How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Kenrith’s Transformation Bug (Kudo)
My opponent cast Kenrith’s Transformation on my Kudo, and the ability text on Kudo became grayed out as it normally would for losing its abilities due to Kenrith’s Transformation, however Kudo’s ability stayed active and all creatures were still 2/2 bears. Kenrith’s Transformation did not actually disable the ability of the equipped creature beyond the display text change.

Bug Draft
Good morning, during a Premier Draft the game stopped working and closed. Afterwards I was no longer able to enter the game. As a result, I lost the match. I kindly request a refund of 1500 gems. Thank you and have a good day.

40 CARDS 17 LANDS PAID EVENT
I QUIT WHEN I DREW MY 15TH LAND CARD MIND I CASTED "ADD 2 TAPPED" SPECIFICALLY TO DRAIN THE MANA DOWN 👇 TO THREE LEFTGUESS WHAT THE NEXT CARD IS I DRAW "MANA"
I SEE A PATTERN YOUR ALGORITHM IS ANYTHING OTHER THAN RANDOM AS IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERING YOU CHARGE MONEY TO PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN ARENA CHAMPION 🏆 TILL YOU LEAVE THE GAME TO THE PLAYERS AND STOP STEALING FROM EVERYONE.

Ozai, Phoenix King not holding priority to tap lands
I played Ozai, the Phoenix King with 2 untapped lands remaining, and had no other cards in hand and no outlet to spend mana on.
I intended on declaring Ozai an attacker and tapping the 2 lands before blocker step to fulfill the Ozai 6-floating-mana clause. Opponent had no way of blocking flyers and was at 3 life.
The game saw i had no way to spend the mana so it went straight to blocker step with a non-flying Ozai and didnt let me tap my 2 lands.

ho avviato un draft ma durante il draft è uscito il messaggio della perdita della connessione (nonostante la mia connessione fosse attiva e funzionante.
è avvenuto intorno alle 21.50 cet. Posso ricevere indietro il draft token usato?

a carta convocação lunar não esta funcionando da forma que deveria funciona como descrita no texto, não esta criando ficha de morcego quando perde vida so quando ganha, e isso esta prejudicando a própria carta.

Card sleeve bug
A all black sleeve appears in my collection - trying to use this sleeve crashes the game.

Disappear mechanic bug
I was playing Lord Dregg, insect invader and his disappear mechanic was not working. Despite having tokens leave the battlefield (via dalkoven packbeasts) and warping susurian voidborn, Dreggs mechanic did not trigger in the end step.

Rewards missing
SInce today, ven if a play a lot of games, progression on missions, pass and daily victory is not working. I suspect the configuration assistance (don't know if this this the real translate in english) that happen when I launch the game. It wa the first time I saw it today. This bug happen on my PC. Spell Snare
It seems like after the last patch Spell Snare stopped working. Multiple times a 1or2 mana spell was cast and Spell Snare was not given the option to counter.

Currency Converter Bug
During a Cube Draft game, any time I used my Currency Converter to return an exiled land to my graveyard it produced a Map token instead of a treasure token as is written on the card.

bug during blocking
i had three attacking creatures, lightning army of one, it was blocked by a fog bank, my second attacking creature was cloud, planet's champion it was blocked by two angels, i can't recall exact names, but they would have killed cloud, but also been destroyed themselves, and my third creature unblocked was adelbert steiner. However on the choose which enemy to damage first for cloud, while both angels appeared, it said zero damage to both, and the done button would not highlight. I closed out of the game, and restarted it, and was brought back to the same screen, and…

The land base includes 4 mountains (not a single red mana is needed) and only 3 forests.

Cards not dealing at start of new game
Bug report for December 28th, 2025, 4:25pm, Central time. I've dropped into a number of games today where there's either an extended attempt to connect with the other player or the game loads but the cards are never dealt. Eventually I get a timeout timer that drops to nothing but remains without giving me a strike. When checking the status of the decks for each player, all values are at 999 (see attached image).

Bug with sealed draft gems/packs
I’m having issues with receiving gems/packs after wins for sealed avatar event. I’ve gotten 3 wins so I should have won multiple packs and gems but haven’t. This is for IOS

bug na gameplay de um draft
estava jogando um draft, e logo no inicio da partida, no primeiro turno do meu oponente que era o primeiro a jogar, uma carta do meu deck foi para o grave, sem nem ter começado o jogo, e durante o turno do oponente. ele passou o turno, eu baixei minha primeira land, e quando passei o turno para o mesmo, uma carta foi descartada da minha mao (???), eu tinha 7 na mão neste momento, nao tinha usado nenhuma magica nem nada. como se não bastasse, após isso, não consegui conceder a partida, tive que fechar o programa direto. Karn's Temporal Sundering
I cannot cast Karn’s Temporal Sundering. I have the mana for it and as far as i can tell nothing on the enemy board is stopping me. Has happened every game I have the carsd and mana. It happend in All-Access Brawl Modified Metagame Challenge please refound.

requiting hex - firdoch core
Hello,
in a game i had 3 requting hex, enough mana etc. My opponent activated firdoch core for 4 Mana an attacked.
In this case firdoch core is actually a creature - an artifact creature, but a creature. Nevertheless i can´t cast my requiting hex. What was wrong?
