How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

WOTC keeps bugging my game with small downloads that make it crash
WOTC has done this so often that I've unistalled and reinstalled the game DOZENS of times. If they don't like the way you play, or react to their garbage algorithms...and especially if you don't pay them in-game money...they will maliciously and intentionally force you to download bugs that crash the game. I will add pictures for evidence to this post EVERY SINGLE time they do it. They should be outed for the greedy, malicious, petty idiots they are.

Game Crash When Claiming Items
Every time there is an item to claim - receiving rewards after winning a game, purchasing something in the store, redeeming orbs - the game crashes right when the "claim" screen should show up.

Game Crash During Deck building
I was building my deck after drafting it, when I added a basic swamp to the list and suddenly the pointer started loading (rainbow circle) and the game stopped working completely. I can't even open the “report a bug”. If I reopen the game the same thing happens again, I'm sad that I cannot play the deck that I built now.

weird game crash/freeze
game gave a random notice to reconnect, I clicked it, I watched my opponent continue to play but couldn't do anything. the gear symbol for settings was not there and after a loss said my life was at -4 and both timer ropes were running. When timer ran out it just sat unresponsive.

Client Crash when 'Suggest Lands'. OS: Mac
As it sounds. In powered cube draft deckbuilding. (all i ever play on this platform). Bug happened repeatedly on same action: suggest lands.

Ranked Game Tablet Crash
Tablet application was suddenly gone while I was executing the game winning combo having "Discovered" Spark Double with Quint K on the first "Discovery"; Within 60 seconds I had loaded the game on laptop however it was somehow the opponents turn; A warning was flashing then it said defeat. I managed to take a screenshot. Not worried about the rank (I've been Mythic multiple times.) as much as I'm disappointed that the program has this big of an error. Game crash with token generation and life gain
As you can see from my image, we were both playing a Life gain deck. My opponent was able to create new tokens based upon the life that he gained at the end of his turn. At some point, he was generating massive amounts of creature tokens, and the game started to run slower. We were both gaining life for his creatures entering and my creatures were getting counter placed on them. At some point it required that I used all of my timeouts and I stopped getting those counters and instead of just gained the life. That means I…

Ward stays forever AND REPORT BUG CRASH
The green enchantment that gives WARD to anything with a counter has its EFFECT REMAIN EVEN AFTER THE ENCHANTMENT IS DESTROYED.
This made me lose a draft and lose all the gems I had.
Furthermore, when I added the log to the bug to report this, the website crashed...1 vote -
Account-specific -32603 crash — one account works perfectly, $3k main account dies on same server
This is not generic feedback. This is a reproducible account-specific backend crash on your end.
Free account (realt1mg#40407) logs in and stays connected instantly on frontdoor-mtga-production-2026-57-40-2.w2.mtgarena.com:30010.
Main account (Superdave3000#06359 — $3,000+ spent) gets -32603 “An exception occurred” every single time ~12-15 seconds after successful credential login on the exact same server.
I have already tested: normal connection, NordVPN (multiple locations), phone hotspot, and a remote dev server 2700 miles away. All produce the identical result.
This is clearly your backend choking on something in my account data.

Lost a premier draft game due to app crash
I was playing a Premier draft game and suddenly the app crashed. I tried to login just afterwards but the app wouldn't work anynore. Please, I'd like a refund. It happened just now, you can check on your records if you want.

Suggest lands crashes on ios
On ios, client crashes every time I try to “suggest lands” in powered cube. It will not change lands in response to deckbuilding, and trying to force a suggestion causes a crash. I see similar reports for other platforms but none for ios yet.

Spells that damage or destroy multiple permanents crash the game.
Playing on iOS, in quick draft.
For the fifth time in the past 24 hours, a spell that damages or destroys multiple permanent at once crashes the game. Usually, by the time I reboot, I have lost a turn. The game is basically unplayable in this condition. I would like my current quick draft refunded, please.1 vote -
After crash, game wouldn't let me block
In a draft game, my opponent attacked for lethal. I selected an appropriate block and the client immediately froze. I restarted, and when I got back I was still in the declare blockers phase, with no blockers assigned, but it wouldn't let me click any of my creatures to assign them as blockers. I was forced to select No Blockers and take lethal, despite having an available move that would keep me alive and put me in a solid position to win the game.

plotted slickshot showoff causing crashes
Across many games and days with no other issues related to crashes, every time my opponent cast a slickshot showoff from exile after plotting it my arena client crashed. I have seen the card cast from an opponents hand since noticing this issue and that doesnt seem to cause the crash. I have NOT seen any other spells plotted to say if its any spell cast after plotting it.

Quick draft Turtles crash.
I have played in 3 quick draft events for TMNT. and each time I've had my win streak ruined (typically when im 5/7 wins in with no losses) by the game crashing during a match and not allowing me to make any plays. Its as if my screen is frozen, however the game is continuing on and runs out of time causing me to lose the match.
I've had my potential to win events crushed and I feel extremely cheated by these bugs and its happened EVERY time. What's going on?

Asset could not be retrieve during a game causing it to crash
I'm playing on a pc.
During a game of draft, i played H.E.R.B.I.E scout unit i think. The client said that there was a problem with some asset and crashed. The client downloaded assets to correct the problem but by the time i could replay the game was already finished and i had lost.
May i have at least a partial refund for the draft for the inconveniance.

Random Crashes in Succession
Hello team!
I just experienced 4 random crashes within 20 minutes between two matches. Both of these matches were in Quick Draft:SoS; the first match was almost lost because I was forced to use timeouts due to me not being able to respond in time (yes, it's just a game, but it's frustrating. I still won, though!). The crashes during the first match almost had me thinking it was a DDoS; the crash in the second match further convinces me this was a server-wide issue. I'm still including shots of my opponents' names in case this can help…
