How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Unable to enter the game at all since this afternoon (10/24/24). Please see screenshots. I'm on Android 14, on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

  2. Eerie Ultimatum Doesn't Work

    Eerie Ultimatum is bugged when played with both Mizzix Mastery and Omniscience. Only shows 2 targets not the full graveyard. Causing the deck to become unplayable.

    Playing BO3 Standard Ranked matches, the sideboard doesn't work correctly and doesn't let me add cards to the deck,

    "MTGA.EXE has stopped responding" error message occurs when I hover over my quests or enter the store on windows 10 surface pro 3.

  5. Foundations Jumpstart Event - invalid cards in packets

    I used a play-in Token to join the Foundations Jumpstart event.
    For the first packet, I selected Legion. For the second packet, I selected Stalwart.

    Each time I try and play a game with this deck, the game immediately ends in a forced draw as soon as an opponent is found.

    If I try and double click the deck to see its contents, the game gets stuck "Waiting for the Server..." and I have to force quit the game.

  6. after attacking for lethal, match ended in draw

    While playing a premier draft of Aetherdrift, when I declared attackers and was attacking for lethal, the match ended in a draw, even though (through the "Draw" overlay) I saw my attackers hit the op whose life fell below zero.

    That should have been a win for me correct?

  7. Still crashing on PC

    Still crashing after most recent update, attempting to access the event screen for any current events causes the game to freeze and crash. Status website says all should be good but is still broken

  8. I experience a freeze leading to a crash whenever I interact with the client

    I am experiencing a freeze which requires the client to be restarted. In attempting to fix this issue, I have attempted a competely clean install (including removal of Registry keys), and I have rebooted my network and my laptop multiple times.

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

    I experience a freeze when I enter the Quickdraft event area (ie. I can't press the button to pay the gems or gold to enter Quickdraft), and I encounter a similar freeze when I click on my daily quest in the Home screen. The freeze eventually results in the game crashing…

  9. Network error al login

    Ogni volta che il gioco deve connettersi al server dà errore. Soltanto una volta su 30 riesco ad accedere, ma dopo una partita, appena deve connettersi di nuovo al server, si blocca di nuovo

    jump in event button "play" became 'home' for a long time, but no fix and replay, click home will turn to main home page, plz fix it!

  13. Network Log-in error

    Everytime I want to play the screen gets black telling me that is waiting for server, after the loading ends it tells mee Error Updating Data but my connection is fine! Or if not that it tells me there is a Network error...
    How can I solve that=

  14. Arena Cube - Triome Art Style Bug

    Playing Arena Cube draft, twice I’ve drafted Triomes and cannot add them to my deck without purchasing the Art Style. Bug is present on both iPhone and iPad.

    Happened with both Savai and Zagoth.

  15. WoC....WoC....WoC and Hasbro

    Voyons Messieurs, il serait temps de rendre ses lettres de noblesse à ce mythique jeux de carte et de mettre un frein à votre cupidité maladive en truquant le matchmaking et la pioche pour faire gagner de pauvres crédules qui vous ont donné quelque dollars et qui s'imaginent savoir jouer et construire des decks car avec leurs QI de reptiles, ils sont incapables de faire la différence entre un bon deck et une pioches favorable défiant toutes les lois de l'aléatoire et des probabilités.

    J'ai une pensée toute particulière aux employés de ce groupe qui, par une obligation alimentaire d'avoir…

  16. Elvish Refueler Bug

    Unknowingly abused the Elvish Refueler bug that allows the player to continually exhaust as much as mana allows. Still lost the match despite this and want to know if I can avoid being banned due to this accident.

  17. Unable to side-board

    Playing on an iPad. Prior to BloomBurrow I was able to side-board. After BloomBurrow I'm unable to add side-board cards but I can remove main-board cards. Traditional Timeless.

  18. Trash for Treasure and Blinkmoth nexus are banned in Historic and Brawl.

    Trash for Treasure and Blinkmoth nexus are banned in Historic and Brawl.
    Both cards are from the 2XM collection.
    There seems to be a problem with the Historic and Bror legal sets.
    Timeless has no problems.

    Cursecloth wrappings unable to embalm Gearseeker Serpent.
    At first I thought it was a weird interaction between affinity and embalm, but even with >7 mana up, get denied and error "Cannot be completed due to unpayable cost"

  20. Set Completionist II achievement bugged.

    I spent about 40 rare wildcards to get four copies of every card in the Arena Base Set only to have it not unlock this achievement. The achievement says that it applies to any set, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. I either want the achievement or I want my 40 wildcards back and a list of the sets that to which it does apply.
