How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Limited decks do not have card styles
We buy a bunch of card styles because we want to play with them, but somehow when making limited decks, it gets removed.
When the packs are open we can see it, even while making the deck in drafts it is visible, but the moment we save a deck, the card style disappears for some reason. Pretty sure this is not expected and is a bug, because for mainly limited players, this is very disheartening if we buy any card styles

Didn't receive draft prize
I've finished a FINAL FANTASY Quick Draft with Omniscience Emblem with a 6-3 record but I didn't receive the 850 gem reward.

Aggro is ruining this game.
Standard ranked is completely ruined by a flood of red aggro decks. Furthermore, Wizards of The Coast seem bent on the idea of feeding this problem, or simply lack the ingenuity to come up with new ideas.
Standard ranked leaves no room for imagination.. you either build a red aggro deck, or you build a deck that can withstand a red aggro deck (something that isn't easy).
The other day I was delt 20+ damage on turn three.... I don't care how much you build to overcome aggro, you simply can't win against that.
I don't blame players for building…

duplicate protection
There appears to be an issue with duplicate protection in the foundations set. When purchasing standard packs I now am only getting gems instead of missing rares for the set. I have no copies of a number of rares, while many others I've got 4 of.

Card Selection Bug in Premier Draft
In a draft I was indecisive in picking a card. As time ran out I attempted to drag a card into my deck. The originally selected card was placed and maybe the other card, I don't remember what I was picking between. Afterwards I was unable to see any of the cards in the other packs. Closing and reopening the game allowed me to see the cards, however there was a Moon-Circuit Hacker in my deck that I definitely didn't pick myself.

Crash after trying to claim rewards on android
After I finish a match and click on claim, the game crashes. This happens with the daily rewards aswell as the midweek magic rewards. My expected results: the game not crashing. This bug occured on android.

Rare Wildcard in Mythic Pack
A Mythic Pack, if it costs more, should not contain a rare, even if wildcard, in the final slot. Im not sure how this is a thing.

Powered Cube Draft Pricing/Rewards
Can you bring back the old prize structure for the Powered Cube Draft, at least for the traditional queue? Paying full price for a phantom event and goin 1-2 or 2-1 feels bad and makes the games not fun. Best part of cube is being able to try new things that you wouldn’t normally be able to do, but with too heavy prizing I’m force to “try hard” so I can win which diminishes the fun factor. Going 2-1 and being able to draft again should be the bare minimum.

Quick Draft - Not Receiving 1000 Gold for 3 Completed Matches
I completed at least 3 Quick Draft matches in their entirety and have not received my 1000 gold reward. I have attached proof of the completion of the matches, as well as the state of the bug. I have not received 1000 gold yet.

Daily Quest Progression Frozen
I'm completely full on Daily Quests, and although I've been performing the actions required to complete them, they are not progressing, so I am unable to complete any of them and earn their gold rewards.
Not sure how big a deal this is, or how prevalent it is across the service, just something I noticed and thought I'd bring up. It would be unfortunate if I were no longer able to progress.

Tutorial Spark Bug - Rewards Not Given
I'm a new player to MTG Arena, after completing the Tutorial Spark Rewards Not Given and can't even go back to the screen to claim it. This is spark bot fight which happens after the Color Challenge.
Can you please fix that.

I’ve played Magic: The Gathering for 18 years. I’ve put in thousands of hours and spent more money than I want to admit. Arena is the only way I can play now, and it feels like Wizards is using that against us.
Let’s just be honest. MTG Arena isn’t built to reward skill or time. It’s built to squeeze your wallet.
The economy is trash. You need 20 or more rares and a stack of mythics just to build one real deck. Want to try something new? Too bad. No trading. No dust system. No refunds. Just keep buying packs…

Did not receive my rewards for Arena Direct Final Fantasy Play Booster box
Hi WoTC,
I had written in to seek assistance multiple times but your customer service representatives had never acknowledged or responded. I won 2 Final Fantasy Play Booster boxes via the Arena Direct event back in July 2025, and have since not heard from you on my reward, nearing half a year later. I wrote in multiple times providing the details and have not heard from you ever. What does it take for a company of your size to look into my request for clarification?

Duplicate protection for alchemy cards not working.
I recently opened a lot of alchemy edge of eternities alchemy packs. I do not yet own all alchemy rares of that set. Still I get rares that are not from this alchemy set. They are not even part of the edge of eterneties set, but of the bloomburrow alchemy set. That shouldnt be the case as far as I know.

mid week magic
i started a game towards the end of the event, the event ended while i was in the game. i won that game and didnt get the reward

I got gems in a pack instead of a card in Through The Omenpath
I just opened a Through The Omenpath pack and instead of cards I got 20 gems.
It stated that I already have all the rare cards for the set, which I obviously don't. Would rather have a rare card than 20 gems.

Jump in - Mid week event
Jump in - Jumpstart midweek event. Avatar specific event. Selected swordsman (white) and rebellion (mardu) packs. Got 9 white cards (6 creatures, 2 instant, 1 enchantment), 1 red spell (an instant), 3 equipment colorless artifacts and a 3 color mana based consisting of 27 lands. Pretty miserable trying to use this in an event aimdd at beginners.

Alchemy
Hey Wacky Wizards stop forcing Alchemy on us. Stop rewarding
me with Alcrummy cards. I don't want you garbage. Any coincident
that when I start a game cue or deck build it defaults to Alchemy??

quick draft
Quest to complete 3 Quick Draft matches did not count any matches and rewarded me nothing. It still shows 0/3. Clicking the icon also doesn't bring me anywhere either.
