How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to purchase in the store using credit card
When I try to purchase gems from the store I get the following message. I have tried restarting the game and my PC, but it makes no difference. As you can see the error message gives no useful feedback or advice for how to resolve this issue. I have used the card previously on Arena, and I have made purchasing using it on other sites.

Chandra doesn't want to play :(
I've played two consecutive matches as Jace against Chandra in the color challenge and she just stopped playing

Daily quest timer Stuck
My daily quest timer is stuck at around 15h 40m for the past day on both android and pc. I only play standard format, no direct matches or bot matches. I haven't had daily quests for 2 days now. It is not resetting.

Spark
That introduction spark is coming back and back over and over again. After every match, every time I open the game. Playing on iPhone 15 Mac iOS 26.2. it has been like this for months now and other players also wrote about this here, why is there no change? This feels like torture. I already restarted my phone many times, uninstalled, re-installed the game. No change. Thank god the „get back“ button in the deck builder is working again.

Add ability to concede entire match in one step
I would like the option to concede a match in a single step on MTG Arena. Currently, in the desktop application, you have to select concede, and then wait for the sideboarding screen to load before you can select concede again. On the mobile app, it is even worse, because you have to wait for your opponent to finish sideboarding, before you can select concede again. When I get tired of playing against decks like Vivi, cauldron or invoke despair or whichever deck is currently dominating standard, I simply wish to allow them to win the match and move…

Reboot glitch after TMNT update for android tablet
TMNT startup image and loading initial screen words appear, but before the game launches, it simply closes. I haven't played for 6 days now, unable to load up at all. No images, nothing to show...

Bug / Wildcards lost
"Yesterday, I used wildcards to craft 3 copies of Kona, Rescue Beastie for a new deck and played several matches with it. Today, the game is telling me that the deck is incomplete.
Upon checking my collection, the 3 copies of Kona are missing, even though my wildcard count has decreased accordingly. Could you please check my account logs and restore the missing cards or the spent wildcards? Thank you!"

Cant click back
While viewing the breakdown of my deck, I can't click the back button and it keeps on opening the field to edit the deck name. On a Google pixel. The click target is messed up

Product Suggestion
Matchmaking for Brawl has got to be better. At this point, I would say it's completely broken.
I play the game a lot, probably too much. But I don't always want to play the meta decks.
I have the current "best" decks for the meta (Ajani/Katara/Rofellos/Tamiyo), and my Ajani deck is actually sitting at around 80% winrate in Brawl since TMNT came out (image attached).
But when I want a change of pace and want to play something different, I shouldn't have to match into the top meta decks with another deck that isn't even close to…

Can't cast strategic betrayal in last game.
In my last ranked Diamond standard ranked game I was unable to cast Strategic Betrayal two turns in a row. I had 5 or 6 mana open and my opponent was called Jurgen. There was no stack pieces on board, I just was not allowed to cast it even though I had 6 open mana. Its just a game and I dont mind losing to a better deck or better player but when I can't cast the spells I want.....Well that just makes me want to go play something else.

Pick 2 draft tmnt
Since today when I want to start the Pick two draft of tmnt it says unable to start draft please try again later. Other events work

Problem with Mid week magic 2/18/26
Trying to claim the boosters to start mid week magic results in a frozen client and will not proceed to show revealed cards nor allow deck building

Avatar: TLA Sealed Event - Bug
It wont let me continue on to making my deck when trying to play in the sealed event. I signed up and paid the 2000 gems but now its stuck and theres no button to move fwd with an archetype.
The sealed event still does not work for me. Everything is up to date and it looks just like the photo i sent you. Is there anyway to resign me from sealed on your end to reset it?

Freezing on lander play for myself or my opponent, Game responds but lands never show on apple iPad with latest os and latest MTG arena cli

Lands never display to select for myself, for opponent it seems it’s their turn (chat options still says your turn) and eventually gives the you’venot taken action messageRestarting app quickly will rejoin the match and show the cards or proceed after the opponents lander selection

Freezing since update from 27th Jan
As soon as I load the game as normal, click on anything it freezes, never happened before the update on the 27th Jan. Currently using Android. Re-downloaded the game and same issue.
Another issue but wasn't major, when using Toph as your Planes walker picture, she appears on the deck builder and the loading screen, but mid game her box is of a different planeswalker. This is only minor and does not effect the game play. Unable to supply pictures due to previous issue.

Force of Negation--banned or not? Where did the good art go? And my wildcards
My Force of Negations got taken out of my Historic Deck, and I got a notice saying that it was banned in Historic. I thought it just got unbanned in February? When I searched for them the versions I had are gone! No refund for my wildcards. The only version to craft now is the ATLA version which has straight-up terrible art. Is it banned or not? If so, can we have a refund for our wildcards? Thanks :)

Jump-In Manabase
Please fix whatever code decides land distribution for Jump-In decks. I got Goblins Blighted, BR and BWR respectively, as my two packs. My deck has exactly 2 white cards in it and both are hybrid W/B. Why does this deck have 5 plains in it? It shouldn't have any plains in it at all. I would hazard that the lands are decided based only on the union of all the colours in both packs, rather than the proportion of those colours in the casting/ability costs of the nonlands given.

Match crashes after sacrificing something
I'm unable to play MTG Arena in my Android device because it crashes always when I or my opponent are sacrificing something (Clues, Movilize tokens, Treasures, Evoke, ...). The game freezes and my timer goes on without chance to respond or even surrender the match (the button just disappears after trying to surrender).

Freezing on PC and android
I've been experiencing games freezing on both android and PC. The display will freeze and I will be unable to interact with it. I can force quite and when I rejoin there are various graphics bugs occurring (multiple displays of overlapped text, black boxes covering the screen during games, etc.) until I force quit once again.
