How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Draft disappeared
Drafted a Premier Omenpaths Draft, finished draft, then the draft disappeared, please replace missing draft token

DRAFT BROKEN
This is the second time I'm losing gems due to issue with draft, first when the game crashed during drafting and now whenthe event died and I couldn't play any games. Please fix this and return my gems back...

You link to a defunct twitter account on the status page - please update to current socials; especially helpful when there are issues like today where auth is failing for me, but the status page shows no issues.

duplicate
Duplicate protection for alchemy cards not working.
I recently opened a lot of alchemy edge of eternities alchemy packs. I do not yet own all alchemy rares of that set. Still I get rares that are not from this alchemy set. They are not even part of the edge of eterneties set, but of the bloomburrow alchemy set. That shouldnt be the case as far as I know.

Stasis Snare/Get Lost interaction didn't exile target
Opponent attacked with Elenda, I cast Stasis Snare, Opp Cast Get Lost targeting Stasis Snare. Stasis snare has to resolve onto the battlefield for Get lost to target it, but Elenda never left play and was able to complete the attack as if Stasis snare never entered. it should have exiled her regardless for a moment and put her back in summon sick/untapped. instead she was able to flow through as if Stasis Snare was counterspelled. this is incorrect operations.

Visual bug, iOS, iPad where card costs meets life
Visual issue when cards are retracted down. If you look at where the health number is, you can see a split and the cards themselves can be harder to interact with/select. Unsure if this is the same complaint as the cards being “too low” since update.

instant not working
While I was playing I had 2 mana open and a dockside chef in play and wanted to cast my deadly dispute on my opponents turn and was unable to select the deadly dispute to cast it.

game rigged
The Game is rigged/manipulated and a total POS Slot machine - WOTC doesn't give a **** because the make so much money from the inbred half witted sister diddlers that spend real money on useless worthless pixel product

Grolnok the Omnivore+Painter's Servant+Grindstone
Dumping your library on mobile you cannot scroll through your hand of 60 plus cards. Samsung Galaxy tablet S10 Plus so it's not a matter of power. Will try desktop client and report if also bugged

Vibrance
Sometimes when attempting to cast vibrance the android client (possibly others as well) will not give me the option to pay double red and double green only either or.

I won a Match in Premier Draft and got a Match win and a loss at the same time
I played a Premier draft lorwyn eclipsed. Befor joining the match my standing was 1-2. I won the Match, got asked if I had fun. I klicked the happy smiley. After that I got a win and a loss at the same time. Being 2-3 the draft ended.
Happened about 21:30 CET 21.01.2026

My Vault is gone
So my Vault was at something like 132% yesterday. I never redeemed it. Now that Lorwyn Eclipsed has launched I've lost all my progress.
Can you please restore it so I can redeem my wildcards?

I have Paid 6000 coins for a card sleeve and i have got it. Now, when i select the new card sleeve, it doesnt work... can you just please check it out? thankyou

No secondary lands
I just played 2 games in the sealed event with a deck that has 9 forests and 8 swamps. Each game went at least 6 turns and at no time did a swamp end up getting drawn.
While I understand that this is possible, it seems entirely improbable that all I could draw was forests and that I still drew them enough to have at least 6 of the 9 from my deck in play in both games.
Uploaded photo shows my game state at end of 2nd match. It wouldn’t download a file for whatever reason.
I feel this has to be an issue of some sort. So I’m reporting it. And I will play my 3rd match afterward to see if the same pattern holds true. If this is found to be a true bug I hope I get credited with another sealed event token to make up for these losses.

Constant Game Crashing
I was beyond excited to try this game as my friend has gotten me into magic. However I’m having constant issues. I’m playing on iOS device with the latest update for iOS and the game itself. Soon after completing the tutorial the game kicked me to my Home Screen and once I loaded back up the game just sat in the loading screen. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes and it just continued to sit at the first loading screen when launching the game. After doing some research I decided to delete the game and reinstall. Once doing that it let me load the game up normally. I clicked the color battles to start doing those. Once I load up the game it connects, gets to the screen where it shows my opponents name then the game force closes itself. I then load the game back up, it loads fine, I select to do another battle and it does exactly the same thing. Gets to the screen showing me my opponent then immediately the app force closes itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’d love to play this game.

Deepchannel Duelist Trigger Targeting Self
During a Premier Draft. Opponent's Deep Channel Duelist triggered on end step targeting itself and my game froze, causing me to have to close and restart. Lost a whole turn because of It, likely cost me the game. Would appreciate getting my draft back. Playing on Android Pixel 8 Pro

Could not block during combat
I drafted ECL Premier draft (BO1) and during the third game, I couldn't block during combats. I clicked on my creatures but could not assign block. Therefore I lost the game. Please give me a refund and fix this bug.
