How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to use Card Style despite having the same set of Card

    I bought the field of Rune skin from the store and it's not letting me apply it in my decks. I can see I own it but it doesn't apply it.

  2. Unable to take any actions, didn't discard to hand size, and couldn't cast any spells. Mobile Tablet Platform

    During the middle of a match I suddenly, after casting trinket mage, could not perform any more game actions including discarding to hand size. I went on to being unable to even concede the game and had to just restart the application

  3. Unable to open vault despite being over 100%

    My vault progress is currently above 100%. However, when I click it to open the screen goes black and shows the message"Waiting for server"for a few seconds and then goes back to the front page of Arena without the vault having openend and with no wildcards being added to my collection.

    Restarting the game does nothing as the same thing just happens again.

  4. Boseiju, Who Endures doesn't see Wastes as Basic Lands

    When Boseiju was played against me and I was asked if I wanted to select a land with a basic land type I was unable to do so because Boseiju didn't see Wastes as basic land.

  5. [BUG] Unable to sign into Zendesk support portal

    When clicking Sign in on the Zendesk support portal I'm simply redirected to my Wizards account main page.

    Issue seems to occur due to having changed the email address on the Wizards account while Zendesk still expects the old email address.

    This bug prevents me from signing into the support portal to create tickets.

    Issue occurs across browsers and across platforms

  7. Unable to reconnect to match after server disconnected

    I was playing in a standard event and was disconnected and bounced out of the game. I hit Play from the event screen expecting to be reconnected but it put me into a new game rather than reconnecting me to the existing game. This caused the other game to be scored as a loss

    The last two days it seems like the decks aren't shuffling well. I got all one color lands, and all other color spells and creatures... in 5+ different games, in the last two days...

  9. Mythic Wildcard Bug - Unable to utilize for crafting

    When attempting to craft Jodah the Unifier utilizing a Mythic Wildcard (verified that I do in-fact have 1 available, also verified in the attached picture) - I receive a Network Error and a message stating to try again later; I am able to utilize and craft all other rarities of cards - but when I attempt to Utilize it to craft the Mythic Jodah - a network error is prompted.

  10. Draft unable to load

    I joined Final Fantasy limited draft and it will not load the cards for the first pack. I have restarted my phone, closed out the program and it still will not load. The music and graphics are also lagging in the background.

  12. Sideboard incorrect in Pioneer Metagame Challenge

    Submitted a deck that says Azorious bo3, that is a pioneer deck with a companion and 15 sideboard cards. I only see 6 sideboard cards.

  13. Color Mastery Bug with Starter Decks

    While playing “color mastery” in the event list with the starter decks, I'm currently stuck against the ai opponent. It happens repeatedly when playing the white (Plains) colored starter deck against the green (forest). The 4th AI opponent. It occurs just after turn 6 I believe. I'll pacify the gigantasaurus, attack and pass, the opponent plays a 5/3 hexproof creature and passes, I attack and kill the 5/3 hexproof in combat and pass. The ai opponent goes into second main phase after playing a forest and then nothing happens. I can't concede the game, and the opponent never…

  14. Sideboard

    When playing standard ranked best-of-three, I am unable to sideboard after game 2. I select the cards from my sideboard but they do not move to my main deck. I am playing 60 cards main, 15 side. I can sideboard after game 1 with no issues. If I select a card to remove from my deck after game 2, it does move it to my sideboard, but I still cannot add cards to my maindeck.

  15. Can’t check deck stats on premier draft

    When playing on ATLA premier draft on mobile, during deck building I am unable to check my stats. After tapping to see creature/noncreature spell ratios, color ratios, etc., when I attempt to tap the back button the prompt to change my deck name appears and I have to go do a different tab to go back into deckbuilding. It’s extremely frustrating and once back in the deckbuilding, all the cards in the pool are added and you start from scratch.

  16. Three steps ahead + Wrench, Speedway saboteur

    Wrench, Speedway saboteur's ability allows you to cast exiled cards with mana of any color.
    Yet when I exiled Three steps ahead with it, I found myself unable to cast the modes which didn't require blue mana. The spell was glowing as playable but when selected it says one blue mana is required to cast it.

  17. Crash during draft

    Crash During Quick Draft Game, causing game loss: Some kind of disconnect happened during the second last game of a Quick Draft event, with the app crashing multiple times after failing to reconnect.

    Am currently unable to reconnect as well, after having completed the last game of the draft event (a played through loss) and closing the app and attempting to reconnect.

    Client frozen during ranked draft.

    Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

  19. Arena stuck on Initializing localization database

    Reproduction steps:
    1. Open Epic Games Launcher
    2. Open Arena
    3. Log In

    Platform: Mac M1, macOS Monterey 12.3.1

    Results: The app is stuck on "Initializing localization database". The three dots are animated. After several minutes (10-15), the "Reconnect" popup shows up. Whenever the app is reopened, the same results occur, causing the user to be unable to enter the app.
