How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Black Lotus Card Sleeve Not Showing
The Black Lotus card sleeve is not working properly

Date format not respecting device settings
The iOS app displays dates (for example in the Inbox) is US format (mm/dd/yyyy). My device is not setup as US and uses dd/mm/yyyy. This app doesn’t respect that setting. Please fix it such that things like this use the device settings rather than just assume everyone wants US formats 🙂

MTGA Stalls out when loading a new match and when the timer runs out completely.
Just got back on to finish wins for the day. Joined the Starter Deck league with WG (which worked earlier today).
When loading into a new game it doesn't show any 'my/opponent's turn' UI, it just stalls out until timer starts then runs out and then stalls there too. Exited the first try, entered a second, where "Waiting for Opponent" started almost immediately when it usually only starts when I'm matched up with someone. ~10 secs later I'm matched up, but the same thing happens. Currently still there with stalled timer (pic 4).

Bayo, Irritable Instructor Add Mountain Issue
Recently, on iOS, when I add Mountains per Bayo, Irritable Instructor’s ability, the game will not let me spend those earned lands. The attached picture shows that I had 5 mountain from his ability that I was unable to spend. Please fix, as I was unable to spend the lands earned which prevented me from winning my ranked match.

Blighted nightmare isn't working how it's supposed to
There are no negative parts of this card you do not force them to blight anything and you can return the card over and over and over and over and over again why and it continues a lot owing you to make the cards in your graveyard plus one and when you return the so there's no negative because you have to blight x to return this enchantment to the owner's hand so they blight zero to another creatures and then return it to their hand and then they put it down blade zero return it back to their hand…

Unable to update deck type Standard/historic/timeless
after copying an existing deck, I am unable to change the deck format to build it with the desired card lists available to different battle types

Deck builder glitch
I am playing on iPhone (IOS) and I have only played limited so I’m not sure if this affects constructed. Whenever I draft, if I go to click my deck box icon and check something like my creature count or card types, I cannot get back into looking at the actual deck building screen. It just glitches out and keeps popping up the change deck name window. No matter where I click I cannot get out of the look at types overlay. The only way out is to click a different tab at the top such as home…

No available action while my timers run out with "waiting for opponent" displayed
No available action while my timers run out with "waiting for opponent" displayed. Has happened repeatedly since Tuesday, Feb 24th, 2026 update on android. Only (sometimes works) solution is to kill the app via settings and restart the app while praying i get back to the games in time.

Bug
When I enter matches i can't see my cards or can't enter gameplay. The matchmaking works and everything else as well, but im not able to play and my timer bar runs down without me having a choice to mulligan or even see or play my cards

Frozen Games
Playing on IOS iPhone
Have started 15 games today, 11 froze up midway. Most froze as soon as I stabilized. Some games only made it to turn 3 and froze by simply playing an instant.
Potential cause:
poor leadership that is in a rush to keep pumping out product, you are dropping the ball with coders/developers. I first noticed the freezing game when Llorwyn was released and the number and frequency has increased with every update since.
Solution? Slow down the number of sets and put focus back on the quality of the game rather than quantity. 11 frozen games…4 votes -

Creature did not return to the battlefield after being exiled with personify
I casted personify on my reluctant dounguard during a single elimination quick draft match. I got a check question if I was sure I wanted to target that creature. After resolving Personify, it did not return the Dounguard to the battlefield, but I did get the shapeshifter token. The Reluctant Dounguard was nowhere to be found, not even in my exile area.

Constant Game Crashing
I was beyond excited to try this game as my friend has gotten me into magic. However I’m having constant issues. I’m playing on iOS device with the latest update for iOS and the game itself. Soon after completing the tutorial the game kicked me to my Home Screen and once I loaded back up the game just sat in the loading screen. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes and it just continued to sit at the first loading screen when launching the game. After doing some research I decided to delete the game and reinstall. Once doing that…

Kicked out of matchmaking right after finding match
Playing on iOS. Was queued up in arena cube for my 4th game and the game crashes and kicked me out. Then i got stuck at a loading screen. I had to restart the app and when i got back in, the game downloaded a small update then went put me into a game where i had missed my mulligan and almost my entire first turn.

Force Import decks for when the cards don't exist
Force Import - often when importing a deck I find that MTGA doesn't have it. It would be nice if there was a way to 'force import', just import all the cards in the list and skip over the ones that don't work. Maybe provide a error panel like '5 cards failed to import: etc, etc". It could be a hotkey, like Ctrl+Shift Import or a setting.

Unable to get back in after round 1 of a bo3 direct challenge match
I was playing a direct challenge timeless bo3 match, and after my opponent conceded in round 1, the game stopped working for either of us, so we both restarted but then have been stuck in the 'waiting for opponent screen' for over 15 minutes, and restarting the game does nothing

Matches are starting in a stuck state.
PvP matches are not starting correctly.
Game loads battlefield but does not proceed to mulligan or turn priority.
This happens on PC and mobile.
Matches vs bot work normally.

“It’ll Quench Ya” could not target spell
On iOS mobile, I played “Watery Grasp”, and then my opponent immediately played “Watery Grasp”, and then I immediately played “It’ll Quench Ya” to counter my opponent’s spell. The mobile app would not let me click on the opponent’s spell to target it. The cards seemed to be stacked on top of each other, and I could not trigger a click event. I could only target my own “It’ll Quench Ya”
