   Petition for Timeless Events in MTG Arena

   Dear MTG Arena Team,

   As a passionate player of Timeless, I would like to respectfully request the addition of dedicated Timeless or Timeless Classic events to MTG Arena. Timeless is my favorite format in Arena because of its depth, variety, and the ability to explore strategies across Magic’s history.

   Currently, the only way to engage with Timeless competitively is through the ranked ladder. While this is enjoyable, it feels incomplete without events that allow players to earn rewards, test themselves in structured runs, and experience the format in a tournament-like environment, much like Standard or Historic events already provide.

   It is also clear that the community is eager to play Timeless competitively. Every time a Timeless Challenge is available, the queues fire almost instantly, which shows that events would be well-received and highly successful.

   Another strong reason is that Timeless currently offers the healthiest and most diverse metagame in Arena. Historic has become dominated by Eldrazi, Pioneer shows limited variety, and Standard is going through a rough patch. In contrast, Timeless remains fresh and exciting thanks to the continuous addition of cards through Arena Anthologies.

   Adding Timeless events would:

   Give players meaningful goals outside of ranked play.

   Allow those of us who love the format to earn packs and gems in a fair and balanced way.

   Create more opportunities for the community to grow around Timeless, fostering long-term engagement.

   Please consider implementing Timeless events. It would make a huge difference to players like me who see Timeless not just as another format, but as the most exciting way to play Magic on Arena.

2. incorrect vault progress

   Opening packs of Aetherdrift frequently gives less vault progress than it should. This is easy to detect as I already have 100% of the commons in the set, yet frequently receive only 0.2 or 0.3 progress when opening a pack. This particularly seems to happen when I open two uncommons that I already have 4s of - meaning that I am losing the progress for them as well.

   For example - the pack that I opened just before obtaining this logfile contained 4 commons (plus 1 common wildcard) that I already had 4 of each, and 2 uncommons that I already had four of each, yet my vault progress only increased by 0.3.

3. wild cards received not counted

   I received 4 packs at the end of the march 2025 season, opened them and visually received 3 wild cards inside, but it didnt add them to my total wild cards count on top of the screen.

4. Fix your game

   How about not rigging the game to make one side win by giving them every ******* answer? How about you stop powercreeping every single ******* ******* set just so that you can sell more packs because you fat ***** can't develop new ideas, so you decide to try and sell packs by making every set more powerful than the last? Which one of you obese neckbeards thought that Ugin Eye of the Storms, WAS NOT too powerful and that it shouldn't be banned? Are you all ******** at this office? Or are you just that cheap, fat and lazy that you can't come up with better ways to sell packs than by forcing in IPs like SpiderMan and Final Fantasy? You guys are the reason I am glad AI exists. It'll do a better job of coming up with ideas than you and you'll all be out of a job. At least hopefully the packs will be cheaper for us to play with while you all sit your fat ***** in bread lines instead of a McDonald's Drive thru. :)

5. Froze after selecting replay tutorial

   I installed the game,opened all available packs,built one deck and then selected replay tutorial. I haven't been able to play the game since.

6. Network error - Unable to Redeem Wildcard

   Unable to redeem rare wildcards only. The other three, common, uncommon and mythic seem to work. Haven't been able to craft a rare wildcard in days. This was after opening about 20 packs from purchasing the two intro bundles, $5 and $15, then spending the gems on the Aetherdrift mastery pass.

7. No Alchemy WHY?

   Alchemy is a terrible decision, and I hate it beyond words. You just have a major championship in Historic, people get excited about the format then you wreck it by introducing Alchemy cards and changes to nerf or boost cards that affect cards we already spent wildcards on for historic. The Alchemy cards should only be played in Alchemy, I don't think they should exist at all....especially if you want people to be able to go back and forth between MTG arena and paper MTG. I've been playing this game off an on since 1994, and as someone who has a job/family/other responsibilities, I love Arena. I love to play both standard and historic and typically hit mythic each month....but I refuse to play the Alchemy format---and will likely abandon historic because of it. I know you want more money from players, and the ability to adjust cards post-production but this is not the way. I am deeply disappointed with Alchemy, I only hope enough people don't buy Alchemy packs and don't play Alchemy so it dies. I'm complaining in this space because I cannot find the right place to send this. Please pass it on to the correct department.

8. Final Fantasy Missing altogether

   I have been playing for the last 2 hours (mostly sealed) Final Fantasy - I purchased all the avatars, emotes, I had the prelreases purchased and bought MORE packs. All of a sudden its all GONE. Please fix!

9. Foundations

   I have not been receiving any rares from the Foundations booster packs. Each time I open a pack I receive gems instead, even when I don't have all the rares of the set.

   1- Open a Foundations booster pack.
   2- Observe that the rares are replaced by gems even when rares are missing in the collection.

10. BUG: Play 3 quick draft for 1000 gold FF

    BUG: Play 3 Quick Draft for 1000 gold not working, I played 3 games in FF Quick Draft Event but the progress tracker did not update and I did not receive the reward.

11. Achievement Bugged

    I used about 30 mythic rare wildcards to complete my set of Tarkir Dragonstrom but I don't get the Set Completionist 2 Reward. I would not have spend these wild cards if it wasn't for the achievement. I would like the wildcards back or any form of compensation. In the files are screen shots of my set completion and the missing achievement.

12. Game Crashes Constantly

    All on PC, game crashes when trying to re-roll quests, game crashes when clicking on "Store", game crashes when clicking on "Mastery Pass", game crashes when clicking on "Open Packs", game crashes when clicking on "Decks", game crashes when trying to select a game mode other than "Recently Played", game crashes frequently when in a match, game crashes in between BO3 matches, game won't let me sideboard in cards during BO3 even on android. This has been ongoing for nearly TWO WEEKS, reinstalled multiple times, and changed graphics display to "medium" and "low" has not worked.

13. Invisible draft pick

    I was in a Traditional Draft for Foundations and was drafting normally. At one point I noticed the UI showed that there were many packs stacking up for me but I did not see any cards to pick. Once I realized there might be a bug I quit out to the main menu and resumed my draft. Turns out the packs were piling up on me and I was forced to take a randomly selected card.

14. Did not receive Master Pass Rewards

    I did not get my mastery pass rewards for levels 40, 41, and now 42. I have paid for the Mastery Pass, so this bug is very frustrating. Please fix NOW.

15. Cannot enter any match

    Cannot enter any match

    To reproduce, try starting a match of any sort: standard, draft, midweek magic, etc.
    When hitting the Play button, a match is usually found quickly, then the game displays 'Entering match' status, after that one of the two things happen
    1. either the status is being displayed for about a minute, after which the Cancel button appears, and the 'Entering match' status is being displayed indefinitely. Pressing Cancel returns me to the previous menu.
    2. or the game displays 'Waiting for the server' loader and simply returns me to the previous menu.

    The issue persists on both Windows and Android (so not client-related) after the 10th June 25 major outage, during which I was thrown out of a premier draft.

    On a separate note, I did receive entry fee compensation for the draft, though the draft still persists (or at least is shown to me in the game), displaying the 6:0 result I had before the outage, though now I cannot re-enter and finish it due to the issue described above. If technically possible, I would like to, instead of receiving entry fee compensation, re-enter the draft to finish it and receive the corresponding reward. Otherwise, I feel like I wasted the time and effort I put into the draft, thus the entry fee compensation does not feels sufficient.

17. Jump In cards not appearing in collection after use in matches

    Cards that I played with in Jump In are not appearing in my collection, nor appearing when searched for crafting. Namely I picked several packs focusing on getting the master firebender Zuko twice, Airbender Aang (mythic white) and Katara (water ending 6 version} and don't have any of them. Nor Iroh Dragon of the West. There are also smaller cards missing despite having played with them in the jump in event.

20. GOLDEN

    GOLDEN PACK - DUPLICATE PROTECTION MALFUNCTIONING.

    I have a full 4x collection of all standard sets from Avatar thru Bloomburrow. I opened 7 Golden packs today, and received 7 x 20gem cards with Avatar icons on the bottom of them. The remaining cards were appropriate.

    Aren't duplicate protections for Golden packs supposed to kick the Rares and Mythics down to all available standard sets before turning cards into gems? Those Gem's should have instead been 7 Rares from OTJ thru WOE. In the past, all of the rares would have defaulted to OTJ, but I'm not sure that is expected.
