How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Message "You Have Lost Connection to the Server" keep hitting
Since yesterday i keep strugglin with problems on Arena. First, the game freezes every game i join, i uninstall and reinstall and now it keeps showing me the message "You Have Lost Connection to the Server" and cant enter the game for the whole day. Please help!

Arena would benefit from an anti-roping PSA loading screen text
There are a lot of great loading screen texts that offer tips and general info that encourage good behavior on the platform, but there's nothing about roping. In particular, in regards to people who just stop playing once things don't go their way (not just slow play).
A loading screen text like "When you have priority, it's time for you to play. Roping your opponents is against the MTG Arena code of conduct" would make it explicitly clear on the platform that WotC and the Arena team are against this behavior.
Going one step further: "When you have priority, it's time for you to play. Roping your opponents is against the MTG Arena code of conduct and can result in account suspension."

Store Error
I bought "NEW" Arcade Styles of TMNT 4 card pack for 8000 Gold from store on March 4th. It took my gold and removed it from store BUT I did not get them. I own the physical card of one of them. Either way I do not see this style listed in my library. Please issue my 8000 gold back or fix issue. Thank you. I play on PC and Mobile.

Cards being placed on opponents side or in one big mass in the middle of the playing field
Playing on Android. When I am forced to "reconnect" due to whatever issue, either the playing field will show up extremely glitchy, or my cards are placed in the wrong spot, and so are my opponents. Which leads to it being impossible to see what's going on. The most recent time it happened, I even closed the game and cleared the cache, after getting kicked in the middle of a draft.

Lorwyn Arena Glitchy
The new battlefield from Lorwyn, the one where the field changes to the winning side when life totals change, is glitching out. You can still kinda play, but the one side is black.

I am writing to report an issue that occurred during a Draft match in MTG Arena which resulted in an unfair loss.
During the game, my internet connection was functioning normally, but the client appeared to be bugged. My timeouts were being consumed automatically even though I was connected and able to see the game board. However, I had no option to take any actions in the game (cast spells, declare blockers, or interact with the interface).
As a result, the match was lost due to timeouts despite my connection working properly. This appears to have been a client-side bug rather than a connectivity issue.
I have attached a screenshot from the match as evidence of the situation.
Since this occurred during a Draft event, I would kindly like to request reimbursement of the entry fee (1,500 gems), as the loss was caused by a technical issue outside of my control.

Kicked out of a Game in progress
Last Night during TNT premier Draft, i was literally kicked out of a game i was winning ( i was more than 20 points ahead and my opponent had 2 points). Unfortunately, I don’t have any screenshots because it all happened very quickly. I was leading 4-2, but this JOKE was counted as a defeat.

Game freezing after playing card
Game freezes after playing a card. Sits like it is waiting for me to hit thr resolve button that doesn't exist. Then times out and I lose due to timeout.

Searching for Cards - Art Styles Dont Appear Correctly
When I'm trying to search for cards, like s:PZA, even cards that I have selected another art (as my favourite art no less), they dont appear over the PZA slop ‘style’.
Let users opt out of lazy choices.

Dominaria and Rivals of Ixalan alternatives is missing
I had alternate versions of cards "Llanovar Elves" and "Ghalta, Primal Hunger" in my collection. They used to show up as individual cards, but now they appear as styles. And I don't have those styles, even though I definitely had the cards.

Cards getting stuck in a stack once played
Cards from myself and my opponent would get stuck and never go to their place on the board. This would cause me to not be able to select my own creatures/Planeswalkers and not be able to select my enemies creatures when playing my own spells.

Did Not Receive TMNT Arcade Style Cosmetic - 8000 gold
Paid 8000 gold but TMNT Arcade 4 card cosmetic is not to be found anywhere. I own one of the cards but this cosmetic does not appear.

Missing Cosmetic I Bought - Arcade Style Turtles
For 8000 gold I bought the Arcade style TMNT 4 card set. If you look under MY store you will see I bought it. None of them appear anywhere. I do own one of the cards yet the cosmetic does not appear.

My set collection section has a mistake
In my "set collection" section there's a mistake, in particular in my Final Fantasy collection I completed the uncommon cards, I have at least 1 copy of the 109 uncommon cards but the summary shows that still 1 card is missing. This should have been an error happening when I crafted the last uncommons that I was missing using my wildcards. Even if I go to the "collection" sub section and I filter Final Fantasy set, uncommons and not collected it shows nothing (images attached as proof) and also if I count the uncommons one by one I have 109. This is very frustrating since I want to complete the set, as I have done will all the previous ones since I started playing arena again last year. Please your support to solve this, thanks in advance.

Gameplay stall/crash
Playing on iOS When I start a game at any given point between passing priority it freezes. Restarting the app will cause it to start the game again but with a broken background or may not allow me back in the game at all I am not having network issues and I have already performed a clean install. This happens in every game I start

Bug: Progenistus can be removed from the game without a sacrifice effect
Just ended a match using Progenitus and someone played a boardwipe to destroy all creatures.
This shouldn't have even caused Progentius to be sent to the graveyard because it has protection from everything.
I don't get how a bug this simple hasn't been resolved yet.

Golden pack progression
On November 24th at around 11:20 PM, I purchased 10 regular packs of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” using gold in MTG Arena and then opened a Golden Pack. However, from the Golden Pack, I received only one card from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
To confirm, I made the same purchase again and opened a second Golden Pack, but once again I received only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
Normally, a Golden Pack should always contain at least two cards from the current latest Standard set, “Avatar: The Last Airbender.” However, in both of these cases, I received only one card from that set.
Additionally, on December 26th at around 7:00 AM, I obtained another Golden Pack, but similarly, it contained only one card from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”Translat GPT

Force Import decks for when the cards don't exist
Force Import - often when importing a deck I find that MTGA doesn't have it. It would be nice if there was a way to 'force import', just import all the cards in the list and skip over the ones that don't work. Maybe provide a error panel like '5 cards failed to import: etc, etc". It could be a hotkey, like Ctrl+Shift Import or a setting.

DDR4I attempted install and it installs, but will not fully open. It immediately crashes before displaying anything. I can select icon and it begins to zoom into app like a transition to fullscreen, but crashes before any images.
