How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Phyrexian Unlife\Solemnity
Trying to post a bug I saw.
One of my decks utilizes the phyrexian unlife\solemnity combo. My lock was on and while the oppenonent kept attacking with his massive board of goblins I was roping with no mana open or responses available. This happened during two consecutive turns.
I wish I had captured a log to submit, but I didn't think of it until right as the game was ending and it was too late.

draft
Client stops working when trying to log into any kind of draft. Specifically stops working when I try and start. Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts. Would just like my 10,000 gold back as it seems like it will leave the que soon. But would also like this fixed soon as I really like to draft and I just cannot draft.

dollmaker's shop
Dollmaker's shop doesnt consistenly trigger. attacked with an angel token and an ajani pridemate but dollmaker's ability didnt trigger. dollmaker had triggered during the game but stopped the turn after i solve a case on endstep and my opponent timing out on their following turn. one of these could have resulted in the bug

Bug, enchantment not going to graveyard
After recent update, using a negative enchantment on an enemy creature (ie mire's grasp -3 -3) that kills it the enchantment disappears and does not go to the graveyard

Didn't get daily quest exp & money
Didn't get today daily quest exp & money. I even tried logging out and restarting the game but nothing happens.

A creature with trample can't trample over a creature with protection
A 2/2 with trample can't assign 1 damage to a player and 1 damage to a creature with protection. Only 2 to the creature is allowed. See video: https://youtu.be/G1A87bB98P8

Game crashes on bounce spells
Whenever I or my opponent cast any bounce spell and target something, my game immediately glitches out and crashes. It crashes everything that's going on in the background like music too. I've tried it with nothing else on in the background, still crashes. I'd love to play the game and play ranked, but I legitimately cannot play the game if I have any bounce spells or my opponent has them.

BO1 サイドボード
パイオニアBO3ランク戦にて、サイドボーディングのバグ。
・BO3なのにBO1用のサイドボードしかでない
・というか、BO1用ですらない。7〜9枚くらい表示される
・ただしく入れ替えられてるのかも謎
・画面上部のUIが決まってバグる
・デッキの半分くらいのカードがマルチカラー表示になるわけがわからないし、本当に困ります。
ここに投稿したら直るのかも謎。
書いておけばそのうち直すよってことですか？？対応から何から何まで意味不明。

Walk-in Closet bugged, 7/23/25
When playing Walk-in Closet, the game crashes. It cannot be played as either side of the card.

Mastery Reward
Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.
I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.
And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

rigged matchmaking
Playing a deck with no rares/mythics in normal, I keep getting matched up against players whose deck is full of rares/mythics.
All this in normal standard games.
Imagine how garbage the matchmaking is in this ****** game. I've won like 5/23 games with this budget deck due to bad matchmaking, ****** hands and draws, etc.
A shameful system, if you're not a whale, a youtuber or someone with influence in general this game is absolute garbage and not worth a cent, remember that before putting a measly money into this manipulative ****** company.
No matter what they say on any forum, they are manipulated by the people of this company as they do in all video games.

Buying packs from store not available
After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

Impossible to join arena for iOS
Always CRASH when I try to log in!
After the new update is impossible open mtg Arena for me!

Please take action on the roping plague
Roping is killing Arena. Please do something to stamp out this inconsiderate, sore-loser behaviour.
Various potential roping solutions have been offered on this forum before, so I won’t repeat those here, but suffice to stay that there’s a groundswell of angst brewing in the community for WoTC’s lack of action on this issue.
Reporting players for misconduct also seem to have now effect, as I’ve reported over 400 and keep coming up against the same roping oppoentns.

Imprisoned in the Moon on Kaito
Imprisoned in the Moon played on Kaito, Bane of Nightmares appeared to remove Kaito's abilities, but on the next turn Kaito turned back into a creature.

Personal Ban List in Play Queue
In the Play Queue, allow the player to choose cards or colors to "ban" for their games. For example, if I don't want to match against Monstrous Rage and Manifold Mouse, I can select those cards for my personal "ban list" and I won't play against them. I think of this like kitchen table Magic where you set your own house rules with your friends. Queue times may be longer but I would trade a longer wait time for a more enjoyable experience.
Of course leave the Ranked Queue for competitive play as is.
