
For example, a player could share their collection with an AI and ask it to:
- Build the strongest Standard deck possible using only the cards they already own.
- Recommend a deck based on a preferred color combination or playstyle.
- Identify which cards they are missing to complete a particular deck.
- Recommend which cards to craft using wildcards to improve an existing deck.
- Suggest budget-friendly upgrades based on their current collection.
Currently, players who want this kind of assistance may have to manually record or extract information about their collections, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient.
A simple export feature would make deck building more accessible, save players time, and allow them to benefit from the growing capabilities of AI tools. It could also be useful for sharing collections with existing deck-building websites and other community tools.
The exported list could be provided in a simple text format that players can copy and paste wherever they need it.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe this feature would be a valuable improvement to MTG Arena and help players enjoy deck building even more.

The Tarrasque Bug
Opponent had "The Tarrasque" on the battlefield that did not appear to be cast along with other creatures. I cast "Toxic Deluge" where x=10 and it was not impacted by the spell. Wether it had ward or not should be irrelevant for this spell. This occurred in Competative Brawl.

Dropped mid-draft
I was in the middle of a draft and there was an error which caused me to seem to drop in the middle of the draft. When I went to try and rejoin the draft it started me in a whole new draft instead, but charged me for the new draft as well. I was particularly bummed since I had a really good start to the first draft.

make the popup that appear to remind of a ward cost display what is the ward cost
when i target a creature with ward with a spell i get a confirmation popup reminding me it has ward, that popup should included what is the total ward cost because it would be a good place for a reminder (and would avoid instances of missing one instance of it when the creature has more than instance of ward)
