How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Map tokens break my game
I am on android when I or my Opponent use a map token my game does not continue until I reload the app

TMNT update broke Android
Opened app in android. TMNT update began, hung & error closed at 88MB download. Upon re-opening it tried to open as usual with new TMNT opening screen then force closed saying bug detected. Had to nuke the app & complete re-install.

No Daily Quests since account created CRITICAL
Hello!
I have not received a 500 or 750 gold daily quest since my account was created.
Yesterday, the timer read ~4-5h until quest refresh before I signed off and my account was at 525 gold.
Today, the account reads ~20h until quest refresh and my account is still at 525 gold.
Steps taken:
- I have restarted the client multiple times.
- I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both PC and MacOS.
- I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.).
- I have waited through several full daily resets (3 AM PST/6 AM EST).
- I have repaired game files multiple times.
- I have restarted and cleared the tutorial.This mean I am missing out on nearly ~50% of maximum gold generation. I have no incentive to play on this account as a result. Please remediate and, ideally, either restore ~625g/day or 1 pack/2 days to the account + the resulting XP.
There are other versions of this bug on the forum with many votes - please acknowledge and remediate.

Cannot edit decks
When I try to edit existing decks in Arena (on a PC) I get to "waiting for server" screen and then nothing happens. It just keeps waiting. This has been going on for days now. I've tried uninstalling, among other things, but nothing seems to work.

Sideboard issues
Unable to remove cards from mainnoard. Just like all the other comments. dropping on ladder as a result. Would like to play the standard metagame challenge, but not willing to risk real value. REAL MONEY!! DO TO YOUR ISSUES!!

Game is ridiculously unstable reporting bugs is difficult
I feel like i am being robbed its very frustrating and not fun. Crashing during drafts this format for reporting bugs is useless. When people pay for a game you need to do better.

Creatures not blocking and game frozen
Game frozen when blocked all 1/1 creatures not allowing me to then move to next phase or skip meaning by default I lost game due to time out

Sodeboarding out big best of three
I cannot sideboard out on the current iOS update on my iPhone. I’ve restarted my app and my phone. Checked for updates but it still will only let me add cards. I play many times a day and this only started after the latest update sent to the iPhone.

Missing Daily Quest
I'm missing daily quests. I usually only have two available. For the third one... The timer will be reset immediately.

Deck builder filter is broken
The filter in the deck builder is broken. Set it to Mythics only, doesn't filter. Try adding rare, entire UI locks up, client crashes completely. I try to report the bug, i get shunted to this page. So here you go. Fix it or not. I'm getting fed up with this product.

Game freezes when editing deck
I already ran repair files and still the same issue, when I press edit deck, the load screen pops up and never loads the deck edit screen. Just stays in a loop of loading forever. Im on android, this is my 2nd time running repair game files.

Soovril, Patient Antiquarian
Soovril is not registering as tappable even when there are cards that left the graveyard for exile that turn. I should have been able to tap Soovril to suspend both Antiquities on the Loose and Pursue the Past but could not. This was in Arena on PC.

[Bug] Pressing "Cancel" during queueing results in a loss
While I was queueing for a Quick Draft game on an Android phone, then something came up so that I couldn't play, so I pressed "Cancel" and the game returned to the event's page and I closed the app. When I came back later, I found that I got the 2nd loss even though I didn't get to play. That was disappointing to have the "Cancel" button that I could press but somehow I still got paired and handed a free win to a random player. I don't have anything to attach.

Cannot enter collection screen
Occurred at 2026/6/19 6:51 (UTC).
The collection screen cannot be opened.
Maybe the fact that I am playing from Japan (and my time zone has always been JST) is related.
The time when this issue occurred was 6/19 15:51 in JST.
Maintenance is scheduled to start at 6/19 15:30 UTC, which is 6/20 0:30 JST.
In other words, could it be that testing has not been done in different time zones?
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch MTG Arena
- Open the Deck tab
- Click the Collection button
Result:
- It does not transition to the Collection screen

Food Chain is being used in Historic. Kelvinheit is abusing the bug.

Mathemagics/Traumatic Critique and Resonating Lute
I think there is a bug in arena regarding Mathemagics/Traumatic Critique and Resonating Lute.
Mana that I generate for Traumatic Critique with the ability from Resonating Lute can be used as X (so one Land will be 2 mana means 2 damaged). This means I can use this with just 3 mana.
For Mathemagics it does not work for X even tho its a sorcery.
So I am kinda confused. Either Traumatic Critique is bugged or Mathemagics or there is some rule I misinterpred.3 votes -
waiting for opponent
On mac, start a direct challenge bo3 to an opponent, then if both of you restart the game
When I am in a challenge and either player needs to restart the game as a result of the challenge bugging out (ie: opponent left at negative life total but not moving to sideboarding) the game will be stuck on the 'waiting for opponent' screen indefinitely. Restarting does NOT fix this.
